I am adding a link to a change in my thinking on this subject in 2010, after I revisited the Dutroux sex abuse case. It was also at this time that I confirmed from Lew Rockwell of the Mises Institute that  Alex Cockburn, my editor at Counterpunch, whose articles and viewpoint I’d relied on for the 2007 child abuse piece, was CIA. Cockburn, always a bright and penetrating intellect, perhaps without looking into it too much, or because he was a sexual liberal, had decided that there was only hysteria in the accusations. Later, I found that that his attitude was typical of  the establishment’s debunking of the child abuse accusations. Some of the accusations were in fact outlandish, but only because intelligence had cleverly poisoned the well to discredit the whole story. After visiting ISGP, I began researching the matter in depth and came to the conclusion that there was in fact a significant and widespread pedophile abuse problem, linked to the highest levels of government and private society. There were deliberate entrapment operations, such as those of Jeffrey Epstein, intended to blackmail and manipulate politicians, as well as leading figures, in other spheres. Beyond that strategic use, however, there was ample evidence that this abuse was practiced as part of occult initiation or practice and that this was not isolated but widespread….and was directly linked to the intelligence services, specifically to the CIA and to such programs as MK Ultra and the alleged Monarch program.
