A “limited hangout” is used by Intelligence Organizations when a clandestine operation goes bad; or, a phony cover story blows up. When discovered the Intelligence Organization volunteers some of the truth while still managing to withhold key and damaging facts in the case.

And so many others. (I just mention the phrase, “economic collapse” to the hairstylist and she shuts up like a switch was flipped. I can’t explain how odd it was.) This stuff is getting overwhelming. And I thought you were going to take it easy, if this is you taking it easy i cannot imagine what full bore is.

The dots, the way they’re lining up, it’s not pretty.
I cannot help but think of how the creations,… the scientific break throughs of those with good intentions can be twisted and used for what appears to be very bad outcomes.
Heart attack guns? Remote controlled worms and from there, remote controlled human brains? Who the f wants to know about and utilize that kind of stuff anyway except the brainiacs and the spooks? And it seems like 3/4 of the population still thinks nano technology is really nothing but a cartoon fantasy.
Do the brainiacs who make these advances ever stop to consider how they can be used in the opposite way? No, probably not really, they’re just learning to fly, wanting to do some good somewhere.
I know this isn’t the best written comment, shh this stuff is hard to grasp & be able to see where it leads. Maybe because of what it all means in the end, the bottom line.

Maybe this is why people don’t post so much? They give it some thought and type something out and it looks like this. I sure wanna delete it, who wouldn’t? It’s fucking crazy. But it’s real, that’s the scary part.
Yes it is used in psy-osp, but it is not exclusive to “Council on Foreign Relations members in the intelligence community”-whatever that means. Its also used in public relations for business and politics, Nixon had is famous “modified limited hangout”.
A good cover or strategy is also to admit to an embarrassing and/or immoral activity when compromised. This usually works better on the personal level then on the institutional level.
