225-year-old Baltimore Columbus monument vandalized

A 225-year-old marble Colombus obelisk in Baltimore, the oldest of its kind in the nation, had its base smashed in by vandals early on Monday. The results were posted on Youtube, along with a statement that, since Columbus was responsible for the colonial exploitation of the indigenous, brown, and black people of the Americas, he was not a suitable subject for a monument.

This is the most egregious in a long list of defacements in recent weeks that have affected monuments to Lincoln, Columbus, Washington, Robert E. Lee, and Martin Luther King.

These are acts of war, no less than the destruction of churches and mosques by ISIS.

I suggest public lashing, which has had such a salutary effect in Singapore.

Twenty lashings for each miscreant, followed by a year’s unpaid labor repairing monuments.

A nation that does not have the will to propose and execute swift reprisal against cultural terrorism deserves neither its monuments nor the history which they commemorate.

Saving General Lee

From the Imaginative Conservative, a defense of Robert E. Lee by Stephen M. Klugewicz:

“Despising revolutionary social change and the rhetoric of the abolitionists, he hoped for gradual emancipation and shared with Abraham Lincoln a sympathy for the idea of colonizing freed African Americans in Central America or Africa.

Lee never purchased a slave in his life. The slaves over whom he had control, some 200, came to him through his marriage to Mary Custis, a descendant of George Washington. Lee became the executor of his father-in-law’s will. Though permitted by the will to free the slaves upon the elder Custis’ death in 1857, Lee deemed the slaves necessary to the financial recovery of the Arlington estate. He thus kept them enslaved as long as he could—the will stipulated a maximum of five years—freeing them in December 1862 on the eve of the Emancipation Proclamation’s going into effect. Again, Lee believed that his highest duty was to his family, in this case to their economic well-being, and this trumped his concern for the freedom of the particular slaves under his control.

In this, as in his paternalistic attitude toward blacks, Lee fell short of heroism. Of the bondsmen Lee once opined that “the painful discipline they are undergoing, is necessary for their instruction as a race,” and he told a congressional committee after the war that it was his view blacks “at this time, cannot vote intelligently,” though he added, “what the future may prove, how intelligent they may become…I cannot say more than you can.” As Lee’s great biographer Douglas Southall Freeman writes, his “was the prevailing view among most religious people of Lee’s class in the border states. Lee shared these convictions of his neighbors without ever having come in contact with the worst evils of African bondage.”

is conservative views precluded him from, say, taking the extreme step taken by his relation, Robert Carter III, who because of his radical religious convictions freed all 500 of his slaves in 1800. It should be recalled that George Washington only provided for his slaves’ freedom in his will, and only after his wife Martha’s death (though she freed her slaves during her lifetime, as she feared they might kill her.) Lee thought enough of the prowess of African Americans that he was a proponent of enlisting slaves to fight for the Confederacy and thereby earn their freedom. This is also additional evidence that Lee did not consider the war a crusade to preserve slavery, as he was willing to give up the institution in order to secure the greater goal of Southern independence. In the post-war years, numerous incidents were reported in which Lee flouted the conventions of his class and daringly treated a black man as his equal in social situations.

Despite his flaws when it came to his views on race, Lee should be honored as a hero by all Americans and especially by conservatives. His classical devotion to the idea of duty has been mentioned. His resistance to the temptations of power also demands our acclaim. Much is rightly made of George Washington’s laying down of his sword at the end of the American Revolution to resume his status as a private citizen. Lee similarly passed this Tolkienian test when Abraham Lincoln, on the advice of General Winfield Scott, offered him command of all United States forces in April 1861 after South Carolina forces fired on Fort Sumter. Lee declined the offer, which would have gained for him the ultimate career goal sought by every West Point-trained military man.

We must remember that the alternative for Lee was NOT the command of the Confederate armies. He was not foregoing one offer of power in order to pursue another. Indeed, his home state of Virginia had not yet seceded, and at the moment he rejected Lincoln’s offer the most he could have reasonably hoped for was command of Virginia’s troops (an honor that he did eventually receive.) It ought to be kept in mind also that Lee was aware of the superior manpower number of the North and the superior resources of Northern industrialism; the prospects of Southern independence were far from certain. As with the American Revolutionaries, the noose seemed the most likely end for the leaders of Southern independence.

Even when Virginia seceded and war began, Lee did not immediately receive a high command within Confederate ranks. He was relegated to a desk job, serving as an advisor to President Jefferson Davis. He did not receive a field command until May of 1862, when General Joseph E. Johnston was severely wounded during the Seven Days’ Battles on the Virginia Peninsula. Lee then took command of the Army of Northern Virginia, but he would not be appointed commander of all Confederate forces until January 1865. This was a series of events that he could hardly have expected when he refused Lincoln’s immediate offer of power in 1861.

In addition to duty, Lee valued humility. He did not angle for promotion as he chafed at his desk job in Richmond. Rather, he humbly served President Davis, and even after being assigned command of the Army of Northern Virginia, his letters reveal that he always deferred to the prickly Davis. Just as Lee eschewed ambition, so he avoided avarice, turning down several offers in the post-war years to lend his name to companies in return for lucrative compensation. The idea of profiting from the selling of his name was anathema to Lee.

Lee embodied the Aristotelian ideal of moderation. As the deep South seceded in the winter of 1860-1861, Lee, stationed in Texas, was shocked when Texas voted for secession in February 1861; one witness recalled that Lee’s “lips trembled and his eyes [became] full of tears” when he heard the news. Lee voiced his resolve not to take up arms against the Union, “but it may be necessary for me to carry a musket in defense of my native state.” When Virginia reversed its initial vote against secession in May 1861—in the light of Lincoln’s decision to make war upon the South—Lee made the anguished decision to resign his commission in the United States Army, concluding that despite his love for the Union, he “could not take part in an invasion of the southern states.”

Lee indeed despised war. Surveying the slaughter of Union troops charging his lines at Fredericksburg in December 1862, Lee commented to an aide: “It is good that war is so terrible. Otherwise, we would enjoy it too much.” As Richard Weaver has argued, this profound statement, “richer than a Delphic saying,” shows Lee to be a true philosopher. In the days after the smashing Confederate victory, Lee wrote to his wife: “What a cruel thing is war; to separate and destroy families and friends, and mar the purest joys and happiness God has granted us in this world; to fill our hearts with hatred instead of love for our neighbours, and to devastate the fair face of this beautiful world!” This is far from the tone of a bloodthirsty martinet drunk on the intoxication of his repeated victories.

Twenty-eight months later, as mentioned above, at Appomattox Lee turned aside the suggestions of aides to continue the fight as a guerilla war. The social anarchy and protracted bloodshed that would result were anathema to the conservative Lee, and he prudently judged that Southern independence was not worth the price. Guerilla war horrified Lee because it would bring down the wrath of Mars more harshly on civilians. Indeed, Lee rejected the idea of total war that was developed by Union Generals Grant, William T. Sherman, and Phillip Sheridan, and embraced by President Lincoln. Lee was always careful to avoid civilian casualties. On the first campaign into Maryland in 1862, Lee issued General Order No. 72, which prohibited the plundering of civilian property and reminded his soldiers “that we make war only upon armed men.”

Robert E. LeeLee’s action in issuing this order can be contrasted with that of Union General John Pope, whom Lee had just soundly defeated prior to his foray into Maryland. Only weeks prior to Lee’s Order No. 72, Pope had issued his own order authorizing in Virginia the burning of private homes and the levying of fines upon civilians as retribution for guerilla actions taken against Union troops. More egregiously, in May of 1862, Union General Benjamin Butler, presiding over conquered New Orleans, had issued his infamous General Order No. 28, stipulating that “when any female shall by word, gesture, or movement insult or show contempt for any officer or soldier of the United States she shall be regarded and held liable to be treated as a woman of the town plying her avocation.” In practice, this meant that a female civilian who dared merely to display a Confederate symbol on her dress was liable to be raped by Union troops. Such atrocities did occur.

Lee’s dogged adherence to the traditional, Christian principles of limited war is even more impressive in light of the many atrocities that were authorized and indeed perpetrated against his own people by his enemy. Lee considered the protection of civilian life so important that, as the head of the detachment sent to capture abolitionist John Brown on the eve of the Civil War, Lee ordered his Marines to unload their rifles during their assault on the building where Brown had holed up, lest the hostages that Brown held be injured or killed.

Lee’s amazing self-restraint reflected the advice he had given to a young mother about raising her infant son: “Teach him he must deny himself.” The Christian Lee valued self-control as essential to proper behavior and indeed to personal and public liberty. “I cannot trust a man to control others who cannot control himself,” he said in evaluating his military subordinates. Lee practiced what he preached. He had the rare distinction of being a cadet who did not earn a single demerit at West Point. He expected the same gentlemanly behavior from the young men in his care at Lexington, Virginia’s Washington College, of which he became president after Appomattox. There he reduced the college’s many rules to one simple rule: “Every student must be a gentleman.”

As his name and image, and those of his fellow Confederate officers, are removed from shops, schools, and museums across the country, it is ever more important, especially for conservatives, to speak up for Robert E. Lee. A man of military genius and personal honor, a defender of civilians and civilization, a champion of duty and truth, a model of humility and prudence, Lee was perhaps the last defender of the ideals of the Old Republic, whose greying glory was ground under the wheels of the New Order of the centralized, industrialized state that triumphed in 1865. Though he wore the racial blinders of his class and time, Robert E. Lee was a man of exemplary character and remains an excellent role model for all Americans and is indeed a worthy contender for the title of “Greatest American.”’

Tear Down The Lincoln Monuments Too

“I will say then that I am not, nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in anyway the social and political equality of the white and black races — that I am not nor ever have been in favor of making voters or jurors of negroes, nor of qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will forever forbid the two races living together on terms of social and political equality. And inasmuch as they cannot so live, while they do remain together there must be the position of superior and inferior, and I, as much as any other man, am in favor of having the superior position assigned to the white race. I say upon this occasion I do not perceive that because the white man is to have the superior position the negro should be denied everything.” —

Abraham Lincoln.

So, tell me, when are the monuments to the sainted Abe coming down?

Southern History Erased Overnight In Baltimore

Like the sneak thieves they are, Baltimore city officials summarily removed the magnificent statues of General Robert E. Lee and “Stonewall” Jackson from the Wyman Park Dell,  in the dead of night.

Also erased overnight from the cityscape were the Confederate Women’s monument at West University Parkway, the statue of Justice Roger B. Taney at Mount Vernon, and the monument to the Confederate soldiers and sailors at Mount Royal.

The pretext is that southern monuments provide a rallying point for “white nationalists” and led to the death of a progressive activist in Charlottesville, Virginia, on August 12.

Bunkum.

The erasure and rewriting of Southern history has been an ongoing project of the globalists for a while now and what happened in Charlottesville was simply a step on the way, a pretext.

Charlottesville smacks of a cointelpro operation.

You had police forces at Charlottesville apparently told to stand down. They did nothing while both sides brawled openly.

You had black-masked antifascist or antifa provocateurs engaged in fist-fights with self-styled KKK and neo-Nazis.

What do the KKK and Nazis have to do with Robert E. Lee, except smear his supporters by association?

The antifa people have been proven to have received funds from George Soros, the leftist billionaire who works with the CIA.

Now the DOJ has a warrant to get the million-plus IP addresses of visitors to an antifa-linked site, an order that Dreamhost, the site’s hosting company, is fighting in court.

The leftist chumps were set up.

So were the right.

Jason Kessler who organized the march is of Jewish extraction and was until a year or two ago an Obama supporter. Some Nazi.

Christopher Cantwell, whom I have linked here, until he started advocating violence, proved he was a provocateur once more.

At Charlottesville, he stated that Trump should not have let his beautiful daughter marry a Jew, thus smearing by association any Trump fan as a biological racist.

Most Trump voters voted their pocket-book, not their race.

The right was set up in other ways.

Consider the behavior of Richard Spencer, a well-known provocateur mentored by the Judaist god-father of the alt-right, Paul Gottfried,

Of course, Gottfried, who has quickly side-stepped his responsibility, is not the only Judaist god-father of  gentile white nationalism. There was also Mencius Moldbug (aka Curtis Yarvin), who spun a more  attractive version of Gottfried’s spiel, but gave the game away by christening the unholy alliance of academia, media, and political ideology, the Cathedral.

This slur is somehow not anti-Gentilism. But only mention the names of the real Sanhedrin that governs us and the cyber-ambushes and cybersabotage begin, as we found out to our grief recently.

On this blog, I have shown that Donald Trump/Drumpf is of Prussian and Jewish extraction. So also are such key figures of his administration as Steve Bannon and Reince Priebus, among many, many others.

In the media, the situation is no better.

Milo Yiannopoulos, Mike Peinovich, Andrew Anglin, and other assorted professional alt-righters adopt the most superficial, crude, provocative, and damning neo-Nazi language, while retaining many of the key presuppositions of their enemies. They are agents of deception, not cultural conservatives.

Since the infiltration of the John Birch society in the 1950’s and 60’s, there has been no major white nationalist group that has not been infiltrated, coopted, and turned.

Dr. William Pierce, the author of the “Turner Diaries” was known by insiders to have a cozy relationship with the powers-that-be, including the SPLC. Each group terrorized their followers with the other group and raked in the profits.

“White nationalism” as a clear-and-present danger to the republic is a red (as in, leftist) herring and a pretext created by the globalists, who are happy to fan the flames of both white and black racism, as it suits them.

The cowardly and disgraceful obliteration of Southern history was the goal all along.

What is equally disgraceful is that the provocateurs who are instigating the erasure of southern history are erasing their own history.

Jews were prominent in the Confederate army and government, and Robert Lee, now vilifed as a racist, was renowned for his respectful treatment of his Jewish soldiers, in marked contrast to their treatment in the North.

Bitcoins – Coins For the Cryptocracy

People all over the political spectrum are pushing bitcoins again.

I explained earlier why I felt you should avoid them. When I did, I withheld any reasoning except the most logical and self-evident.

Short version:

You can accomplish everything that bitcoins can achieve with good old cash. And you don’t need electricity, internet, computers, devices, and security software when you use cash.

Second, if governments hate cash for its secrecy, why are they ignoring or pushing cryptocurrencies, which are supposedly even more secretive?

Makes no sense, does it?

The problem with bitcoins is they provide a solution for what isn’t a problem.

Secrecy isn’t a problem.

Secrecy can be achieved as is, if you set your mind on it.

The real problem is that every increase in secrecy augments the power of the cryptocracy – the unholy alliance of the spy agencies, criminals, and criminal financial cartels.

These are the forces that actually control our lives.

The criminal ruling class loves bitcoin because they know they have the power to exploit it fully. The ordinary chump just thinks he does.

As for Satoshi Nakamto, there’s no such person. It’s a made-up name, even though it has a meaning. A sinister one that gives the game away.

Don’t let clever people fool you into thinking it’s a real person.

They are probably being compensated for saying so.

Remember, practically every political site of any size on the web is in bed with intelligence. When they are not, they get pruned regularly.

Just see what happened to me here.

Bitcoin comes out of Israeli cryptographic research. The details I don’t know, but that’s generally accurate.

It’s not about saving anyone. It’s about enacting the kabbalist’s vision on earth.

That vision demands that the Anglo-Judaic Western powers rule the world through decentralized systems.

Those who are pushing bitcoin are on board that agenda.

I am too busy recovering from the latest body-blow from the cryptocracy to spell it out better just now.

But I will get to it.

If you want to gamble, go ahead.

But if you adopt bitcoins because you think your life will become opaque to the powers-that-be, you might want to rethink that.

The only way to hide anything done on your computer is to turn it off, smash the hard drive into metal dust, and throw it into a nuclear waste site.

But even then, there are still the servers and the other fellows’ computers.

Not to mention advances in technology or mathematics that will turn bitcoins invulnerability into mush.

Who, Why, How

Who, why, how.

I keep rotating the questions.

Someone has been hacking my private mail since 2007. It was the company monitoring me. I saw emails deleted. They even sent me a Trojan. This was not just work mail, but personal.

Later, it escalated into sending people my way to snoop or set me up. Job replies would be deleted or never reach. Book proposals, inquiries, all waylaid.

I would shut down my email and start another…and I would be safe for a few months and then it would start all over. Personal letters, phone calls, messages and always the listening.

I pulled out the land lines after things I discussed showed up in different articles all in the same incestuous web of newsletters. Who was feeding that stuff to them? Was it intelligence? Or was it some contractor?  Was the boss involved, and which boss?

Every quiet moment alone, only I wasn’t alone. Every family joke, that my enemies now knew.

But why?  And why this latest sabotage of my domain?

Who else was in on it with them? Someone at the hosting company. Yes, probably.

American censorship, free market style. The market has spoken. Only not the market, but criminals.

White-collar criminals. The ones who never make the headlines with those Mexican rapists conjured by the crook-in-chief. The Mossad stooge.

Should I connect the dots from spammers to hackers to domain squatters and domain sabotage? I think so.

And why? Well, first, why not? If you can inflict damage with impunity on an enemy…and apparently I am an enemy for having been a victim/ target…why not.

But something else is ticking inside those malevolent heads.

What is it, fellows?

Some Thoughts On Mail, Comments, Links

I  want to clarify one more time how I deal with reader comments and letters.

1.  I  no longer put an email contact on my blog, because email addresses out there tend to attract huge amounts of spam and become impossible to clean up. They also attract malicious people, who hack and access personal information.

2. If you comment on this blog and I recognize you as a regular reader, I can send you a personal email address to a contact you provide. However, I only tend to do this for regular readers and contributors. Sorry, but there are lots of people who make up email addresses and pose as readers simply to get information.

3. Encryption is a good idea when commenting on this blog or writing to me, because I cannot guarantee that your IP address might not be visible to a hacker or spammer. I don’t track my readers, but someone else might. However, if you actually relish my NSFW writing, you are tough enough and smart enough to take care of any attendant problems.

4. I do reply to emails in my inbox, sometimes long after the fact, I am afraid. But that is the result of having multiples email addresses, a blog that gets attacked, and a day job. If you don’t get a fast enough reply to an email, just post a comment on the blog and tell me not to publish it. I won’t.

5. Please let me know if links are broken on this site or to another site to which I have linked. If you have the time, I would much appreciate any links that you can can get redirected to the new URL of this site, http://lilarajiva.com.

So far, people I have contacted have been very helpful.

There is a wordpress plugin that could help with it: search-and-replace.

6. Pay no attention to contradictory personal information about me on the web. I  rarely sign up anywhere with accurate information and when Google rehashes the public records, the result is quite inaccurate.

7. Whatever I have stated on this blog about my personal experiences with flaming and stalking is hundred-percent accurate. I might not be able to say everything I want, but I am not in this business to mislead.

“Guerilla blogging,” as I call it, or defensive blogging, is meant to protect me from law-suits, not cover up anything.  I am exactly what I say I am: an ordinary citizen, a former academic and teacher, with no connections to intelligence, except in so far as some of my editors might have those ties.

The Migrant Invasion of Asia: Pedo Rapist Huckle

A headline you will never see at any alt-right blog:

UK’s worst paedo faces 22 life sentences after raping 200 kids including baby in nappy.”

From age 19- 29, Richard Huckle, the grammar school-educated, church -going son of a British actress, posed as a volunteer at Christian orphanages all across Asia, while secretly molesting and raping some 200 or more children, ranging from babies to pre-teens. Huckle crowd-funded his crimes by selling a how-to manual on the dark web, where he bragged about his rapes on notorious paedo site, The Love Zone.

Huckle’s crimes are part of a tidal wave of  tourist/expat sex-crimes, perpetrated largely by males from Australia, the UK, Canada, the US and Europe.

This is the demographic that forms the growing market for the livestreaming of child-rape and abuse committed mostly against poor Asian children, many orphaned.

Now that’s a migrant crime wave you won’t hear about on Breitbart or FrontPageMagazine.

Obviously, I am not suggesting that white males are uniquely child molesters.

Anymore than any rational person would suggest that all inner-city blacks are violent or all Mexican or Muslim immigrants are rapists and jihadists.

But that is precisely what nativist sites on the right and sometimes the left consistently do.

If a pattern shows up, we are correct to point it out, regardless of ethnic sensibilities.

We are not correct to misinterpret the data to ascribe or insinuate unique biological propensities for crime to the perpetrators.

Keeping the big picture of elite manipulation in mind, we see a pattern of breakdown in all groups that follows the fault lines peculiar to their ethnic and socio-political history.

Western males have greater access to technology and more freedom to travel. They are also the product of  a culture that glorifies pornography and denigrates religious or social strictures against unlicensed sexual expression. They are the targets of aggressive feminism.

The combination might make the sexual exploitation of the weakest members of society more attractive to the worst instincts of some men.

The same holds true for the so-called migrant crime wave in the US and Europe.  Incentivize immigration with welfare; make it hard for legal, highly-skilled workers to immigrate and easy for illegal, low-skilled ones to; promote a culture of drugs, violence, and misogyny in popular culture; then throw in opportunistic interactions between criminal gangs and governments and you have a recipe for migrant crime- waves.

Race is not the cause, it should be obvious. It is culture, orchestrated from above.

If only white nationalists and black nationalists would see that.

This blog is now back up at a new URL

So….. I got sucker punched.

For the last several months, as you probably know, I have been inundated by spam bots, code executing excessively, and other problems that led to my blog being offline most the time. It was up maybe a few hours each month and never in time for me to correct anything.

With that going on, some email miscommunication, oversights by tech support and globe-trotting on my part created what I must admit is a bit of a disaster. My domain was sold. I won’t comment on the blog to which it now directs. But I wonder if there is some connection to the scrapers that were piling on before.

Chief among them was a Russian scraper called Megaindex, which some sites consider shady. But then a lot of bots also disguise themselves, so I have no idea who or what was really behind all of that.

Next thing you know, Godaddy, the mother..or daddy..of all domain-snatchers had gobbled me up. Godaddy is a whole story to itself. But then, my former domain host and its reseller are also now sisters in a huge combine called Endurance International Group. Turns out that Goldman Sachs owns shares in EIG, which bought my host in 2014.

Thrilling any conspiracy fan, that was when problems of access to my cpanel began. In 2016 the bot attacks began. They accelerated into 2017, leaving me afraid they would wipe out the blog itself.

Well, the blog seems to have got through. But the domain is lost, maybe for good.

Also gone, and probably the object of the whole sabot…I mean sale.. were hundreds of links.

Gone are traffic, domain authority, page rank and other important things.

They were disguised and distorted by the spam attacks and by Google, the spy-state’s bff, but they were solid.

The links were my petty proof that I could take a licking and survive.

Ah well.

If I sound stoic, it’s because I am.

This is a war and the prize is your mind. Erasing people from the web, rewriting history, stealing IP (and links are not intrinsic to the domain – they are intrinsic to the blog), are all part of the war.

What does the law have to say about it?

The law, as usual, is a flat-footed copper, opening fire on the victims and letting the guilty off.

The underworld of the internet on the other hand is the dark kingdom of Dr. Moriarty.

It needs Sherlock.

Back to Blogging

Apologies for the site having been down so long. First, there was a long spell of bot attacks that I could never tackle in time.

Then, there were a bunch of technical glitches. I’m up now, but for how long I can’t say. I’ll take it as it comes.

My latest preoccupation is the growing menace of biometric identification, the worst specimen of which is India’s monstrous Aadhaar card.

Aadhaar, as duly noted on this blog, has the same meaning as Al Qaeda, that is, ‘the base’..which is another word for a ‘the foundation’. But it is also a pun on a more obviously ominous word – ‘data-base.’

A data-base of human beings, that is.

These sorts of cogitations will be dismissed in the major media as conspiracy theory.

But it is nothing of the sort, to anyone who follows the day-to-day encroachment of the state on the remaining rags of privacy.

Aadhaar is exceptional in that it includes a person’s name, his/her parents’ names, a photograph, all ten finger-prints, iris scans, and a signature, all in one easily duplicated piece of paper.

Already, despite Supreme Court pronouncements to the contrary, the Indian government has demanded it for public welfare schemes, for government scholarships, for new bank accounts, for government pensions, for gas subsidies, for cell phone accounts, and now, perhaps,  for income-tax filings.

Already, millions of people with Aadhaar have had all their personal and financial details leaked, for weeks and months at a time, on multiple government websites.

The implications are horrendous, by any measure. The helpless citizen is now trapped between the surveillance state and the criminal mafias, pinned down like prey, cowering between the gimlet-eyed eagle of global government overhead and the insidious snake of international crime underfoot.

BJP Behind Tamil Power Struggle

Hindustan Times has summarized 10 steps in the power struggle being waged between Sasikala Natarajan, former CM Jayalalithaa’s former confidante and current party secretary of the AIADMK (All India Anna DMK):

The power struggle can be summarised in the following 10 points:

1. Meditation and then revolt

Feb 7: Panneerselvam goes to Marina Beach in Chennai, and meditates for around 40 minutes at Jayalalithaa’s memorial. Says he was compelled to resign as CM and propose Sasikala’s name for the post of leader of the AIADMK legislature party.

I was forced to step down… Amma’s spirit told me that I should come out and tell the truth to the people.

[Lila: My previous post reported on the widespread use in current Tamil Nadu TV  (Sun TV serials) of occult symbols drawn from mother- goddess (Amma) worship, accompanied by imagery of lamias and snakes and references to divination, seances,  and black magic. Was this intended to reinforce the idea of the former TN chief minister as a goddess, whose departed spirit could then be appropriated by others for their own purposes? If so, who would profit from such a manipulation? Who has the power to insert such symbols into television? Would they be the owners of the channels in league with outside forces?

47% of Tamil viewers watch Sun TV and its sister channels, a result of the monopoly of distribution channels by the owner, Kalanidhi Maran, from the politically prominent family of Marans. Dayanidhi, Kala’s brother, is the Union Minister for Communications.  The Maran family controls of the DMK, one of the leading Tamil identity parties and rival to the splinter party AIADM.  Kala’s grand-uncle is former chief minister of TN Karunanidhi.

I posted evidence that the Gates Foundation, the Ford Foundation, and DARPA were some of the external forces behind the Tamil faces orchestrating the pro-Jallikattu protests that also played on Shaivite and Tamil symbols. I showed that the current BJP “Hindu nationalist” government of Modi is nothing more than a front for the Rothschild cabal, so presumably, this imagery can also be linked to them.]

Jayalalithaa told me to take over as CM when she was in hospital,” he says.

2. Sasikala sacks Panneerselvam as AIADMK treasurer, he asks banks to block party funds

Feb 7: After a meeting with party leaders, party announces that Sasikala has sacked Panneerselvam as AIADMK treasurer and replaced with Dindigul C Srinivasan, forest minister and No. 2 in the council of ministers.

After his sacking, Panneerselvam says, “I have carried forward the post of treasurer which was entrusted upon me by Amma and I think no one can take it away from me.” He writes to banks saying he was still the treasurer and no transactions should be done in party accounts without his assent.

3. Panneerselvam announces plan to probe Amma’s death, Sasikala parades MLAs

Feb 8: Panneerselvan says he personally does not have any suspicion on the death of Jayalalithaa, but that a commission of inquiry headed by a sitting Supreme Court judge will be set up to probe into the death.

“Doubts about Amma’s health still prevail. A probe commission will be set up… health queries regarding Amma have been raised in the recent past. It’s the duty of the state government to enquire. Recommended an enquiry commission,” he says.

Makes another major revelation, saying, “I had visited the hospital daily to enquire about Jayalalithaa’s health condition, but couldn’t meet her even once.”

[Lila: A comment under this article points out that this statement contradicts OPS’ previous assertion in Point 1 that Jaya had told him to take over while she was in Apollo Hospital. OPS is lying here.]

Feb 8: Sasikala parades 130-plus lawmakers in a show of strength to counter the rebellion.
4. Panneerselvan says Sasikala wants only to grab power to grab money

Feb 8: Panneerselvan says Sasikala “does not understand the situation” in Tamil Nadu. Gets support from another AIADMK leader, OP Pandian, who says Sasikala “only cares about money, money, money. She wants to grab power to get money.”

[Lila: OPS was a close friend of Shekhar Reddy, the sand-mining baron who was arrested during an income tax raid that recovered crores of allegedly unaccounted money in the form of the new Rs. 2000 notes, barely 25 days from the date that the banks began issuing them. Note that Reddy was on the board of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Trust, overseeing the 26 billion dollar annual income of the outfit in charge of the second-richest religious center in the world.  Reddy is said to be linked to the TN Chief Secretary Rama Mohana Rao, who was the target of a shocking, militarized raid by the IT department last year. At issue was crores of rupees from illegal sand-mining allegedly laundered through new notes into the construction industry and/or used to pay political supporters. ]

5. Panneerselvan promises to give due credit to Jayalalithaa’s niece Deepa Jayakumar

Feb 8: Panneerselvan promises to meet people in every part of the state. “I will prove my majority and lead the people,” he says. Adds that he will give Deepa (Jayalalithaa’s niece) “the respect she deserves”, and that he will ask her to join his camp.

[Lila: Deepa, Jaya’s niece, is backed by the BJP who pushed her forward to create divisions in Tamil politics, it is reported.]

6. Panneerselvan calls for party polls to elect general secretary

Feb 8: Calls for elections as per AIADMK rules for the post of general secretary, saying the party council has the power only to appoint a temporary general secretary.

7. Panneerselvan says may take back resignation if party wishes

Feb 8: Panneerselvam says he has never betrayed the party and may take back resignation as chief minister if the party so desires. “I have always followed Amma’s path. There has been no instance where I betrayed the party, while remaining in power or opposition,” he says.

8. Panneerselvam parades support of senior legislators, meets Governor

Feb 9: Panneerselvam says Sasikala “betrayed” a 2011 vow to her “mentor” Jayalalithaa by staking claim to form the government.

At a press conference, parades the support of senior legislator E Madhusudanan, who worked with Amma and her mentor MG Ramachandran for more than 50 years.

Reads out a letter Sasikala allegedly wrote to Jayalalithaa, seeking apology for her actions and promising not to seek any political position and use her influence.

Panneerselvam meets Governor C Vidyasagar Rao at Raj Bhavan, alleges most of the party MLAs were being held hostage in a resort outside Chennai and that police were not responding to complaints.

[Lila: Rao is a former  RSS functionary and one-time governor of Maharashtra, now acting governor of TN. He is seen as another proxy of the BJP, as he was also once Andhra state president of the BJP. He comes from the Velamma community from the leading Karimnagar family of northern Telengana. Former CPI (Communist Party of India) general secretary Rajeshwar Rao is his brother, as is Planning Commission member, Hanumantha Rao. Telengana was part of Andhra Pradesh until its secession, which Rao supported. Andhra is a prominent locus of Western and church influence. It is the state in which the fabulously wealthy Tirumala temple is located. Rao was educated at Osmania University, a hot-bed of leftist politics.]

9. Panneerselvam says will prove majority, Sasikala stakes claim to govt, visits Jaya memorial

Feb 9: Panneerselvam declines to reveal the number of legislators who were supporting him and says he will prove his strength on the floor of the house. Says party legislators will have the chance to vote as per their conscience and he would be able to prove his majority.

Feb 9: Sasikala visits Jayalalithaa’s memorial at Marina Beach, pays floral tributes to the late chief minister, before heading to Raj Bhavan to meet the Governor with a list of MLAs loyal to her

Sasikala stakes claim to form the government, while Panneerselvam says “dharma” will triumph.

10. Sasikala holds meeting with MLAs, sacks Madhusudanan, Panneerselvam lodges complaint

Feb 9: Sasikala holds meeting with AIADMK?MLAs loyal to her at Poes Garden residence. Reports also say she held a meeting via video link with MLAs kept at the Golden Bay Resorts

Feb 10: Sasikala dismisses E Madhusudanan from the party for backing Panneerselvam, and appoints KA Sengottaiyan as the party presidium chairman.

Feb 10: Panneerselvam lodges formal complaint with Governor on MLAs being held hostage in resort.

Feb 10: Governor Vidyasagar Rao sends report to Union home ministry, says “cannot call Sasikala to form the government now”, asks DGP to probe allegations that MLAs are being kept against their will at the resort.

“Shiva” Rising In Tamil Nadu

The Tamil serials these days are full of the images and icons of Shaivism.

An aficionado tells me this is a recent thing.

This is a lazy blog-post in a spare moment. I don’t have the energy to insert the links, but google the Tamil serials, Nandini, Nagini, Mahamayi, Ganga, Keladi Kanmani, and several others whose names elude me.

Cobras slither through them and morph into human beings…usually gorgeous women who do battle with evil.

[Note that in Jewish lore, the female spirit/demon Lilith, supposedly the mate of Adam before Eve, is associated with a half-woman, half-serpent lamia-like figure.]

Goddesses named Amman (mother) abound in contemporary Tamil Nadu cinema.

The trappings of Shaivism from the trishul (trident) to the horizontal ash on the forehead appear everywhere, as well as images of Shiva himself.

Besides Kashmir, Tamil Nadu is the great center of Shaivite worship.

The serials play up the idolatrous, superstitious side of it….presenting it seductively…  Black magic abounds.

The sudden appearance of such imagery this year, along with the (Shiva) bull-centric Jallikattu riots, makes me wonder.

Hollywood has always been a favorite venue for propaganda and the subliminal insertion of memes and imagery into the public consciousness.

There’s nothing to say the same thing is not going on here in TN, where cinema has such a potent hold on the minds of millions of people.

Christianity too has its Tolkien and C.S. Lewis, who infused occult and pagan imagery into Christian themes.

But this goes beyond that.

This is more akin to Dungeons and Dragons or Harry Potter.

It is magic for its own sake.

It is an attack on the sober, agamic Hinduism of the aam admi that stresses moral duty.

Blogsplaining myself

Sometimes I look back over old posts and catch things that need explaining.

Last night, I saw a post about feminism, in which I said I was not a femin-ist but a human-ist.

That might confuse readers who note that my other posts are generally written from a Christian perspective, to which “humanism” is opposed.

Humanism refers to the Enlightenment philosophy of human reason as the arbiter of all things.

I am not that kind of humanist.

However,  in that post, I was differentiating myself from feminists. I wanted to be clear that I was concerned for women as human-beings…not as some special gender elevated above men. That was the sense in which I used the word human-ist in the post.

There and elsewhere, a casual reader might get confused by the conflicting view-points  published on this blog.

They’re easily explained.

I publish anything that strikes me as containing an important insight, even if it contradicts my own world-view.

It’s my way of keeping myself honest and not succumbing to ideology.

The second point I wanted to make is that I am not an anti-Semite in the traditional sense, despite my tendency to rummage through white nationalist/so-called anti-Semitic sites.

I consider global government a very bad idea and I see its roots going back to the rabbinical dream of world conquest under a Messiah-King.

Deciphering that project requires plain-speaking…but I am not motivated by hatred for Judaism itself, either Torah-based or Talmudic, although certainly there are things in the latter I dislike intensely.

As to Christianity itself, I used to be a rather liberal and unorthodox Christian, as you can see from earlier writing on the web.

These days, I have moved much closer to a conservative position. That’s a result of extensive research over the last few years.

And personal experience.

I now hold an orthodox faith, but I still differ from orthodox believers in one thing – I do not believe that Christ’s salvation is conferred only on those who profess Christian doctrine. I believe it is conferred on all, regardless of confession. It depends only on what is in the heart.

If a person strives to embody truth and love as Christ practiced it, they are “believers” in the sense Christ meant.

They worship Christ, only without naming him.

There are many practicing “Christians” who are actually idolaters, because their belief is superstitious and a profession of the lips.

There are many practicing “pagans” who are actually Christians, because their belief is in the true god, regardless of what name they’ve chosen to give him.

Christ will draw them to him, one way or other.

This is not an idle conclusion. It’s one I’ve reached after many years of back-and-forth, study, observation, and interaction with people of all faiths.

Libertarian Republic On Steve Bannon’s Art Of The “New Deal”

Libertarian Republic gets it right:

Taking Bannon at his own word, and in the context of 1930s, it sounds a lot like the rhetoric coming from Germany pre-World War II. His rhetoric matches the anger, scapegoating, and emotional ploys spoken in the early days of Adolf Hitler‘s rise.

While this may seem pejorative, or hyperbolic, let us look at how the Mises Institute, an Austrian Economic think tank, explains 1930 Germany’s economic situation.

In the 1930s, Hitler was widely viewed as just another protectionist central planner who recognized the supposed failure of the free market and the need for nationally guided economic development. Proto-Keynesian socialist economist Joan Robinson wrote that “Hitler found a cure against unemployment before Keynes was finished explaining it.”

What were those economic policies? He suspended the gold standard, embarked on huge public-works programs like autobahns, protected industry from foreign competition, expanded credit, instituted jobs programs, bullied the private sector on prices and production decisions, vastly expanded the military, enforced capital controls, instituted family planning, penalized smoking, brought about national healthcare and unemployment insurance, imposed education standards, and eventually ran huge deficits. The Nazi interventionist program was essential to the regime’s rejection of the market economy and its embrace of socialism in one country.

Now compare that to how Bannon and Trump have described their plans and vision for having won the White House.

  1. 1 Trillion Dollar Infrastructure matches the huge public works programs
  2. “The globalists gutted the American working class and created a middle class in Asia,”  along with Trumps promises to coerce business back into the US, matches protection of industry from foreign competition,
  3. “With negative interest rates throughout the world, it’s the greatest opportunity to rebuild everything,” added to Trumps call to continue borrowing, matches expanding credit and the continuance of large deficits
  4. “Rebuild everything. Shipyards, iron works, get them all jacked up,” matches the instituted jobs programs
  5. Trumps possible control of capital through protectionist trade.
  6. The comment by Bannon about being in power for the next “50 years” sounds awfully similar to the how Nazi’s described the Third Reich. “It is our will that this state shall endure for a thousand years. We are happy to know that the future is ours entirely!” – Triumph of Will (1935)

This not to say that Bannon or Trump should be compared to Nazis or that they have come close to committing the acts against humanity that occurred in that period of history. Rather it is a simple question which compares the rhetoric being used by the two administrations in their rise to power. After all, this perspective is a simple look back at history, so as to learn from it and utilize it to spot potential issues in the future. If we willfully ignore details, even if just as a safety measure, then we leave ourselves at risk of missing what could’ve been right under our nose. Famed philosopher George Santayana once said, “Those that fail to learn from history, are doomed to repeat it.”

The Sandy Foundation Of Tamil Politics

From Scroll.in, a fascinating look into the sand mafia that rules Tamil Nadu (and many other Indian states) and its impact on politics and the environment there:

However, people in villages see this money [Lila: from the sale of sand from dried up river beds] circulating. A part of it, they say, goes to local party workers. A farmer from a village near Karur claimed that “about Rs 1,000 from each unit is shared amongst the local party workers: Rs 25 to the person in the village, Rs 150 to the taluka head, Rs 350 to the district members, and so on.” This is echoed by both researchers and politicians like K Kaliyan of the Communist Party of India (Marxist).

Abhijit Sen, a former member of the erstwhile Planning Commission, said India’s political parties “maintain their party cadres predominantly through the construction sector”. In Punjab, people close to the ruling Akali Dal control both sand mining and stone crushing. In West Bengal, syndicates control urban infrastructure projects. Another part of this money, said the researcher, goes into fighting elections. Be it for campaigning or for paying voters in cash.

These questions – about money flowing from sand mining to AIADMK’s cadre and being used in elections – were listed in the questionnaires sent to Jayalalithaa, Venkataramanan and Arumugasamy. This article will be updated when they respond.

For now, Sen’s observation triggers a fresh question. If a ruling party depends on the mining of a mineral resource to maintain itself, what is the fallout?

What it all means

Some years ago, farmers from 12 villages in Ettayapuram Taluk of Tuticorin district decided to stop sand mining. Among other things, they seized earthmovers and trucks. In response, said an article by R Seenivasan, a PhD Candidate with the University of Westminster, the farmers “were slapped with criminal charges and branded as ‘extremists’ who take ‘law into their hands’. Many farmers were sent to jail for days and charged for ‘unlawful assembly, rioting, obstructing government work and officers,’ under various penal sections of the Indian penal code.”

This is a common refrain. The police similarly slapped cases on the women of Kalathur, a village on the Palar, when they protested last year against sand mining. When this reporter met V Chandrasekhar, who has been agitating against sand mining in Villupuram and Pondicherry, it was shortly after Jawaharlal Nehru University student leader Kanhaiya Kumar was beaten up in the Patiala House complex. “That happens every day here. The police is an instrument of the state. No one would dare go to the police here,” said Chandrasekhar.

This pattern, of siding with the miners and not with the locals, shows up in poor supervision of sand mining. As the PUCL study found, sand was being mined till almost a 10 metre depth in the Palar. It also shows in the state government’s support for sand mining over, say, environmental concerns.

Responding to a petition filed in the Madras High Court by the Cauvery Neervala Athara Pathukappu Sangam, a non-profit in Erode, the state government argued that sand mining doesn’t need an environment clearance since quarrying operations were carried out by the PWD scientifically.

When the court insisted on an environmental impact assessment, a lawyer in the Madurai court who fought against sand mining, told Scroll on the condition of anonymity, the state government rushed through an environmental clearance in just three months.

Scroll asked Jayalalitha, Rama Mohana Rao, Venkataramanan and Arumugasamy for their comment on the charges that the state government and the ruling party have acted in a manner which benefits sand miners and not local communities. There was no response.

The combined fallout of all this has not been pretty. As these quarries scour their way along Tamil Nadu’s rivers, the state’s water crisis is worsening. Groundwater levels, for instance, are collapsing across the state. That said, the ravages of sand mining go beyond ecological damage. The state’s villages and politics have been damaged as well.”

Infosys Foundation Chair Joins Tirumala Temple Trust

The chairman of the Infosys Foundation has joined the board of the largest and richest temple trust in India and the second-richest in the world.

From The Hindu:

The appointment of Infosys Foundation chairperson Sudha Narayana Murthy as a member of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Trust Board is being seen as an initiative that will bolster the image of the board.

The nomination of Ms. Murthy, a prolific writer, philanthropist, and member of public health care initiatives of the Gates Foundation, meets the long-standing demand that only iconic personalities with a religious bent of mind be nominated to the board.”

The Hindu piece doesn’t tell you exactly who Mrs. Narayana Murthy is. She is the wife of the Infosys co-founder, and Infosys is one of the leading business consulting and outsourcing companies in India.

Narayana Murthy, often regarded as the father of Indian IT, figured prominently in Thomas Friedman’s “The World Is Flat” (which I have trounced on several occasions). Murthy, a Kannada Madhwa Brahmin, may be an entrepreneur but he is a self-proclaimed socialist.

He, like fellow-globalist Nandan Nilakeni, the other co-founder of Infosys,  is also an ardent promoter of the digitilization and e-surveillance of India.

Nilekani heads the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) which, along with the RBI, is the driving force between the imposition of the national biometric ID card, Aadhar. His former boss, Narayan Murthy, formerly headed the National Payments Corporation (NPC), the umbrella outfit that covers all retail payment systems like merchant cards, ATMs, etc.

Nilekani is a Konkani Brahmin and second-generation Fabian Socialist:

His father worked as a general manager of Mysore and Minerva Mills and subscribed to Fabian Socialist ideals that influenced Nilekani in his early years.”

The Hindu article also doesn’t mention the significance of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).

They oversee the work of the second richest and most visited religious center in the world, taking in some 130 million rupees a month (about 13 crore rupees or nearly 2 million dollars). The trust earned 2600 crore rupees (26 billion dollars) last year.

The trust oversees not only the Tirumala temple in Andhra Pradesh, but Hindu temples all over the world. Besides this, it is involved in numberless charitable works and in the propagation and preservation of Hindu and Sanskrit classics.

Please note that enormous amounts of gold, silver, and other donations flow into the temple coffers regularly:

While gold alone is estimated to add up to one tonne a year in offerings, silver, diamond and other items also flow into the temple trust’s exchequer. “In the case of property deeds, due procedure is followed by the concerned department to transfer the title,” noted an official.”

and this:

The temple trust said in April that it had deposited 1,311 kg of gold with Punjab National Bank under India’s Gold Monetisation Scheme. The deposit apparently is under a three-year short-term programme that earns the trust an annual interest of 1.75 percent.

In a statement, the temple’s investment committee expressed satisfaction at the interest rates earned from its investment so far. Further, it sought a shorter investment time frame between one to three years for depositing its yearly turnout of gold. The temple trust may negotiate with banks that would offer higher interest rates.

The trust, which seeks gold, not cash, in interest on its gold deposits, has chosen the government’s monetisation scheme’s three year short-term programme primarily for that benefit. Evincing interest to plough in more gold as deposits, it has requested the Reserve Bank of India to extend the same for other gold monetisation programmes that range from medium to long terms.”

Sudha Narayana Murthy replaces mining baron Shekhar Reddy on the board. Reddy was arrested in December 2016, for allegedly laundering money.  A widely circulated picture showed him standing in front of the Tirupati temple with current chief minister O.P Paneerselvam.

Migrants To Europe Missed By Kosher “Alt-Right”

From The Jewish News of North California:

Nearly 5,000 people have become citizens of Spain or Portugal following the passing of laws in both countries on the naturalization of descendants of Sephardic Jews.

In Portugal, where a procedure for naturalization under the law went into effect last year, 292 applicants for naturalization have been approved, Catarina Madeira, a spokeswoman for the Portuguese Justice Ministry, said on Oct. 12.

Spain has naturalized 4,538 applicants for citizenship by Sephardim since the law went into effect last year. However, only three applicants were granted citizenship based on the actual law, the ABC daily newspaper reported on Oct. 16. Others were naturalized by a royal decree and not through the nondiscretionary procedure devised for the law.

According to ABC, the Spanish government in effect blocked the nondiscretionary procedure to avoid mass immigration by an estimated 30 million non-Jewish descendants of Sephardim
eligible under the law.

In both countries, the passing of the laws of return for Sephardim was described as an attempt to atone for the state and church-led mass expulsion, dispossession, torture and forced conversion into Christianity of Jews during the Inquisition — a period that began in the 15th century and ended with the disappearance and dispersion of what used to be one of the world’s largest Jewish communities.”

What that means is that Muslims and non-Muslim refugees fleeing countries bombed and destroyed by the US, Israel and their allies, are considered persona non grata in Europe and considered an “alien invasion.”

But Sephardi-descent Jews alone and no other Sephardi group (not Christians of Sephardi background, for example) are being imported by subverting the existing law and imposing a royal decree, ostensibly to compensate said Jewish imports for grievances they suffered over 500 years ago!

First, there is plenty of historical evidence to suggest that those grievances have been exaggerated and that the alleged perpetrators of the offense – some of the inquisitors, for instance – were themselves crypto-Jewish:

The Judaizing of Spanish Catholicism under the influence of the Marranos explains in part the popularity of Erasmus, precursor of Luther, in that country. At Rome, they seriously feared the emergence of a Jewish kingdom in Spain.17

A second problem superimposed itself on the religious problem. The Marranos had purchased for cash the public offices of several Spanish cities, crushing the old-Christian people under the weight of taxes and usury. There were some popular uprisings against the Marrano power at Toledo and Cuidad Real in 1449. The Marranos regained control of these cities in 1467 and massacred a great number of old-Christians. There were other bloodbaths in Castile (1468) and in Andalusia (1473). Spain was then on the threshold of a racial and religious civil war. This war, which would have been appalling, was avoided, thanks to the Inquisition.

Note that the Jewish converts were not always Marranos. Many among them were sincerely Catholic. Think of St. Teresa of Avila who was the granddaughter of a Marrano who, moreover, had been condemned by the Inquisition.

In fact, the truly converted Jews were the biggest enemies of the Marranos. The former rabbis Salomon Halevi, become bishop of Burgos under the name of Pablo de Santa Maria, and Jehoshua Ha-Lorqui, become Brother Jerome of the Holy Faith, wrote violent works against Judaism.

The historian Henry Kamen notes that the principal anti-Judaic polemicists were themselves ex-Jews. It was they who clamored for a tribunal of the Inquisition to distinguish between the false Jewish Christian converts and the sincere new Christians. The first Spanish Grand Inquisitor, Tomas de Torquemada, was himself a Jewish convert. In addition, it must be noted that many Marranos judaized simply through family tradition or by misappreciation of the Catholic faith. The Inquisition thus had to establish another distinction between the Marranos who willfully altered the integrity of the faith and those who were the victims of an insufficient catechization.”

But don’t hold your breath waiting for any so-called alt-right or libertarian site to talk about this particular state-mandated discrimination on the basis of religion and proscription of the right of movement of non-Jewish people.

Burqa Bans and Muslim Identification

Lew Rockwell makes a most peculiar comment:

Thousands of Muslims Protest Burqa Ban in Austria

I agree. Not only is it an offense against self-ownership, it’s a leftist attempt to hide the deliberate de-Austrianization of Austria. “

What? A leading libertarian activist claims that once the burqa is banned, you won’t be able to tell an Austrian….from a Muslim.

But here’s what.

Austrian is a type of nationality. Muslim refers to religious belief. The two are apples and oranges…or, more accurately, apples and cut flowers.

Two. Can anyone really tell nationality from an item of clothing?

Are there no French citizens in burkas?

Three. If, by Austrian, Rockwell meant “white” Austrian, well, a lot of Muslims from the Middle East are whiter than Europeans and a lot of native-born Austrians are dark-skinned, since they are second or third-generation immigrants.

Four. Even native-born non-immigrant Caucasian Austrians can be Muslims.

Five. Do all Muslims wear burqas? If the burqa were banned, Muslims who would have worn them, would still probably be identifiable as Muslims, from head-scarves, for instance.

Unless Rockwell really thinks that a ban on burqas means conservative Muslim women in Austria  will now be running around in shorts and tank-tops.

Does he really think that?

Rockwell is a smart guy.

So when I read such loopy arguments, I have to suspect some deeper agenda.

Banning the burka is a bad idea because it is a radical intrusion of the state into the realm of personal choice in an area where there is no valid community interest at stake that might conceivable justify some  voluntary compromise between individual choice and community interest.
A burqa could be a security threat, for example. In that case, the ban should be not on the burqa but more generally on any item of clothing that covers the face and body in such a way to make an interlocuter clearly vulnerable to assault in a limited number of  clearly defined public spaces.
But, in general, I think a ban on something that doesn’t obviously pose a threat to anyone else’s freedom or life is a bad way to go.

Reince Priebus’ Sephardic Roots?

Update:

Sally Sherrow, Priebus’ spouse is listed as Jewish on a number of anti-Jewish/Zionist sites. But I couldn’t get anything authoritative for it.  On one site, the name is said to be Irish and derived from the French word for wagon. On another,  it is given as a Scottish occupational name and listed as a variant of Shearer, derived from Scerare.

But, note, there is also a German version – Schearer,  a variant of Scharer, that is also spelt Scherer.

Scherer is both a gentile name and a common German-Jewish (Ashkenazy) name.  Given Priebus’ roots, I think it’s a good guess that Sally L. Sherrow is an Ashekenazy crypto herself.

Preibus went to law school at Miami, head quarters of the Russian Jewish mafia in the US.

ORIGINAL POST

From Ethnic Celebs.com, a brief analysis of Trump’s chief of staff’s ethnic descent:

Birth Name: Reinhold Richard Priebus

Place of Birth: Dover, New Jersey, U.S.

Date of Birth: March 18, 1972

Ethnicity:
*German, 1/8th English (father)
*Greek (mother)

Reince Priebus is an American attorney and political figure. He has been White House Chief of Staff, since January 20, 2017. He was previously Chair of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, from 2007 to 2011, and Chair of the Republican National Committee, from January 14, 2011 to January 19, 2017.

His father is of seven eighths German and one eighth English descent. His mother was born in Sudan, of Greek origin. Reince was raised Greek Orthodox.

Reince’s paternal grandfather was Reinhold W. Priebus (the son of Friedrich/Frederick “Fred” Priebus and Amilia/Amalia Kroll). Reince’s grandfather Reinhold was born in Michigan, to ethnic German parents from Russia. Friedrich was the son of John Priebus and Lesa. Amilia was the daughter of William Kroll and Frazina.

Reince’s paternal grandmother was Evelyn Mimmie Birch (the daughter of Christophe/Chris F. Birch and Ottilia/Ottilie Kugler). Evelyn was born in Wisconsin. Christophe was born in Wisconsin, to a Canadian father, William Birch, whose own parents were English, and to an American mother, Minnie Wirtschieffer, who was born in Wisconsin, to German parents. Reince’s great-grandmother Ottilia was an ethnic German from Russia.”

“Ethnic German from Russia” could well be Ashkenazy Jewish, but for now, let it remain a suspicion, for this is Priebus’ father’s side. It is the mother’s descent that decides Jewish/Khazar ethnicity.

Priebus’s mother is Dimitra Priebus whose original family is on the island of Lesbos. She is Greek, but met Priebus’ father in Sudan, while he was in the US army and stationed in Ethiopia.  Dimitra (nick-named Roula) Priebus had until then spent most of her life in Khartoum, where she worked in the American embassy.  Today, she is a real estate agent in Wisconsin.

Priebus’ father, Richard Priebus,  is described as a (former?) union electrician and in some places also as a real estate agent.

As a young man, Reince Priebus himself interned with the NAACP.

Employee unions and the NAACP sound more liberal than conservative.

Dimitra Priebus’ maiden name is Pitsiladis.

Her family is from Mytilene, the capital of the island of Lesvos and the seat of a metropolitan bishop of the Greek Orthodox church.

According to Wikipedia, in 1170, Benjamin of Tudela established ten small Jewish communities in Lesbos, but by 1930 there were only a hundred or so Jewish people left.

So, while Roula Priebus was born in the Sudan,  which is home a to a number of European expats, her ancestral home was on the island of Lesvos, from which we get the word lesbian. Lesvos is also well-known for the production of the wine, ouzo.

In fact, Roula Priebus’ family name of Pitsiladi is connected with one of several companies involved in the production of the best ouzo, Ouzo plomari.

Is  Roula Priebus from the ouzo-making Pitsiladis family? If so, the chances are she is a crypto-Jew, a donmeh of some kind.

Here’s why.

The word ouzo is itself derived from a Turkish word, uzum, meaning grapes in Turkey.

A more likely explanation however gives Sir G. Clauson in his book “An Etymological Dictionary of Pre-Thirteenth Century Turkish”, Oxford 1972. At page 288 he says that the word “ouzo” derives from the word “uzum”, which means grapes in Turkish.”

The Pitsiladis distillery was founded by one Paniyotis Pitsiladis from Pergamos in Asia Minor, who came to Plomari in the 19th century:

In the middle of the 19th century, Panayiotis Pitsiladis arrived to [sic] Plomari from Pergamos in Asia Minor and founded his first distillery by the river.
In 1892 he received the official operating license from the Turkish state and started to produce Ouzo Plomariou Pitsiladis with his sons.

http://www.karoulias.gr/portfolio_page/ouzo-pitsiladi/

Pergamos  is the current Turkish town of  Bergamos.

In pre-Christian and Roman times, it was the site of flourishing and at times debauched cults of the pagan gods, Jupiter, Dionysos, and Venus, as well as of Asklepion, the healing snake-god.

Pergamom was also the seat of imperial power in Asia and later the site of one of several important New Testament churches.

In the Revelation of St. John,  Christ addresses the fledgling church at Pergamos (Pergamum) thus:

Revelation 2:12-17 …..’And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan’s seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.”

In 92 AD, Antipas, the saintly bishop of Pergamum, was roasted alive  in a bronze bull at the top of a 40-ft altar to Jupiter, as I previously blogged.

In that same blog post I explained why I thought that Jesus’ phrase “seat of Satan” referred to the imperial cult that saw the Roman emperor as god and demanded the submission of Christians to him.

I argued that a study of the types of Satan in the Bible (Nimrod, the King of Tyre, Antiochus Epiphanes, Herod)  showed that it was power aspiring to Godhead, rather than simply worship of other gods, that was dubbed Satanic.

According to wikipedia:

The name Mytilene itself seems to be of Hittite origin. According to Homer‘s Iliad, however, Lesbos was part of the kingdom of Priam in what is now Turkey. Much work remains to be done to determine just what was happening and when. In Middle Ages, it was under Byzantine and then Genoese rule. Lesbos was conquered by the Ottoman Empire in 1462. The Ottomans then ruled the island until the First Balkan War in 1912, when it became part of the Kingdom of Greece.”

With such a history, there would be widespread Turkish and most likely donmeh Jewish descent among  Greeks in Mytilene. The Hittites were one of several people who intermarried with the Edomites, as the descendants of the Biblical Esau, were known.  From this Edomite strain descends the “mixed multitude” that is now inaccurately termed Jewish.

If Roula Priebus does belong to the ouzo-making family of Pitsiladis, the US would have a “white nationalist” president who is really of Ashkenazy extraction, descended from the Drumpfs from the wine-making heart of Germany… and we would have a chief-of-staff also apparently of Sephardic (maternal) heritage, descended from a crypto-Jewish/Turkish (donmeh) family, from the  wine-making heart of the Aegean.

Is Steve Bannon A Crypto-Jew?

Is the czar of all things anti-Semitic and white nationalist in the Trump administration Ashkenazy  himself?

On the face of it, Steve Bannon sounds like an Anglo-Saxon name.

But this is the matrix and nothing is as it seems.

So I dug.

And I came up with this:

Stephen is of course both a gentile and a Jewish name.

But Bannon also appears as a name used by Jews at Jewish Genealogy..

Bannon is both Irish…and Semitic:

English surname used as a (mostly) male name. Anglicised form of the Old Gaelic Irish surname O Banain, which means “son of the fair-haired one”. This is pronounced BANN-uhn.

Jewish surname used as a male name. It comes from a Semitic root meaning “white” – coincidentally, the same meaning as the English/Irish surname.

[Lila: Nice touch that]

This is pronounced bah-NON.

Banon is one of the characters in the role playing game “Final Fantasy VI”.

Bannon’s Irish-Catholic working class background already makes him a natural ally of the Jews.

But the derivations of his last name added to his mother’s maiden name, Herr, makes me suspect he is more than just  a shabbos goy.

He is Judaic himself.

Wikipedia:

Stephen Kevin Bannon was born on November 27, 1953, in Norfolk, Virginia, to Doris (neé Herr) and Martin Bannon, a telephone lineman.[26][27] His working class, Irish Catholic family were pro-Kennedy, pro-union Democrats.

Bannon’s mother’s name Herr is both High German and Ashkenazy and means lord or master or one who serves the lord of the manor or gives himself the airs of a lord.

Avatanyu.com lists it as a German-Jewish name.

The “white nationalist anti-semite” Bannon is yet another Khazar fraud redirecting popular anger away from the Khazar/Israeli elites and toward soft targets  – third-world immigrants and Muslims.

Steve Bannon’s Anti-Indian Immigration Policy

From The Economic Times:

US President Donald Trump’s executive orders restricting entry into the country and reports of curbs being planned on foreign students and workers are worrying Indians at colleges there. Others are reconsidering plans for higher education in the US considering the hostile reception that awaits them. The president could scrap a measure that allows some students to stay on in the US for three years after getting their degree, it’s been reported by Vox.com and others.

“I was looking to use that as a runway to set up a technology startup,” said the MIT student cited above. “Doing it in one year will be incredibly hard. It complicates things for those who want to pursue entrepreneurship.”

That worry is despite the fact that those from MIT, especially PhDs, are highly coveted by employers and tend to get annual pay upwards of $90,000 after graduation.

Optional practical training (OPT) currently allows graduates with

science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) degrees to stay in the US for up to three years after graduating from college. Curtailing that period will hurt the plans of some 165,918 Indian students in the US with about three-fourths of them being in STEM programmes.

Possible changes to H-1B visa rules and key Trump aide Stephen Bannon’s apparent antipathy toward South Asians are also preying on the minds of students. “

Of course, faux “anti-Semite” Steve Bannon  is actually an Israel-first voice of the  kosher-led alt-right .

Others of his ilk are Jared Taylor and the American Renaissance and Paul Gottfried at Lew Rockwell.

Bannon, a former military/intel operative and graduate of spy-laden Virginia Tech – is the new instrument of the Khazar elite’s war on India.

This is very much in keeping with the elite cabal’s fear of being out-competed by Indians.

On Wall Street, in the aftermath of the 2008-09 collapse, this fear led to the take-down of minor Indian wrong-doers on weak charges of “insider-trading,” instead of the investigation of the Khazar financial mafia that perpetrated global financial mayhem.

At elite campuses, it has led to a sustained policy of discrimination against Asians, especially Indians (for instance, see this brave article by one Jewish writer), who, where the playing field is level (for eg. at Caltech and other elite STEM institutions), have regularly outperformed Ashkenazi Jews.

Now,  via government policy, the “uppity injuns” are being set straight.

Steve Bannon, who poses as a white gentile nationalist, is a Khazar  hit-man whose job is to make “white Christians” look like the primary “anti-Semitic” axe-wielders rather than a golem of the Jews, and make dumb Indians believe that the Khazar mafia is their best friend and only protection against racist white gentiles.

This follows the false-flag playbook, wherein terror attacks are always carried out by Muslims who shout “Allahu Akbar” repeatedly and carefully leave behind passports and ID cards in visible positions.

Most of the Islamo-lone-nuts turn out to have intelligence backgrounds with  Western agencies.

Likewise, Mr. Bannon, whose immigration policies are ostensibly about “protecting American jobs,” is in reality attacking Indian tech companies, start-ups,  scientists, and students….continuing the attack begun by the left-liberal wing of the globalist cabal some years ago.

Note, however, that the soon-to-be-unloaded students were (and still are being) eagerly solicited for their hard-earned money in promotions run all over the Indian papers.

Consider also that the Indian rupee has weakened by five times in the last decade, ever since India became a “friend” of the US and Israel.

Some friend.

Moreover,  Indian salaries are far lower than US salaries, so the sums solicited are a far greater proportion of the savings of Indians than they are of Americans (who never pay full price in any case).

But that has not stopped drooling British, Australian, and American universities running their pimping ads.

I would strongly advise students suckered in by the ads to use some of their tuition money to hire as vicious a legal attack-dog they can find and go after the universities for fraud, misrepresentation, price-gouging, price-fixing,  discrimination and anything else in the law-books.

Make them pay.

Then, let Mr. Modi take a page out of his so-called friend (read, master) Trump’s book and BAN American, British, and Australian universities, companies, and workers in India.

If Modi wont’ do it then it’s time to ban Mr. Modi and boycott everything Anglo-American or Israeli-made or bred.

If we are going to have economic war, let’s have it.

No open borders for STEM students? Then no “open borders” for Foreign Direct Investment, Walmart, Amazon, American and Israeli tourists, NGO’s,  American agribusiness, Google, American porn and Israel-run drugs, which spew across borders too.

And sayonora to all those retired Americans, Aussies, Brits, and Europeans – NEVER called migrants – parking their well-cushioned and often bare bottoms on beaches and 5-star hotels in third-world countries, living like the royalty they never were in their own countries, running drug and sex rings, preying on native children, bilking the tax man at home and in their “adopted” countries (who didn’t invite them),  providing cover for Western intelligence, if not aiding and abetting, spying and stealing from native businesses and native culture, while inveighing against them.

Those are never MIGRANTS, are they?

That’s never a MIGRANT invasion, is it?

What is colonial history but the story of Europe’s migrant INVASION of the rest of the world?

Deport the lot back to their countries, I say, and take back the US, Australia, New Zealand, South America, while you’re at it.

Let’s send back ALL the immigrants, not just some.

Then let’s see just how “over-populated,” “crowded” and “third-world” the West will look.

That is, if it can function at all, minus its immigrants.

CDC Plagiarizes Indian Scientist’s Litchi Diagnosis

Yet more evidence of the extent of brazen IP theft from non-Western, especially developing Asian countries,  in elite Western institutions, this time involving Western and Indian-origin scientists at the Center for Disease Control in the US, deploying the resources of the Indian government to poach from Indian scientists:

The story began in 2013 when, faced with recurrent deaths of children due to a mysterious brain disease in litchi-harvesting belts of Muzaffarpur, the Bihar government and the health ministry of the central government turned to veteran virologist Dr T Jacob John. They could not have got a better expert: Dr John, since his MBBS way back in 1958, followed by a PhD in 1976, has a long and distinguished career in public health. In a way, he was the brain behind the polio vaccination campaign.

What could be the cause of deaths? The prime suspect was some yet-to-be-identified virus. The next suspect was the fruit itself, that is, some substance in it – it could be a toxin in litchi or something in the pesticide used. Other suspects were bats which were eating litchis and hence probably passing on some disease to children who ate the bat-eaten litchis. The common factor to all deaths was that the children were dying in the litchi-belt during the litchi harvesting season of May and June, recalls Dr John.

He camped at Muzaffarpur, met villagers and began his work. He ruled out the virus angle and was zeroing in on a chemical within litchi. “A similar disease was caused by another fruit called ackee that belongs to the same plant family as litchi. This disease was metabolic and was called hypoglycaemic encephalopathy, or ‘Jamaican vomiting sickness’. So I was able to rule out virus in the very beginning,” he says.

His hunch was that it was worth looking for a toxin within the fruit. He suggested this in a report in May 2014 – in the leading journal of its kind in India, Current Science, published by the Current Science Association in collaboration with the Indian Academy of Sciences. He and his co-researcher, Mukul Das, wrote:
“In animal experiments, MCPA (the hypoglycin found in ackee) and MCPG (the hypoglycin in litchi) have been shown to induce encephalopathy and hypoglycaemia. Encephalopathy is explained by the mitochondrial inhibition of fatty acid-oxidation and accumulation of toxic metabolites. Our hypothesis is that the Muzaffarpur AES is caused by MCPG in lychee. However, we do not know if it is present only in the seed or also in the edible fruit flesh and if unripe lychee has more MCPG than ripe fruits.”
Their conclusion: “…tightly  restricted seasonality and geographic distribution as well as sparing of children below 2 years support the diagnosis of acute non-infectious encephalopathy as against viral encephalitis.”

In September 2014, doctors John, Das and Arun Shah published further findings on the toxin hypothesis in the same journal.
They, however, were in for a shock when they found the same findings reproduced in an American journal a few months later – without any credit, acknowledgement or reference to their research.

Akash Srivastava, who is with the National Centre for Disease Control of the health ministry, along with a team of researchers published this set of findings in the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR), a journal published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of the US government. The March 2015 report arrived at the same conclusion, that the brain disease among children in Muzaffarpur was not caused by a virus but by some toxin within litchi seeds or fruit, and the condition was hence not a viral disease but a metabolic disorder called hypoglycaemic encephalopathy.

Dr John and his co-authors took up the matter in a letter published in Current Science in September 2015. It asked: “Publishing on hypoglycemic encephalopathy, borrowing information without giving credit: Is Current Science invisible?”

They noted, “Annual seasonal outbreaks of what was popularly called acute encephalitis syndrome in Muzaffarpur, Bihar were clinically diagnosed in 2013 by us as non-infectious, toxic, hypoglycemic encephalopathy… The toxin was pinpointed as methylenecyclopropylglycine (MCPG). Thus, our first publication in May 2014 in Current Science was a breakthrough after many groups of investigators had failed for many years to diagnose the disease or provide any plausible causative associations.

“In 2014, we confirmed with clinical evidences that the disease is indeed hypoglycemic encephalopathy and the patients could be saved with prompt correction of hypoglycemia. These results were published, again in Current Science, in August 2014.” But in January 2015, MMWR came out with a report by a large group of investigators, stating that the disease is acute hypoglycemic encephalopathy with putative association with litchi, as if they were the first to arrive at such a conclusion.”

“Our 2013 investigations which appeared in May 2014 in Current Science were a watershed. But the studies of Shrivastava et al published in January 2015 in MMWR have not cited our earlier contributions – one reason could be that Current Science is invisible in the usual biomedical literature surveys. However, when we conducted a simple literature search through a popular search engine, we found references to both our papers.”

When Governance Now contacted  MMWR, its executive editor Charlotte Kent replied promptly on December 2 saying that matter would be investigated. “We received your two emails from today about the MMWR report, “Outbreaks of Unexplained Neurologic Illness – Muzaffapur, India, 2013-14”. We are planning on investigating the concern you raised,” she said in an email. MMWR has not sent any further information on the matter since then. Srivastava, meanwhile, did not reply to the emailed queries.

Several questions are raised by this incident, especially since the parallel research published by CDC was also done with help of Indian government bodies.

Dr John also rues the fact that this episode pits Indian scientists against each other. He says that ultimately it proves that Indians can do their research and reach the truth without external help. However, he adds that distortion of truth does leave a bitter taste in the mouth and is just not done in science.

An ethical scientist would not claim credit for someone else’s work, says the veteran virologist.

Scientists Confirm Lost Continent Of Gondwana Under Mauritius

From Phys.org:

Scientists have confirmed the existence of a “lost continent” under the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius that was left-over by the break-up of the supercontinent, Gondwana, which started about 200 million years ago.The piece of crust, which was subsequently covered by young lava during volcanic eruptions on the island, seems to be a tiny piece of ancient continent, which broke off from the island of Madagascar, when Africa, India, Australia and Antarctica split up and formed the Indian Ocean.“We are studying the break-up process of the continents, in order to understand the geological history of the planet,” says Wits geologist, Professor Lewis Ashwal, lead author on the paper “Archaean zircons in Miocene oceanic hotspot rocks establish ancient continental crust beneath Mauritius”, published in the prestigious journal Nature Communications.

By studying the mineral, zircon, found in rocks spewed up by lava during , Ashwal and his colleagues Michael Wiedenbeck from the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) and Trond Torsvik from the University of Oslo, guest scientist at GFZ, have found that remnants of this mineral were far too old to belong on the island of Mauritius.

No Cash Transactions Above 3 Lakhs ($4447)

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s 2017 budget proposes a ban on any cash transaction in a day over 3 lakhs rupees (about $4446.75).

This is far worse than any restriction in the US, where cash transactions above $10,000 are not banned, but simply reported by the bank to the IRS.

Like demonetization, the new ban is an unnecessarily coercive, intrusive, and punitive move, with entirely foreseeable and counterproductive results.

By completely banning cash transactions above 3 lakhs, the government is actually unraveling the last stitch of credibility holding its efforts together.

Large cash transactions are not going to disappear. All that will happen is that they will not pass through banks at all.

Instead, a new parallel economy will spring up.

Large purchases have hitherto involved a percentage of the price being reported and taxed (the white part) and the rest being paid under the table (the black part).

Now you can be assured that come April 1 there will be no “white” part at all.

It will be all black.

Just as the printing of new currency notes was the pretext whereby fake notes, excess currency, and chaos have been slyly injected into the system leaving no one sure of just how much cash is in circulation at all, so too the new tax will create a new layer of impenetrable fog under cover of which the enemies of India’s aam admi will operate with impunity.

Those enemies, let us be clear, operate not just from terrorist outposts in Bangladesh or Pakistan, but from the seat of the international cabal’s financial shock-and-awe machinery in India: that is, from the RBI, the finance ministry, and the Prime Minister’s Office.

Dear Tamil Nadu Police, Please Do Not Arrest Me But…

Dear Tamil Nadu police, please do not arrest me but please do take a look at this list of mainstream Indian media reports about illness and death suffered immediately after vaccinations in India.

Yes, whale.to is considered a conspiracy site and a lot worse, but that link is only a list.

Can a list of mainstream reports be considered conspiracy-mongering?

Please do also look at the report of the chief of pediatrics at St. Stephens Hospital in Delhi and consider whether his measured comments and research on combination vaccines and their dangers amount to “panic messages” on social media.

Dr. Puliyel has also exposed the dangers of indigenous rotavirus vaccines and contested the government’s figures on the number of Indian children suffering from rotavirus diarrhoea.

If we  can worry about merely irritating bulls in villages in South India, surely parents can worry about their precious young children being given worrisome combo vaccines without threats of arrest.

Tamil Nadu Government Threatens Arrest Of Anti-Vaxxers

Times of India:

The state health department has threatened to initiate legal action against those sending panic messages advising people to boycott the coming massive measles-rubella vaccine drive in which nearly 1.8 crore children between 9 months and 15 years will be vaccinated in schools and primary health centres from February 6.

[Lila: around 237,000 children]

The department has the powers to persuade parents to vaccinate their children, said director of public health Dr K Kolandaisamy.

In the past one week, there has been a flood of messages on social media urging parents not to send their children for vaccination in schools and some suggest that they should not send their children to school on days scheduled for vaccinations……

“We are well within our powers even to arrest people who are a hindrance to the success of this scheme. We are working with the cybercrime team to track such panic messages. The scheme is being launched to eliminate the virus from the environment,” he said.”

Trump Exposes The State For What It Is

Karen Kwiatkowsky at LRC  sums up my own feelings about Trump, his fans, and his critics:

If Donald Trump turns out to be power-hungry, corrupt, and stupid, if he becomes an icon of an arrogant emperor, it would simply be the first time in recent decades that we the people widely recognized those characteristics in a president.  This – what we are watching today – is how an all-consuming, and all involving state behaves, in its natural environment.

The upset and sadness regarding the new administration by a whole sector of Americans (and their mainstream media translators) is the result of their own ignorance of how the government of the size and scope of the US government actually works.  Fascism seems to be the word of the day – but our government is a long established crony capitalist state, one able, willing and eager to take by hook, by crook and by force, whatever it wants from any citizen of non-citizen alike.  This is old news.

Those who love the glory of the state, adore its power and enjoy its parental aura, have built and supported the state we have.  Donald Trump is the perfect man to lead it.

I certainly hope that he might also be the perfect president to destroy it.

Either way, I see nothing worth complaining about.  Our energies should be spent on living freely, prospering and helping others to do so.  We should pay attention to the teeth-gnashing of the ruling, chattering and echo-chamber classes only so far as it informs us on potential vulnerabilities of the state that we may use practically, and as teachable moments.”

New Notes: 50% Security Features Already Counterfeited

More evidence from the Hindu that Demonetization was a either one of the most colossal blunders of modern Indian history or a sophisticated attack on the Indian economy:

The Border Security Force (BSF) and the National Investigation Agency (NIA) intercepted four consignments of  2000 notes between December 2016 and January this year from areas near Malda district.

With the quality of the fakes improving over time, the seizure has set alarm bells ringing for intelligence agencies and security forces.

“The notes have copied the geometric patterns and the colour scheme both on obverse and the reverse side including watermark, and the exclusive number pattern of the 2000 currency. Unlike samples seized elsewhere which were scanned or colour photocopies, these have been printed using sophisticated dyes,” a senior security officer said.

More than half of the 17 RBI-listed security features have been replicated.”

The notes were seized from Mohammad Ashraful and Ripon Sheikh from Malda district.

Please note that Malda district is in West Bengal. It shares a 223 km in total international border with Bangladesh and is a hub of the fake currency racket.

This 12 sq-km triangle with 18 villages, 40km from Malda town, have turned into the entry point of 40% fake Indian notes being pumped into the country through the porous border.

Malda, particularly the three Kaliachak blocks, have always been known as the smuggling point for fake currencies, but the situation has taken a turn for the worse in the past five years. According to a recent NIA report, 80% fake currencies are sneaked into the country through the 172-km porous border along Malda district, and 55-60% of the consignments from Bangladesh are circulated from the villages in 12 sq-km triangle.”

While demonetization had a temporary effect on Malda’s flourishing fake currency business,  it was expected that the trade would resume in the space of 1-3 months.

“We are looking at a time frame of one month to three months before we make the first seizure of a fresh consignment of fake Indian currency, this time most likely Rs 100 notes,” said a senior BSF officer who did not want to be identified.”

But it’s not the 100, but the  new 2000, that has had half the security features successfully faked. Which leads one to question the whole rationale of demo itself, because a large bill of that kind would be much more attractive to counterfeiters in the first place.

Meanwhile the network of couriers dispersing the notes continues:

“The movement is done in chains,” explained a security official who did not want to be identified. “From the point of origin of the consignment in Bangladesh to the destination in Kaliachawk, there would be no less than 20 to 25 couriers in each chain. Each person in the chain normally covers a distance of 100 meters to hand over the consignment to the next one in the chain. It is an intricate network and very difficult to trap and dismantle.”

DARPA’s Dark History

With evidence of the hand of DARPA behind the Jallikattu protests in Tamil Nadu, a review of its history is in order.

From Activist Post:

Cloaked in clandestine secrecy, DARPA has been called the “Oh God Why” branch of the Department of Defense. In the fiscal year of 2015, their requested budget was $2.91 billion, which doesn’t include classified and black budgets. Even still, through Freedom of Information Act requests and intrepid journalism, some of the historical truths and future plans of this nebulous government agency have come to light in recent years.

15. DARPA was responsible for the creation and weaponization of Agent Orange during the Vietnam War.

Back in 1961, when DARPA was called ARPA, the agency ran a toxicology branch at Fort Detrick, where it spearheaded one of the most controversial weapons programs in U.S. history. Project Agile utilized Agent Orange as a part of their highly classified defoliation and food crop poisoning efforts in the jungles of Vietnam. Their use of Agent Orange, which was manufactured by nine wartime government contractors, including Monsanto, may be responsible for cancer, nervous disorders, and skin cancer in 2.8 million servicemen who returned from Vietnam. The U.S. defoliation program directly killed about 400,000 Vietnamese, caused half a million children to be born with birth defects, and may be the cause of cancer in over 2 million more Vietnamese people.

President John F. Kennedy signed off on DARPA’s costly, deadly and, ultimately, ineffective program.

14. Four nuclear bombs were detonated during the Cuban Missile Crisis

It’s widely believed that nuclear weapons were not used during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Contrarily, with Eisenhower’s test ban failing, the United States actually detonated two nuclear weapons — code-named Checkmate and Bluegill Triple Prime — in space at the height of of tension in October of 1962. Then they tested two more bombs.

ARPA, at the behest of Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara, launched this effort to test an atmospheric nuclear defense shield known as the Christofilos Effect.

13. DARPA ostracized any scientist who discussed ethics or morality with regard to the use of nuclear weapons.

After the horror of witnessing the first hydrogen bomb test, which, in its initial blast had many scientists afraid the atmosphere was catching on fire, Robert Oppenheimer was forced into exile after expressing moral concerns over continued nuclear weapons development. Thereafter, it became official DARPA policy to not discuss ethical issues related to the use of nuclear weapons in warfare.

(Source: The Pentagon’s Brain: An Uncensored History of DARPA, America’s Top Secret Military Research Agency.)

12. DARPA scientists drew up plans to nuke the Ho Chi Minh Trail during the Vietnam War.

Then Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara called on the JASON scientists — at one time a dominant and prolific division within DARPA — to determine whether it was possible to take out the Ho Chi Minh Trail with nuclear weapons. Military leaders considered the disabling of this important strategic path the preeminent way for the United States to fatally weaken the Viet Cong insurgency.

However, in this rare instance of restraint, the JASON scientists determined it was impractical to use nuclear weapons for this purpose. They stated:

At least one TNW [tactical nuclear weapon] is required for each target, and the targets are mostly small and fleeting. A reasonable guess at the order of magnitude of weapons requirements … would be ten per day or 3000 per year.

11. DARPA developed weapons specifically for the purpose of brutally incapacitating anti-war demonstrators.

At the peak of the anti-Vietnam War fervor in 1968, then-ARPA scientists looked for methods of comprehensively dispersing the crowds that gathered in huge numbers to peacefully protest the war. The research and implementation of these methods included tear gas, phosgene oxide (which can cause temporary blindness), anticholinergics (which block nerve impulses), emetic agents (chemicals that induce vomiting), non-lethal grenades, poisoned tranquilizing darts, lasers, eardrum-shattering loud noises, and tagging (using markings only visible in ultraviolet light) for later apprehension.

“Nonlethal weapons are generally intended to prevent an individual from engaging in undesirable acts,” wrote the authors of a seminal report, which was only recently declassified.

The final crowd control effort, which persists today, sanctioned the upgrading of state police arsenals with military-grade equipment. The Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 created the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration (LEAA), a federal agency whose sole purpose was to militarize local police forces.

(Source: The Pentagon’s Brain: An Uncensored History of DARPA, America’s Top Secret Military Research Agency.)

10. In 2008, the NSA and DARPA collaborated for a covert data mining campaign called Project Reynard, which monitored millions of World of Warcraft users.

Project Reynard came at the first peak of MMO gaming and sought to track the online behavior of 10 million monthly subscribers to the World of Warcraft. This program wasn’t revealed to the public until 2013, when Edward Snowden disclosed top secret documents related to governmental abuses of power.

DARPA scientists configured a Video Analysis and Content Extraction tool, as well as something called Knowledge Discovery and Dissemination, so that Reynard was “automatically detecting suspicious behavior and actions in the virtual world.”

9. DARPA’s anti-polio vaccination campaign exposed millions of Americans to the “cryptic human infection” of monkey virus.

In the late 1950s and early 1960s, the JASON scientists were tasked with biological warfare defense. Their research produced a highly classified controversial vaccination campaign that exposed 98 million people to the “cryptic human infection” of monkey virus, known as Simian virus 40 (SV40).

No one was told of the risk and, even today, rancorous debate over the extent of the danger persists. Scientists have reported that the SV40 virus is found in cancerous human tumors.

Writing on the nature of a stealth virus, or ‘silent loads,’ in biological warfare, one Jason microbiologist wrote:

The basic idea behind a stealth virus is to produce a tightly regulated, cryptic viral infection, using a vector that can enter and spread in human cells, remaining resident for lengthy periods without detectable harm … [a population could be] slowly pre-infected with a stealth virus over an extended period, possibly years, and then synchronously triggered.

(Source: The Pentagon’s Brain: An Uncensored History of DARPA, America’s Top Secret Military Research Agency.)

8. DARPA’s Defense Sciences Office was controlled by military Transhumanist, Michael Goldblatt, a McDonald’s employee.

Michael Goldblatt, who believes that humans will end up controlling their own evolution with technology, came to DARPA in 1999 with a vision for military-based Transhumanism. His plans included super-soldiers donning exoskeletons and the use of biotech to manufacture pain vaccines and rapid blood clotting for “rapid healing” troops. He also wanted to create the “24/7 soldier,” who requires little to no sleep on the battlefield.

He also happened to have served as chief science officer and vice president of research for McDonald’s.

7. DARPA’S Dark Winter war game simulated a biological terrorist attack and may have contributed to a biowarfare hysteria that paved the way for the Iraq war.

Dark Winter was a fictitious exercise developed by four organizations overseen by DARPA, who wanted to create a hypothetical biological terrorist attack and then assess military reactions to the scenario. The premise, which was pitched to Dick Cheney in 2001, before 9/11, involved a smallpox outbreak in Oklahoma City. The game played out over thirteen days, during which time the disease spread to 25 states and 15 other countries. With no response or vaccine available, a million people died within weeks.

As a result, the Congressional Commission on the Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation and Terrorism stated,

To date, the U.S. government has invested most of its nonproliferation efforts and diplomatic capital in preventing nuclear terrorism. The commission believes that it should make the more likely threat — bioterrorism — a higher priority.

Since Dark Winter, the government has spent more than $60 billion on biodefense. This number, of course, doesn’t tabulate the cost of the war in Iraq, the justification of which was greatly buoyed by fear-mongering over Saddam Hussein’s fictitious chemical and biological warfare capacities.

6. DARPA sponsored biosurveillance program Bio-ALIRT, which collected the medical records of millions of Americans without their knowledge or consent.

Even before 9/11 sent government agencies into Orwellian overdrive, DARPA had been leveraging a surveillance program known as Bio-ALIRT, for Bio-Event Advanced Leading Indicator Recognition Technology. Supercomputers did the job, scanning all available databases of medical records of American citizens.

5. Under the umbrella of a system known as Total Information Awareness, DARPA spearheaded many of the surveillance programs abused by the NSA.

DARPA’s Total Information Awareness concept created a veritable buffet of advanced surveillance and data mining programs, many of which ultimately were folded into NSA’s PRISM. We now know that PRISM culled citizens’ personal data from companies like Microsoft, Google, and Facebook, and was later leaked by whistleblower Edward Snowden. Total Information Awareness programs include:

Evidence Extraction and Link Discovery program (EELD) – Sole purpose is to gather as much information about both terror suspects and average American citizens as possible, using“phone records, computer searches, credit card receipts, parking receipts, books checked out of the library, films rented, and more.”Goal is to assess megadata on 285 million people a day in real-time.

Scalable Social Network Analysis (SSNA) – Program “monitors telephone calls, conference calls, and ATM withdrawals … also sought to develop a far more invasive surveillance technology.”

Activity Recognition and Monitoring (ARM) – With England’s CCTV surveillance cameras as a model, ARM created a massive database of people going about their everyday lives. Using advanced facial recognition software, the program highlighted any behavior that was outside the realm of a preprogrammed “ordinary,” the definition of which remains classified.

Deep Exploration and Filtering of Text (DEFT) – Operating on a 28 million dollar budget, this program utilizes advanced computer algorithms to analyze text-based messages in all shapes and forms, from text messages to reports, with the aim being to comprehend “implied and hidden meanings through probabilistic inference.” The full use of DEFT in the United States is classified.

Nexus 7 – With a classified budget, this particularly murky program studies and tracks social network content. First used in Afghanistan in a defense capacity, when aimed at domestic networks the use of the program is a mystery.

4. DARPA’S “culture-centric warfare” program conscripted social scientists and anthropologists into the Iraq war as mercenaries.

Operating under the idea that anthropologists would facilitate a more humane war effort, DARPA’S Human Terrain System sought to promote “honorable warfare” in its Iraq counterinsurgency efforts. This lead to the gruesome death of at least one social scientist. On the whole, the program seems to have muddled the already arcane purpose of combat forces in Iraq with a ‘hearts and minds’ type of ideology. It reminded some analysts of internal military propaganda from the Vietnam War.

After [Human Terrain System] training,” DARPA stated, “soldiers will be able to approach and engage strangers in unfamiliar social environments, orient to unfamiliar patterns of behavior, recover from social mistakes, de-escalate conflict, rigorously practice transition in and out of force situations and engage in the process of discovering and adapting to previously unknown ‘rules of the game’ encountered in social engagements.

3. DARPA believes the future of war involves animal cyborgs and insect-inspired drone technology.

The Stealthy Insect Sensor Project is part of a long-standing effort to use bees in war, particularly as bomb locators. It started in 1999 and evolved into the development of insect-inspired drones, which are known as micro air vehicles (MAVs). Eventually, DARPA plans for its “biohybrids” to be part animal, part machine cyborgs, which, according to Annie Jacobsen, author of The Pentagon’s Brain: An Uncensored History of DARPA, America’s Top Secret Military Research Agency, will “fly, swim, crawl, walk, run, and swarm.”

The science fueling this futuristic vision is nanobiology. Most of the nanobiology applications DARPA is developing are classified. However, in an interview with Coast to Coast AM, Jacobsen said,

DARPA has already succeeded in creating a rat that will be steered by remote control by implanting an electrode in its brain.

And it’s done the same thing with a moth which is really remarkable because the scientists implanted the electrodes in the pupa stage of the moth when it was still a worm! And then it transformed into having wings, and those tiny little micro-sensors transformed with the moth and the DARPA scientists were able to steer that moth.

Imagine following that idea through — DARPA is moving toward engineering humans for war.

2. DARPA’s Narrative Networks program developed classified techniques used to manipulate trust in humans.

For its Narrative Networks (N2) program, DARPA collaborated with a CIA agency called the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Agency (IARPA) to develop methods of overwriting messages in the human mind. In an article for phys.org entitled “DARPA looking to master propaganda via Narrative Networks,” the program was described as having two parts: first, to understand what happens in the human mind when someone sees or hears a message; second, to figure out how to control how the brain interprets the message.

One researcher described Narrative Networks as an attempt to “detect narrative influence … [for the] prevention of negative behavioral outcomes … and generation of positive behavioral outcomes, such as building trust.”

The government is already trying to control the message, so why not have the science to do it in a systematic way?

1. Hunter-killer robots, guided by advanced artificial intelligence, will wage the wars of the future.

Despite the grand mystery of exactly what DARPA is currently working on, which of course is deeply classified, there have been relatively unambiguous signals that it involves artificial intelligence and the outsourcing of military operations to machines. The future of war will see the rise of unmanned autonomous drones, referred to as hunter-killer robots.

In 2011, the Defense Department released a document entitled “Unmanned Systems Integrated Roadmap,” which laid out a cursory overview of the next couple decades. It unequivocally states there will be fully self-governing autonomous machines … soon. Currently, DARPA is working on creating an artificial brain.

According to the undersecretary of defense Ashton B. Carter in 2010:

Dramatic progress in supporting technologies suggests that unprecedented, perhaps unimagined degrees of autonomy can be introduced into current and future military systems.

Perhaps the next great space race is taking place right now in top secret labs all across the world. This time the players include the private sector, too, as Google’s Ray Kurzweil is also trying to create an artificial brain.

Jallikattu Protests: Nachiket Mor & DARPA Links

A comment on this blog leads to new insight on what’s behind the huge, suspiciously well-organized pro-Jallikattu protests in Tamil Nadu in 2017:

Microsoft’s 2015  crowd mobilization report using mobile phone and social media in Tamil Nadu and Delhi.

That report was in turn based on earlier research summarized in a pdf entitled Vashishta-INTERACTIONS2015″

which concludes as follows:

“This paper presents the first crowd mobilization challenge conducted in India, a developing country context where effective social mobilization is broader and more inclusive than the rich country settings studied previously. We customized the design of the challenge to incorporate local languages and to enable participation at very low cost by anyone with access to a basic mobile phone. The challenge was successful in attracting broad participation, spanning 7,700 participants from all across India in less than a day.

While many participants utilized Internet technologies, we also found interesting usage
of SMS, voice, and face-to-face communications that offered benefits in the Indian context. Unlike previous social mobilization contests, participants relied primarily on their personal networks, and often recruited team members without offering any financial incentives. We synthesize our lessons learned as a set of recommendations to help
future crowd mobilization challenges extend their reach into low-income, offline envi-
ronments.”
These crowd mobilizations experiments came out of research begun by DARPA as early as 2009, when, as I’ve blogged repeatedly, a whole new generation of intelligence projects began, including Wikileaks.
DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) is now actually headed by an Indian:
Since then, DARPA—now headed by India-born Caltech alumna Arati  Prabhakar—has driven innovation using a small, nimble team of 200 persons and delivered to the world technology ranging from the internet to hand-held GPS systems and is now focused on fields as diverse as mathematics, synthetic biology, and neuro-technology. What is critical is that it “does not perform its engineering alchemy in isolation”.
The article quoted above laments that India, which delivers high quality space, engineering, and medical research at a fraction of the cost that the US does, still doesn’t have an equivalent to DARPA.
The problem with that, as the author doesn’t realize, is that the Indians at the helm of such agencies, including Mor and Prabhakar, are simply tools used by larger interests.
And likewise, any “Indian platform” like the posited INDRA, will only be a means by which India’s low-cost, high-power advances are stolen, culled, and otherwise used to profit the Western oligarchy, while ordinary Indians themselves will be enslaved by “their government” (or rather, the financial cabal for which the government now fronts) technologically.
This has already happened, with American partnerships and joint ventures being thrust on Indian universities and promoted to Indian students, ostensibly for bringing local institutions up  to international standards, but, in actual fact,  for IP theft.
Many of these recently developed institutions, like Vellore Institute of Technology,  receive enormous promotion from left-wing English language papers like the Hindu.
It would be a reasonable guess that, with student bodies drawn from neighboring countries, they will be infiltrated by Chinese, US, and other intelligence agents.
Meanwhile, Microsoft, as well as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation,  are behind the push toward “cashless” in India.
Gates had already been a big player in computer systems used in the public sector in the country, as well in so-called philanthropic efforts implementing the UN Millennium goals, the ultimate aim of which – even with the most benign interpretation –  is global population control.
Previous posts (see below) have shown the Gates/NWO  hand behind demonetization in India.

COMMENT from Shanty Mathew at Inkstainedmind.blogspot.in.

“THIS MIGHT JUST BE SHEER COINCIDENCE… But in September 2015, Microsoft India released a report on how they experimented with “Crowd Mobilization” via mobile phone and social media in Tamil Nadu and Delhi. The experiment was modeled around work done earlier by DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. The report with its vague and amorphous objectives and conclusions is available here (pdf) http://preview.tinyurl.com/j75pq7u

Remember, Nachiket Mor Country Director of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation India is from TN. (Btw, I want to thank you for bringing up that name.)

Lila: Thanks, and here is the post in which I brought it up.

As you can see, I have blogged about his connection to Aadhar as well.

I didn’t catch the Jallikattu link, but I knew the whole protest was a Rothschild creation, because of the links to the Ford Foundation, the appeal to a UN mandate,  the coordination with Trump’s inauguration, simultaneous appearance of world-wide anti-Trump feminist protests, and also the symbolism of the bull, in relation to Shiva-Shakti.]

COMMENT (continued)

Nachiket Mor, it would seem, is both omniscient, omnipresent, and yet invisible!!!

He was in the TAGUP Committee headed by Nanadan Nilekani which brought up the idea of monopolistic NIUs (National Information Utilities) to leverage Aadhaar. He was, of course, head of the RBI’s Mor Committee which brought out the report laid the roadmap for “cashless payment economy” in India. And he is currently sitting on the board of the RBI and as Director of BMGF.

It would be really interesting to know whose hands are up this sock puppet!”

Trump Refugee Cap Is Not “Muslim Ban”

As usual, the mainstream media around the globe are hysterically misrepresenting the facts about the Trump restrictions on immigration. This is no blanket ban on Muslims, as a careful reading of the text shows.

From the Powerline blog:

David French does a good job of separating the facts from the hysteria. For the hysteria, French cites the usual suspects: Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, the Huffington Post, etc.

For the facts, and for perspective, French begins with this:

[T]he order temporarily halts refugee admissions for 120 days to improve the vetting process, then caps refugee admissions at 50,000 per year. Outrageous, right? Not so fast.

Before 2016, when Obama dramatically ramped up refugee admissions, Trump’s 50,000 stands roughly in between a typical year of refugee admissions in George W. Bush’s two terms and a typical year in Obama’s two terms. . . .In 2002, the United States admitted only 27,131 refugees. It admitted fewer than 50,000 in 2003, 2006, and 2007. As for President Obama, he was slightly more generous than President Bush, but his refugee cap from 2013 to 2015 was a mere 70,000, and in 2011 and 2012 he admitted barely more than 50,000 refugees himself.

The bottom line is that Trump is improving security screening and intends to admit refugees at close to the average rate of the 15 years before Obama’s dramatic expansion in 2016. Obama’s expansion was a departure from recent norms, not Trump’s contraction.

About the 90-day ban on people entering the U.S. from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen, French has this to say:

[T]hese are countries either torn apart by jihadist violence or under the control of hostile, jihadist governments. The ban is in place while the Department of Homeland Security determines the information needed from any country to adjudicate any visa, admission, or other benefit under the INA (adjudications) in order to determine that the individual seeking the benefit is who the individual claims to be and is not a security or public-safety threat. It could, however, be extended or expanded depending on whether countries are capable of providing the requested information.

The ban, however, contains an important exception: Secretaries of State and Homeland Security may, on a case-by-case basis, and when in the national interest, issue visas or other immigration benefits to nationals of countries for which visas and benefits are otherwise blocked. In other words, the secretaries can make exceptions — a provision that would, one hopes, fully allow interpreters and other proven allies to enter the U.S. during the 90-day period.

To the extent this ban applies to new immigrant and non-immigrant entry, this temporary halt (with exceptions) is wise. We know that terrorists are trying to infiltrate the ranks of refugees and other visitors. We know that immigrants from Somalia, for example, have launched jihadist attacks here at home and have sought to leave the U.S. to join ISIS.

Indeed, given the. . .recent track record of completed and attempted terror attacks by Muslim immigrants, it’s clear that our current approach is inadequate to control the threat. Unless we want to simply accept Muslim immigrant terror as a fact of American life, a short-term ban on entry from problematic countries combined with a systematic review of our security procedures is both reasonable and prudent.

French opposes application of the ban to green-card holders because they have already gone through round after round of vetting. He notes, however, that Trump’s order, by its terms, doesn’t apply to them. Thus, the administration should intervene to stop the misapplication of its order to green-card holders. If it doesn’t, “it should indeed be condemned,” French says.

What about the indefinite hold on admitting Syrian refugees? French finds this to be fairly inconsequential — a return, largely, to the Obama administration’s practices from 2011 to 2014:

For all the Democrats’ wailing and gnashing of teeth, until 2016 the Obama administration had already largely slammed the door on Syrian-refugee admissions. The Syrian Civil War touched off in 2011. Here are the Syrian-refugee admissions to the U.S. until Obama decided to admit more than 13,000 in 2016:Fiscal Year 2011: 29Fiscal Year 2012: 31Fiscal Year 2013: 36Fiscal Year 2014: 105Fiscal Year 2015: 1,682.

To recap: While the Syrian Civil War was raging, ISIS was rising, and refugees were swamping Syria’s neighbors and surging into Europe, the Obama administration let in less than a trickle of refugees. Only in the closing days of his administration did President Obama reverse course — in numbers insufficient to make a dent in the overall crisis, by the way — and now the Democrats have the audacity to tweet out pictures of bleeding Syrian children?

It’s particularly gross to see this display when the Obama administration’s deliberate decision to leave a yawning power vacuum — in part through its Iraq withdrawal and in part through its dithering throughout the Syrian Civil War — exacerbated the refugee crisis in the first place. There was a genocide on Obama’s watch, and his tiny trickle of Syrian refugees hardly makes up for the grotesque negligence of abandoning Iraq and his years-long mishandling of the emerging Syrian crisis.

When we know our enemy is seeking to strike America and its allies through the refugee population, when we know they’ve succeeded in Europe, and when the administration has doubts about our ability to adequately vet the refugees we admit into this nation, a pause is again not just prudent but arguably necessary.

What about Trump’s directive to prioritize refugee claims made by individuals on the basis of religious-based persecution, provided that the religion of the individual is a minority religion in the individual’s country of nationality? French puts this directive in perspective by noting the extent to which persecuted non-Muslims almost never seemed to benefit from Obama’s refugee policy:

[When] Obama dramatically expanded Syrian refugee admissions in 2016, few Christians made the cut:The Obama administration has resettled 13,210 Syrian refugees into the United States since the beginning of 2016 — an increase of 675 percent over the same 10-month period in 2015.Of those, 13,100 (99.1 percent) are Muslims — 12,966 Sunnis, 24 Shi’a, and 110 other Muslims — and 77 (0.5 percent) are Christians. Another 24 (0.18 percent) are Yazidis.

As a point of reference, in 2015 Christians represented roughly 10 percent of Syria’s population. Perhaps there’s an innocent explanation for the disparity. Perhaps not.

In any event, federal asylum and refugee law already has a built-in religious test. The term refugee means “(A) any person who is outside any country of such person’s nationality . . . and who is unable or unwilling to return to . . . that country because of persecution or a well-founded fear of persecution on account of . . . religion [among other things] . . .” Thus, as French says:

Religious considerations are by law part of refugee policy. And it is entirely reasonable to give preference (though not exclusivity) to members of minority religions.

Finally, French emphasizes that “you can read the entire executive order from start to finish, reread it, then read it again, and you will not find a Muslim ban.” He concludes:

Now is the time to take a fresh look at our border-control and immigration policies. Trump’s order isn’t a betrayal of American values. Applied correctly and competently, it can represent a promising fresh start and a prelude to new policies that protect our nation while still maintaining American compassion and preserving American friendships.”

Will The Real Rape Culture Please Stand Up?

A horrendous allegation of gang rape at Baylor University.

Nothing has been proved yet, and what with all the false rape charges, I would like to find out what really happened before going there.

Still, on the face of it, I find it credible.

Is this a contradiction of my previous blog post about false rape charges?

No. Arguing that feminist laws are exacerbating false-rape charges in India in no way makes me unable to see real rape when (and if) it occurs.

There is NO rape culture in the US if you are talking about the average bloke and the average family.

On the contrary, there is a culture of misandry.

But in certain specialized settings, there is a rape culture.

One setting is the military – an outgrowth of the state.

The second is also an outgrowth of the state – the billion-dollar sports industry, with its endless stroking of athletic narcissism, its addiction to steroids, and its entitlement culture off the field.

The third locus of genuine rape culture is in certain venues in colleges, in bars and voluntary associations, where political correctness comes to an end and atavistic urges fueled by drugs, alcohol, and often violent porn, take over as a back-lash.

Here too, the state can be blamed. It is only the existence of enormous subsidies from the state that make this kind of permissive partying life-style possible.

The other two sites of genuine rape-culture are the prisons (also an outgrowth of the state) and criminal gangs on the street (fed by prison culture).

None of that has anything to do with traditional patriarchy.

Rather,  the causes lie with intoxicants, the break-down of community standards, and the inculcation of the military ideal of a “killing machine” into even civilians, via a mindless sports culture, through criminal gangs, and through a prison-culture that is widely imitated by young people.

The state is central to the culture that promotes rape. The traditional patriarchal family is not.

I Was Wrong About Trump

I was wrong about Trump.

Not that he isn’t a shill for the financial cartel and another face of the elites. Yes, he is all that.

But I was wrong that the election was just six of one, half a dozen of the other.

So far, at least, that’s not been the case.

All the goody-two-shoes bombing-for-their-own-good of Afghanistan, Libya, and Syria, apparently qualified Obama as a “decent” man and great president to our liberal brethren.

Comes Trump who hasn’t bombed a soul but merely – and quite sensibly- wants to keep out refugees from countries that are considered enemies of the US, and the caterwauling can be heard around the solar system.

What? You think a sovereign nation has the right to determine who enters its borders and wants to keep out people who might – quite justifiably in my opinion – want to sock it to Americans for what’s been done to them?

You madman, you!

And that wall. Sure, it’s a boondoggle. But then what isn’t?

Not that I personally am in favor of stopping Mexicans crossing the border to work illegally.

But along with workers, come gangs, revanchist groups, gun-running, drugs, and sex-trafficking. And subsidies to illegals that have bust the budgets of border states.

A virtual wall would be more efficient and cheaper, but I personally prefer concrete, if for nothing more than the symbolism of a Great Wall Of Mehiko.

True, I will no longer be able to dreamily plot routes that avoid passport checks – a favorite hobby of a frequent traveler. Sailing across an unmanned southern border  will soon be an impossibility. I dread to think of the logistics, the dust thrown up, the flora and fauna diving for cover.

But all leaders have their follies and the ancient Egyptians probably hated the building of the pyramids as well.

Let Trump have his.

Meanwhile,  there’s the whole LBGTQ project struck right off the official website; the climate-change agenda erased; funding withdrawn for US tax-payer subsidized abortions; Obama care reversed (at least somewhat); the massacre of Christians in the Middle East an actual thing in the news….

I am not naive enough to believe all this doesn’t still conceal another chapter in the globalist agenda.  It does.

But common sense and the people who pay the bills have just made a come-back, short-lived, as it may be.

I, for one, am grateful.

Now, about FATCA…

Dangers Of Vaccines Increase In Developing Countries

From Stop Mandatory Vaccinations:

“Polio
Everyone usually gets very concerned about polio and use it as a main reason why vaccinations are so important. People always say to me, “Well, what about polio?”

The polio truth was one of the hardest ones for me to wrap my head around. The truth about polio (or what we have all been told is polio) is that during the 1950s many similar diseases were misdiagnosed as polio, such as Guillain-Barré syndrome, hand foot, and mouth disease, transverse myelitis, undiagnosed congenital syphilis, ECHO, and Arsenic and DDT poisoning. The polio virus is a gut virus that has been around for centuries and had only began to show paralyzing effects on people in the 19 the century. Why? Because polio was really a reaction to the pesticides DDT and arsenic that were sprayed on literally everything at that time, including food. There was also a huge disruption to the immune system by the introduction of toxic and processed foods. These two factors together disrupted the gut and immune system balance which turned a once benign gut virus into a terrible disease. When DDT use was stopped, polio mysteriously dropped as well, proving that once again this vaccine did not save us. You can see the graph here. The CDC also reclassified the definition of polio multiple times, essentially reclassifying it out of existence.

The polio we see now in 3rd world countries is vaccine induced polio virus. Yes, you heard me right, vaccine induced polio. In the US the oral polio vaccine was dropped because it was causing polio, however it is still used in developing countries. How criminal is that?

This vaccination issue is a huge problem in India and Africa where the vaccine trials are causing enormous numbers of children to become paralyzed from the vaccine. In India over 53,000 cases of vaccine induced paralysis have occurred! The CDC even says that cases of polio are extremely rare in the US. However, between 1980-1994 there were 124 cases of vaccine-induced polio. Of course the government and CDC has been brilliant about covering all this up, but if you read the history of polio the picture becomes clear: vaccines did not save us from polio and in fact, caused massive harm.

Rotavirus
What is rotavirus anyway? Most people I speak with have no idea what this disease even is.

Rotavirus is the most common cause of severe diarrhea among children worldwide. There are many different strains of rotavirus that can infect humans or animals, including monkeys, cows and sheep. There are five main strains that cause more than 90 percent of human rotavirus infections in developed countries, such as the US, but rotavirus strains are more diverse in developing countries. By the time a child is 5 years old they have been suspected to have been infected with rotavirus at least once. Each time a child gets infected his or her immunity is boosted and subsequent infections are less severe.

Problems with rotavirus occur when there is severe dehydration. Again this is more serious in developing nations where people may not have access to clean, safe water, or proper care. According to the CDC, Rotavirus infections rarely cause other complications and for a well managed child the prognosis is excellent. So if a child’s infection is well managed and the prognosis is excellent then why the heck do we need a vaccine when this vaccine is literally killing children throughout the world? Two babies died and 29 were hospitalized after receiving the Rotavirus vaccine in Mexico. Isn’t the death of one baby, one death too many? Why is this vaccine still on the childhood immunization schedule in the US? Where is the justice for these children?

This vaccine just happens to be co-created by Dr. Paul Offit who is the head of the Vaccine Information Center and has direct financial ties to the sale of this product. He is quoted as saying that a child would be safe receiving 10,000 vaccines at once! Sorry Mr. Offit, but I don’t believe you, and I will take my chances with the diarrhea. Maybe you should offer your own child as a guinea pig for this experiment you propose.”

Infanrix Vaccines Linked To Infant Deaths

A Delhi pediatrics chief has credibly linked the combined Infanrix vaccines to so-called Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) deaths:

“Infanrix vaccination generally follows a schedule of injections at three, five, and eleven-months of age, according to a paper published in Human Vaccines and Immunotherapeutics, which stated that the vaccine was first licensed in 2000 and that the vaccine has demonstrated a decade of safety.

Dr. Jacob Puliyel, head of pediatrics at St. Stephens Hospital in Delhi, linked to the previously confidential documents on Infanrix and commented on the Human Vaccines and Immunotherapeutics’s article where it appears in the U.S. National Institute of Health’s library. The pediatrics head called attention to what he believes is a strong correlation between sudden death and Infanrix when he wrote that “if one analyzes the data looking at deaths in first 10 days after administration of vaccine and compares it to the deaths in the next 10 days, it is clear that 97% of deaths (65 deaths) in the infants below 1 year, occur in the first 10 days and 3% (2 deaths) occur in the next 10 days.”

“Had the deaths been coincidental SIDS deaths unrelated to vaccination, the numbers of deaths in the two 10 day periods should have been the same.”

Puliyel went on to write that Infanrix hexa may have been to blame for at least 69 babies’ deaths during the reporting period alone. He states that 69 of the deaths during the reporting window were investigated thoroughly and occurred within three weeks of vaccination with Infanrix and the ages of the babies varied.
Did the hexavalent Infanrix vaccine cause sudden death?
Rather than compounding the total deaths each day, as in the documents found online, the pediatrics doctor suggests we examine how many more deaths happened right after the vaccine was given compared to as the days went by. He said this demonstrates a link between the vaccination event and the sudden deaths.

The data is conclusive. It is very clear and there is no room for argument,” a child safety advocate from Child Health Safety wrote just hours after Puliyel made his analysis public.

“And the analysis is simple. Anyone can understand it. The very plain data the document contains proves the matter without any doubt whatsoever.”

Claims on social media based on the doctor’s published comment are snowballing.

The doctor who analyzed the data did not state that there was no room for argument, though. He did not brazenly state that the hexavalent Infanrix vaccine causes sudden death in babies.

Puliyel stated that he published his commentary “to put it up for open review by the scientific community, on account of its urgency, as this is a matter that involves the lives of children and there is a continuing risk to children.” Puliyel notes that the “decelerating incremental-deaths” support the theory of a clear relationship between deaths labelled as sudden death and “the vaccination episode.” The vaccination episode includes many variables besides just Infanrix vaccination itself.

Puliyel noted a correlation between deaths and the combination vaccine Infanrix. Puliyel has been clear before, such as in his letter to the Guardian, that he believes combination vaccines are possibly dangerous and far too expensive.”

Durga Devi Molested By Shiva’s Warriors?

The Jallikattu protests get stranger and stranger.

First, there is the whole notion of an uprising around the bull, the animal associated with Shiva.

That takes place just around the time of  the inauguration of Donald Trump, who positions himself as a stud-bull in the china-shop of  emasculated Western politicians.

[We notice that Eric Margolis wrote a short piece at LRC that appeared after this post, calling Trump a “bull in the Middle East china shop.”

And Ron Unz has now come out identifying the female protests against Trump as a color revolution.

Well, you heard it here first..

The protests for the “masculine”  warrior sport (veera villayatu) contrast with the massive feminist dominated protests around the world against Donald Trump.

Then came news that the protests had become hijacked (allegedly) by other more violent protestors, holding up anti-Modi and anti-PETA posters.

These have been lumped together with protestors holding up more provocative posters, of Osama Bin Laden and deceased LTTE leader, Prabhakaran.

The provocations were apparently from extreme-left, Naxal, and secessionist Tamil groups, from several newspaper accounts and the accounts of the organizers of the protests themselves.

Now comes a report that the chief cop on the scene, a head constable by the name of Durga Devi, was molested and attacked at the Ice House Police Station, which was then torched.

Durga is the female consort of Shiva and is also a popular embodiment of the Indian nation.

[See my posts on Draupadi Vastraharan, to which the custodial rape of Devyani Khobragade was compared, as well as the picture of Durga deployed by pro-nanny demonstrators.]

Just a coincidence? Or one too many to be a coincidence?

The Indian nation (Durga), law and order, and feminism under attack from “Tamil secessionism” (Shiva) and unreconstructed patriarchal masculinity/religion.

There is video available of the outrage. But then so do the protestors have video to support their claims.

Each side claims the other’s video is morphed.

The Indian False-Rape Culture Feminists Never Talk About

More prominent cases of false rape charges, showing the seamy underside of modern female supremacism:

RAPE CHARGES AS JOB-SEEKER’S COMPETITIVE STRATEGY

Digambar Gaikwad woke up one fine day nearly a decade ago, faced with a complaint of molestation against him filed by one of his colleagues, who was vying for the same plum job as him — that is the post of a coordinator of a World Bank project. It took over five years of legal battle to see the case to its logical end, scaling right up to the country’s apex court.

Not stopping at that, Gaikwad, who was a deputy director with the state agriculture department, Shivajinagar, at the time, sought compensation from the lady and has now been awarded Rs 10 lakh as damages.”

[Lila: In my opinion, for false rape charges, the perpetrator should be jailed for a length of time equal to the time the victim would have faced if he had been convicted of rape.]

CASE TWO: MOTHER-DAUGHTER FALSE-RAPE EXTORTION MAFIA

Rajnandini and Neha used to lure young men into a honey trap and threaten them with implication in false rape cases to extort money from them.

One such case came to light on January 4, when veterinary doctor Krishan Kumar of Kutel village told the police that he was trapped by Neha. The gang threatened him to pay Rs 25 lakh, failing which he would be framed in a rape case.”

CASE THREE: FALSE-RAPE CHARGES AND PERJURY AGAINST FATHER BY DAUGHTER

A Thane court has acquitted a man facing charges of sexual harassment levelled by his minor daughter and ordered legal proceedings against her under provisions of perjury.

The special judge took a serious view of the girl giving false evidence in court and ordered the proceedings to give out a strong message against misuse of the stringent Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).

In August 2013, the girl, who was then 16-years-old, had in a complaint to the police alleged that while she was sleeping with her parents her father touched her inappropriately and even raped her on several occasions, said the prosecutor.

Her father, a daily wage worker, was booked under POCSO and arrested by the Navi Mumbai police in April 2014.

During her deposition in court, the girl confessed that she had filed a false complaint against her father after a tiff with him.

Pro-Jallikattu Protest Hijacked By Violent Groups

This Hindustan Times report confirms some of the theories I’ve floated about the “Tamil Spring” Jallikattu protests.

It turns out they were well-organized; they did spring from deeper discontents than Jallikattu alone; there were secessionist, communal, and anti-national groups intent on sabotaging them; there is friction between the Tamil identity parties themselves:

One group of protesters ran inside the Parthasarathy Temple close to the beach and rolled a Sintex water tank towards the police. A car was set on fire. Mob frenzy was at its peak as protesters set fire to vehicles at will.Unverified videos of policemen damaging vehicles and setting fire to an auto rickshaw too began doing the rounds on social media. The city commissioner of police, S George, denied any use of force, saying those videos were morphed, at a press meet on January 23.

Around midnight, police had to fire blanks in the air in the heart of the city to disperse rowdy elements. According to the Chennai police, over 50 people were injured, 40 police personnel wounded and 400 police vehicles and a police station torched.

……..By 20th January, senior police officials had begun murmuring about “anti-social elements” and “fringe groups”.

“This is too organised,” said one senior police official at the time. “There are people making arrangements for food and water in a very systematic manner. In the beginning, there were only a small group of people belonging to fundamentalist Islamic groups. I saw them on the first day. There are students here now, but there is a group of people working quietly behind the scenes, and this includes extreme Left wing groups and the pro-Tamil groups,” he said.

These suspicions were further confirmed by January 21. Speaking to Hindustan Times, one of the key protesters for Jallikattu, Tirupur-based Karthikeyan Sivasenapathy, managing trustee of the Senapathy Kangeyam Cattle Research Foundation, said that genuine student protests had been hijacked by fringe elements. “By the evening of 22nd January, most of the students had left,” claimed Sivasenapathy.

“Most villagers and students in Madurai left for home by the morning of 23rd January,” said another senior police officer. “What followed was a crackdown on the combined strength of members of extreme Left-wing outfits, communal outfits, members of some political parties and pro-Tamil outfits. In fact, we have only recently received intelligence that many of these groups met in Coimbatore at least three months ago to plan a situation like this,” he said. Three police officers confirmed this separately to this reporter…….

Sources within the bureaucracy also say that these intelligence inputs did not reach the chief minister. Due to a deepening power struggle between AIADMK general secretary VK Sasikala and CM OPS, the intelligence inputs are reportedly going to Sasikala, bypassing Panneerselvam. Chennai, as a result, witnessed violence like never before.Hijacking a protest?

…..By January 2016, the movement demanding Jallikattu had garnered a lot of attention, especially through social media. By June 2016, a music video composed and released by Adhi, linking Jallikattu with Tamil pride went viral, with over six million views on YouTube.

“Adhi’s music video was not just about Tamil pride but also about organic farming and native breeds,” said Sivasenapathy. “All political parties in Tamil Nadu failed to see the huge resentment among the people, and Jallikattu caught their imagination. People are fed up with the system and the leaders,” he said.

With the Supreme Court upholding the ban on the sport in November 2016 and again refusing to announce its verdict before Pongal (usually on 14th January), tempers flared.

As protests continued, the team of three who appeared to be the “leaders” of the movement were called by the state and Centre for talks on how to resolve the situation. Sivasenapathy, Rajasekar and Adhi were flown to Delhi where they met with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, home minister Rajnath Singh and other officials on January 20. A draft ordinance was quickly prepared and the Centre, the President and the Tamil Nadu governor approved and signed it by January 21. The decks were cleared for Jallikattu, at least for this year.

A change in mood

Sivasenapathy claims that when he returned to Marina Beach on January 21 to deliver the good news to protesters that they had won the battle, the mood was palpably different…

Thirumurugan Gandhi of the May 17 movement, a small organisation championing a separate Tamil Eelam in Sri Lanka, now addressed the crowd. “This protest is not just for the single demand for Jallikattu, but about the excesses of the state and Central governments. No one was able to do anything about it all this while. Students are joining this protest to express their opposition to such authoritarian actions.” Gandhi was not available for comment despite multiple attempts to reach him.

Gandhi went on to attack the NDA, and the AIADMK (All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam) government in the state. “The state and Centre are working together to bring in anti-people schemes like the Neutrino project and the methane gas scheme in the Delta areas. If Neutrino project is implemented, the final sufferers will be the people and the farmers. They will commit suicide. Students must give voice for all this too,” he urged students to continue their protests.

An alarmed Sivasenapathy and Adhi then held a press conference on January 22, distancing themselves from the protests, alleging that “vested interests” had entered what was a movement by students. “The victory belongs to students alone,” said Adhi. “There are some other organisations that have wormed their way into these protests. Traffic is being regulated by youngsters, garbage is being collected by youngsters and food is being provided by them. But small gangs of people from outside are coming in vehicles — one group is saying Muslims are being targeted, another group says Hindus are being targeted and then they clash. One gang is raising the national flag, another gang is saying ban Pepsi and Coke and pouring it on the ground…..Another senior police official who did not want to be named said that anti-Modi slogans and anti-PETA slogans were being injected into the protests by these groups.

Take for instance the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI), the political front for the Popular Front of India (PFI), an organisation with its roots in Kerala that has taken extremist and communal turns on various social issues. SDPI cadre was part of the protests from the very first day, ensuring that food supply continued throughout the week-long action. “The Centre has full rights and powers to ensure that Jallikattu happens,” said Syed Ibrahim Gani of the SDPI in Chennai. “The BJP leaders here and at the national level all speak different things. What is their stand?” Gani also said that blankets, clothes and food were provided by the organisation and its affiliates. “All Islamic organisations supplied food. It is part of our religion and concept,” he said.

When asked for his reaction about the police’s allegations that fringe elements had hijacked the students’ protests, Gani preferred to remain silent.”

Subramanian Swamy, an alleged Mossad disinformation outlet, has suggested that ISI (Pakistan’s spy agency) might be behind the provocateurs at the pro-Jallikattu protests:

“President’s Rule necessary. CRPF, BSF and Army must be mobilised for strike. It is now or never to recover TN from Naxals & Jehadis & Porkis,” Sawmy wrote in Twitter. In this tweet, he contradicted his earlier position where he asked for Sasikala Natarajan to be made the Chief Minister of the state in place of incumbent O. Panneerselvam. “Sasikala should take over. NRH Natarajan be kept far away from power. Panneer (O. Panneerselvam) is a good man but the road to hell is paved with good intentions,” Swamy, a Tamil himself, had tweeted earlier. Later, speaking with India Today, Swamy said that the sudden violence in Chennai was actually triggered by Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI. “Genuine agitators have dispersed. The main organiser said he is leaving Marina. Today there are people with Prabhakaran’s and Hafiz Sayeed’s posters. This is now an ISI-financed agitation,” Swamy said.

US Now World’s Biggest Tax Haven

Bloomberg:

The U.S. failure to sign onto the OECD information-sharing standard is “proving to be a strong driver of growth for our business,” wrote Bolton’s chief executive officer, Ray Grenier, in a marketing e-mail to bankers. His firm is seeing a spike in accounts moved out of European banks—“Switzerland in particular”—and into the U.S. The new OECD standard “was the beginning of the exodus,” he said in an interview.

The U.S. Treasury is proposing standards similar to the OECD’s for foreign-held accounts in the U.S. But similar proposals in the past have stalled in the face of opposition from the Republican-controlled Congress and the banking industry.

At issue is not just non-U.S. citizens skirting their home countries’ taxes. Treasury also is concerned that massive inflows of capital into secret accounts could become a new channel for criminal money laundering. At least $1.6 trillion in illicit funds are laundered through the global financial system each year, according to a United Nations estimate.

Offering secrecy to clients is not against the law, but U.S. firms are not permitted to knowingly help overseas customers evade foreign taxes, said Scott Michel, a criminal tax defense attorney at Washington, D.C.-based Caplin & Drysdale who has represented Swiss banks and foreign account holders.

“To the extent non-U.S. persons are encouraged to come to the U.S. for what may be our own ‘tax haven’ characteristics, the U.S. government would likely take a dim view of any marketing suggesting that evading home country tax is a legal objective,” he said.

Rothschild says it takes “significant care” to ensure account holders’ assets are fully declared. The bank “adheres to the legal, regulatory, and tax rules wherever we operate,” said Rees, the Rothschild spokeswoman.

Penney, who oversees the Reno business, is a longtime Rothschild lawyer who worked his way up from the firm’s trust operations in the tiny British isle of Guernsey. Penney, 56, is now a managing director based in London for Rothschild Wealth Management & Trust, which handles about $23 billion for 7,000 clients from offices including Milan, Zurich, and Hong Kong. A few years ago he was voted “Trustee of the Year” by an elite group of U.K. wealth advisers.

In his September San Francisco talk, called “Using U.S. Trusts in International Planning: 10 Amazing Feats to Impress Clients and Colleagues,” Penney laid out legal ways to avoid both U.S. taxes and disclosures to clients’ home countries.

In a section originally titled “U.S. Trusts to Preserve Privacy,” he included the hypothetical example of an Internet investor named “Wang, a Hong Kong resident,” originally from the People’s Republic of China, concerned that information about his wealth could be shared with Chinese authorities.

Putting his assets into a Nevada LLC, in turn owned by a Nevada trust, would generate no U.S. tax returns, Penney wrote. Any forms the IRS would receive would result in “no meaningful information to exchange under” agreements between Hong Kong and the U.S., according to Penney’s PowerPoint presentation reviewed by Bloomberg.

Penney offered a disclaimer: At least one government, the U.K., intends to make it a criminal offense for any U.K. firm to facilitate tax evasion.

Rothschild said the PowerPoint was subsequently revised before Penney delivered his presentation. The firm provided what it said was the final version of the talk, which this time excluded several potentially controversial passages. Among them: the U.S. being the “biggest tax haven in the world,” the U.S.’s low appetite for enforcing other countries’ tax laws, and two references to “privacy” offered by the U.S.

“The presentation was drafted in response to a request by the organizers to be controversial and create a lively debate among the experienced, professional audience,” Rees said. “On reviewing the initial draft, these lines were not deemed to represent either Rothschild’s or Mr. Penney’s view. They were therefore removed.”

Sinister Agenda Behind DeMo

Bill Engdahl rehashes the agenda behind DeMo, in a good piece, that like all Western  analysis, avoids mentioning the scores of people in India who have in real time deconstructed this operation as it occurred, instead, attributing it to investigation by a German economist.

Whether that is proof of disinformation or controlled opposition I do not know. But I always suspect people who publish misleading sources.

Nonetheless, the article is a good summing up of the agenda behind DeMo, while omitting the British angle and pinning the blame on “Washington” in the usual way of left-wing sites.

[Global Research based in Canada publishes useful pieces, slanted heavily toward Marxist or leftist analysis, thus avoiding the conspiracy tag.]

The Modi cash-less India operation is a project of the US National Security Council, US State Department and Office of the President administered through its US Agency for International Development (USAID). Little surprise, then, that the US State Department spokesman, Mark Toner in a December 1, 2016 press briefing praised the Modi demonetization move stating, “…this was, we believe, an important and necessary step to crack down on illegal actions…a necessary one to address the corruption.”

Keep in mind that USAID today has little to do with aiding poorer countries. By law it must follow the foreign policy agenda of the President’s National Security Council and State Department. It’s widely known as a conduit for CIA money to execute their dirty agendas abroad in places such as Georgia. Notably, the present head of the USAID, Gayle Smith, came to head USAID from her post as Senior Director at the US National Security Council.

German economist and blogger, Norbert Haering, in an extensive, well-documented investigation into the background of the bizarre Modi move to a cash-less India, found not only USAID as the key financial source of the project. He also uncovered a snake-pit of organizational vipers being funded by USAID to design and implement the India shock therapy.

USAID negotiated a co-operation with the Modi Indian Ministry of Finance. In October, 2016 in a press release USAID announced it had created and funded something it named Project Catalyst. The title of their report was, “Catalyst: Inclusive Cashless Payment Partnership.” Its stated goal it said was to bring about a “quantum leap” in cashless payment in India.

They certainly did that. Maybe two quantum leaps and some.

If we dig a bit deeper we find that in January, 2016, USAID presented the Indian Finance Ministry a report titled, Beyond Cash: Why India loves cash and why that matters for financial inclusion. Financial “inclusion” for them means getting all Indians into the digital banking system where their every payment can be electronically tracked and given to the tax authorities or to whomever the government sees fit.

Astonishingly, the report, prepared for USAID by something called the Global Innovation Exchange, admitted that “97% of retail transactions in India are conducted in cash or check; Few consumers use digital payments. Only 11% used debit cards for payments last year. Only 6% of Indian merchants accept digital payments…Only 29 percent of bank accounts in India have been used in the last three months.” The US and Indian governments knew very well what shock they were detonating in India.

The Global Innovation Exchange includes such dubious member organizations as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, a major donor to the Modi war on cash initiative of USAID. It also includes USAID itself, several UN agencies including UNICEF, UNDP, UNHCR. And it includes the US Department of Commerce and a spooky Maclean, Virginia military contractor called MITRE Corporation whose chairman is former CIA Director, James Rodney Schlesinger, a close associate of Henry Kissinger.

The USAID Project Catalyst in partnership with the Indian Finance Ministry was done, according to the USAID press statement, with a sinister-sounding organization called CashlessCatalyst.org. Among the 35 members of CashlessCatalyst.org are USAID, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, VISA, MasterCard, Omidyar Network of eBay billionaire founder Pierre Omidyar, the World Economic Forum-center of the globalization annual Alpine meetings.

War on Cash

However, a most interesting member of the USAID Project Catalyst together with the Indian Ministry of Finance is something called Better Than Cash Alliance. In point of fact the US-government-finance Project Catalyst grew out of a longer cooperation between USAID, the Washington-based Better Than Cash Alliance and the Indian Ministry of Finance. It appers to be the core public driver pushing the agenda of the global “war on cash.”

India and the reckless (or corrupt) Modi government implementing the USAID-Better Than Cash Alliance agenda is clearly serving as a guinea pig in a mass social experiment about how to push the cash war in other countries. The Better Than Cash Alliance is described by the UNCDF, which is its Secretariat, as “a US $38 million global alliance of governments, private sector and development organizations committed to accelerating the shift from cash to electronic payments.”

The Better Than Cash Alliance website announces that the alliance, created in 2012, is a “partnership of governments, companies, and international organizations that accelerates the transition from cash to digital payments in order to reduce poverty and drive inclusive growth.” It’s housed at the UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) in New York whose major donors, in turn, surprise, surprise, are the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and MasterCard Foundation. Among the Better Than Cash Alliance’s 50 members are, in addition to the Gates Foundation, Citi Foundation (Citigroup), Ford Foundation, MasterCard, Omidyar Network, United States Agency for International Development, and Visa Inc.

Recently the European Central Bank, which has held negative interest rates for more than a year, allegedly to stimulate growth in the Eurozone amid the long-duration banking and economic crisis of almost nine years, announced that it will stop printing the €500 note. They claim it’s connected with money laundering and terror financing, though it ominously echoes the Modi India war on cash. Former US Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, whose shady role in the 1990’s rape of Russia through his Harvard cronies has been documented elsewhere, is calling for eliminating the US $100 bill. These are first steps to future bolder moves to the desired Cash-less society of Gates, Citigroup, Visa et al.

US Dual Standard: Follow the money…

The move to a purely digital money system would be Big Brother on steroids. It would allow the relevant governments to monitor our every money move with a digital trail, to confiscate deposits in what now are legal bank “bail-ins” as was done in Cyprus in 2013. If central banks move interest rates into negative, something the Bank of Japan and ECB in Frankfurt are already doing, citizens have no choice than to spend the bank money or lose. It is hailed as a way to end tax avoidance but it is far, far more sinister.

As Norbert Haering notes, “the status of the dollar as the world’s currency of reference and the dominance of US companies in international finance provide the US government with tremendous power over all participants in the formal non-cash financial system. It can make everybody conform to American law rather than to their local or international rules.” He adds, referring to the recent US Government demand that Germany’s largest bank, Deutsche Bank pay an astonishing and unprecedented $14 billion fine, “Every internationally active bank can be blackmailed by the US government into following their orders, since revoking their license to do business in the US or in dollar basically amounts to shutting them down.”

We should add to this “benevolent concern” of the US Government to stimulate a War on Cash in India and elsewhere the fact that while Washington has been the most aggressive demanding that banks in other countries enact measures for full disclosure of details of Swiss or Panama or other “offshore” secret account holders or US nationals holding money in foreign banks, the USA itself has scrupulously avoided demanding the same of its domestic banks. The result, as Bloomberg noted following the suspiciously-timed Panama Papers offshore “leaks” of May, 2016, is that the United States is rapidly becoming the world’s leading tax and secrecy haven for rich foreigners.

Perversely enough, in 2010 the US passed a law, the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, or FACTA, that requires financial firms to disclose foreign accounts held by US citizens and report them to the US IRS tax office or the foreign banks face steep penalties. The EU signed on to the intrusive FACTA despite strong resistance. Then, using FACTA as the model, the Paris-based OECD drafted an even tougher version of FACTA in 2014 to allegedly go after tax avoiders. To date 97 countries have agreed to the tough OECD bank disclosure rules. Very few have refused. The refusers include Bahrain, Nauru, Vanuatu—and…the United States.

World’s Biggest Tax Haven

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist, a financial wizard or a Meyer Lansky to see a pattern. Washington forces disclosure of secret bank accounts of its citizens or companies abroad, while at the same time lifting control or disclosure inside the United States of private banking accounts. No surprise that such experienced private bankers as London’s Rothschild & Co. have opened offices in Reno Nevada a stone’s throw from Harrah’s and other casinos, and according to Bloomberg, is doing a booming business moving the fortunes of wealthy foreign clients out of offshore havens such as Bermuda, or Switzerland which are subject to the new OECD international disclosure requirements, into Rothschild-run trusts in Nevada, which are exempt from those disclosure rules.

Rothschild & Co. Director, Andrew Penney noted that as a result, the United States today, “is effectively the biggest tax haven in the world.” Today Nevada, Meyer Lansky’s money laundering project of the 1930’s with established legalized gambling, is becoming the “new Switzerland.” Wyoming and South Dakota are close on the heels.

One area where America’s institutions are still world class is in devising complex instruments of financial control, asset theft and cyber warfare. The US War on Cash, combined with the US Treasury and IRS war on offshore banking is their latest model. As Washington’s War on Terror had a sinister, hidden agenda, so too does Washington’s War on Cash. It’s something to be avoided at all costs if we human beings are to retain any vestige of sovereignty or autonomy. It will be interesting to see how vigorously Casino mogul Trump moves to close the US tax haven status. What do you bet he doesn’t?

Anti-Trumpers Lose Their Minds..And It’s A Good Thing

I didn’t vote for Trump. I thought he was some kind Trojan Horse.  I didn’t vote for Hillary. I know she’s Chairman Mao in a pantsuit.

I didn’t vote. I had it with everything about voting a long time ago.

But I must say I now see the point of voting for Trump. Anyone who gets the opposition this lathered up cannot be all bad. I still think his foreign policy is going to be all bad, but on the domestic front, there’s at least one good thing to cheer about. He’s driven the opposition crazy.

Gary North at LRC:

I did not vote for Donald Trump. I voted for Gary Johnson. Johnson vetoed 739 bills when he was governor of New Mexico. No governor of New Mexico had ever vetoed that many bills and most of them were sustained. His opponents in the legislature could not get enough votes to override his vetoes. He really made them squirm. That had impressed me for many years, and I figured I might as well say thank you in the only way that matters for a politician: my vote. Also, when asked his opinions on Aleppo, he answered: “What is Aleppo?” Somebody who had never heard of Aleppo probably would not get the United States involved more deeply than it already is in Syria. America would be a lot better off if Barack Obama had never heard of Aleppo.

Anyway, back to Trump. He is the victim of the most systematic campaign of media vitriol that I have ever seen. They didn’t like Barry Goldwater, but they did nothing like this. They didn’t like Ronald Reagan, but they did nothing like this. They will not give Trump any slack at all.

He is being tried by a court that has the guilty verdict in its pocket. Even more delightfully, this court has proven itself to be politically impotent. And in the outlook of this court, there is nothing worse than political impotence. Political impotence means being cast into the outer darkness. As Trump’s parade begins, they sit on the sidelines shouting, “This just isn’t fair.” Yes, it is. It is also delightful.

I call your attention to the most vicious piece of slander against Trump that I have seen so far. It was written by somebody in Australia. Now, the fact that anybody in Australia gives a rat’s patootie about Donald Trump is amazing. But to write something like this is really astounding. I’m not going to quote from it. I want you to read it. As you read it, think this: this bonehead Aussie has no political skin in the game. This is in his country. It is in his political system. He is down under. But he is utterly apoplectic about Donald Trump. You can read his screed here. It appeared in the most internationally influential of Australia’s newspapers, the Sydney Morning News.

What impressed me most about his article is its tone. It is not moral outrage. It is whining. This is crybaby journalism. We do not see it often because they win so often. Snide comments, yes. Contempt, yes. But not whining. When you see a journalist whine, you know he is beaten. He is not rallying the troops for one last stand at the barricades. He is like a three-year-old lying on his back, kicking his legs wildly, and screaming: “I want it! I want it! I want it!” Someone ought to dump a glass of ice water on the guy.

This is happening all over the West. The columnists really have lost their minds. They have lost all sense of perspective.

Republicans were upset twice when Obama defeated Republican candidates for President. But before he came to power in 2009, they pretty much held their peace. I’m not talking about screwballs on the fringe. I’m talking about conservatives in newspapers, magazines, and on websites that had Alexa ratings higher than 500,000. I am talking about the equivalent of the Sydney Morning News.

Trump has really gotten under their skins. I am grudgingly becoming a fan of Trump’s. Anyone who can cause this much pain among the liberal establishment, including the liberal Republican establishment, can’t be all bad.

We are told that he has low public opinion ratings. First, this is not true. Over half the public is favorable. Second, he ran against a woman who had the lowest public opinion ratings of any Democratic candidate for President over the last century. Never has a Democratic candidate for President been so widely regarded as untrustworthy. Now, let me say that I don’t think there’s anything wrong with electing somebody to office who you think is untrustworthy. If you elect anyone to office, and you don’t assume that this person is untrustworthy, you are living in a fantasy world. But Hillary Clinton set the record for public skepticism. Yet the liberal media had a lovefest with her. They seemed astounded when this nagging, shrill, legendary thrower of plates lost the election. Hillary Clinton was the Bobby Knight of American politics. Her loss is not the end of the liberals’ world. But liberals think it may be. Liberals who think this are dumb.

THE MEDIA

The media have not been able to come to grips with his victory. They think the voters in Midwestern states have betrayed American democracy. They think that what’s good for California and New York is good for the nation. A lot of us don’t think so. I moved out of both of those states a long time ago. I have never longingly looked back at either of them. I paid my unfair share of confiscatory state taxes in both of them. That was 40 years ago before they both went even more politically insane than they were then. New York is a state represented in this century in the Senate by Chuck Schumer and Hillary Clinton. California elected Diane Feinstein and Barbara Boxer. Need I say more?

The media will be in continual apoplexy for at least the next four years. And in each of these years, the media will lose market share. In each of these years, newspaper reporters will be fired unceremoniously. These people are typing furiously on the Titanic. The public is paying less and less attention to them, as Trump proved on November 8. One of my favorite websites is www.NewspaperDeathWatch.com. The latest report on falling ad revenue for the print version of The New York Times is here. I also enjoyed learning of the rout at Reuters.

Also, in each of these years, employees in network television, as well as MSNBC and CNN, will get their well-deserved pink slips.

The more the media grouse about every aspect of Trump’s administration, the more that Trump’s voters will conclude that they did the right thing on November 8.

By the way, where’s Hillary? Talk about a disappearing act! She went from the queen of the media to Greta Garbo in 48 hours. “I want to be alone!”

It is going to be business as usual in Washington. It was business as usual for eight years under Obama. Actually, it was a much-reduced business in Washington. Obama got less legislation through Congress than any modern President of the United States. He was heavy on agenda but light on implementation. Fortunately.

I think Trump’s great contribution has already been made. He utterly humiliated the liberal media. He humiliated the entire bipartisan establishment. He trounced his Republican opponents, and then he beat Hillary Clinton when it counted. He is the only person in American political history with zero backgrounds in any area of government who has been elected President. That is going to get him into the history textbooks.”

Coke, Reliance Enter Indian Dairy Drink Market

“Jallikattu” or bull-taming, is an agricultural tradition intended to conserve and improve native cattle species, now under an existential threat from imported breeds and big corporations.

From the New Indian Express:

Natives that are not grown for pride are sent for slaughter causing drastic decline in sex ratio. Jallikattu enthusiasts claim the sport help to sustain bulls for longer.

“The bulls that don’t win the game are not used for pure-breed next generation natives. Each of the strong, pure natives are used for inseminating 10-15 cows. Let’s say half the bulls win human beings. Each of these will give rise to 15 more pure natives,” says a professor of Dairy Technology at TANUVAS. Going by Rajasekaran’s number, more than a lakh-and-a-half pure natives are produced by every batch of Jallikattu bulls.

Native species do not produce as much milk as some imported species and without impregnation by the best studs, partly conserved through Jallikattu, their existence would be in doubt.

India’s largest milk producer, Amul, in Gujarat, uses Jersey cows, imported from Holland.

Meanwhile,  beverage giant, Coca-Cola, is teaming up with India’s Reliance to enter the dairy drinks market in India, this year.

With demand rising powerfully, milk will soon have to be imported along with exotic semen and other inputs needed to continue cross-breeding the native and the foreign species. More imports means higher prices making milk unaffordable to the poor; it means higher costs, making farming impossible to the marginal farmer; it means reliance on European and hybrid breeds that demand more water and are less hardy; it means foreign species’ milk that causes schizophrenia, autism and type-1 diabetes.

That’s the context needed to understand the anger at the PETA-inspired ban of Jallikattu, already heavily regulated under India’s animal protection laws.

Meet The People Behind Tamil “People-Power”

Read Previous Post:

Tamil Spring Color Revolution? Massive Protests Against Bull-Taming Ban”

In my earlier post on the subject, I mentioned that the Jallikattu protests (like the Jallikattu ban itself) seemed to be a well-organized effort, not a spontaneous outpouring.

In the first place, the constant signalling by the major media that it was “MakkalMovement,” (Makkal means people in Tamil), people-power, undirected, and spontaneous, sounded like propaganda.

Second, the epicenter of the protest was at Marina Beach in Chennai, the site of earlier Dravidian and Tamil identity protests, showing that this was a choreographed event, not happenstance.

The black outfits and flags deliberately hearkened back to the black-shirts of  early Dravida politics.

Third, the Jallikattu protest was led from the start by the urban, the young, the and sophisticated, whereas Jallikattu itself is a rural and traditional sport.

The spokesmen have been tech-savvy relatively affluent student groups, hardly representative of an uprising of rural cattle farmers.

The J-movement in fact sounds and feels like a well-funded and organized political movement.

And so it is.

From the Hindustan Times, comes a report naming the leaders of the Jallikattu uprising, which, contrary to the media, was first planned more than 3 years ago in 2013.

The starting point was a Chennai professional and bull owner with rural roots – Himakiran Alagula.

In 2013, Alagula contacted P. Rajasekharan of the Tamil Nadu Jallikattu Federation, who had been fighting for the practice for a decade.

Karthikeya Sivasenaapathy, the managing trustee of the Senaapathy Kangayam Cattle Research Foundation near Tirupur joined the team.

The founder of that institution, Kuttapalyam K. N. Saminathan was chairman of the livestock development committee of the TN government for over a decade, an MLA (Member of the Legislative Assembly or lower house of the state government), and an appointee of former TN Chief Minister and founder of the Dravidian identity movement in its current form, C. N. Annadurai.

Once a protege of Annadurai, the charismatic Lankan-born Tamil actor, M.G. Ramachandran used his enormous popularity with the masses to split the Tamil identity party – the DMK (Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam or Society for the Advancement of  Dravidians)  and create the Anna DMK, using Anna’s name to propel the movement into a personality cult with a humane face.

It was also under MGR rule, a band of criminals was transformed into a Tamil liberation army (Tamil Tigers), with the assistance of Mossad.

Also under MGR, Tamil Nadu devolved into a corrupt police-state.

This transformation speeded up with MGR’s mistress and former co-star, Jayalalitha, who by the time of her death was regarded as a mother goddess- Amma.

Amma, as I pointed out earlier, is a form of Shakti, the consort of Shiva and Shiva, misconstrued as Lucifer is the presiding “deity” of the New World Order.

Thus, the original atheistic,  iconoclastic, rationalistic, anti-Brahmin Tamil movement of E.V. Ramaswamy, whom the British empire originally cultivated to break up the unity of the nascent Indian state through a false opposition of Aryan and Dravidian concocted by imperial apologists, was transformed in a few decades into a popular, religious and semi-mystical cult headed by a Karnataka-born and English convent school-bred Brahmin grand-daughter of a physician to Mysore royalty.

Jayalalitha, moreover, was brought up when young by her maternal grandparents, one of whom worked for Hindustan Aeronautics, an Indian government-owned aerospace corporation with a long history of collaboration with US defense contractors like Boeing and Lockheed Martin, which have extensively documented ties with the  intelligence agencies.

Even Annadurai, the recipient of a Yale Chubb fellowship, was hosted by the US state department,  which suggests that globalist attempts to erode Indian sovereignty through the southern state, have been continuous and long-standing.

Thus, to read that behind the “leaderless” Jallikattu protests is a protege of one of the pillars of Dravidian identity politics is to realize that the current Jallikattu protests very likely mask another face of globalist intervention in India.

The purported MakkalMovement was also joined by someone described in the Hindustan Times article as a “businessman” from Coimbatore, Balakumar Somu.

Somu shows up on the pages of the Vijayvaani website which styles itself an “internet based public opinions forum” giving a niche for independent journalism. The site is copyrighted from 2008-2013 and has a registered office at 300 Gulmohar Enclave, New Delhi. There are articles by left-wing dissident journalists like James Petras and libertarian right dissidents like Paul Craig Roberts. Both just fit into the spectrum of allowed dissent in the West and are prominent voices therein, again providing another Western link.

Somu describes himself as follows:

The author is an IT professional, animal rights activist, freelance photographer and active blogger. He is pro-active in defence of Jallikattu, a sport with over 4000 years of recorded history.”

On  Jallikattu.in, which he appears to have founded, Somu is described as an “IT professional” with “wide ranging experience in India and abroad.”

This constitutes another foreign angle to the story.

The pro-J group went on to get the backing of something called the Biodiversity Conservation Council of India, which calls itself a non-profit public charitable trust and describes its mission as bringing about the goals of the United Nations, one of the premier tools of the globalist elites:

BiCCI seeks to legally revive and promote events of bio-cultural significance like Jallikattu, Rekla Race, traditional cattle/livestock shandys, Kambala, Bailgada and conduct bio cultural events under the aegis of United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity NCBD. BiCCI strives to support rural folk including women, women’s self-help groups, tribals, who rear native breeds of cattle, train them to produce cattle by-products and provide marketing support to them.

BiCCI intends to work with the Convention on United Nations convention on biological diversity, bringing together various organisations working for the conservation of native cattle of India and “to promote the “National biodiversity act 2002”.

The team at Biodiversity Conservation Council of India includes the following individuals:

  1. Srinivas Ratnasami, a prominent Madras High Court lawyer and dog-breeder who advises the Kennel Club of India.
  2. Karthikeya Sivasenapathy, Board of Managers at TN Agricultural University at Coimbatore and managing trustee at Senapathy Kangayam Cattle Research  Foundation
  3.  Balakumar Somu, a former IT consultant from Singapore, now resident in Coimbatore, and founder of Activists for Righteous Harmony of Animals Movement (AHRAM), a blogger, and photographer.
  4. Himakiran Anugula, an entrepreneur and advocate of sustainable, organic and local practices.
  5. Saravana Kumar, an engineer who owns a construction company and several farms, resident in Madurai.
  6. Raja Marthandan, a serial entrepreneur and aficionado of organic farming and native cattle species.
  7. Sundar Ganesan, Director/Trustee at Roja Muthiah Research Library, with an interest in archival work and the preservation of heritage. The Roja Muthiah Research Library, one of the best private collections of Tamil publications has been preserved at Chennai with the help of grants  from the U.S. Department of Education, the National Endowment for the Humanities, and the Ford Foundation along with collaboration from the Wellcome Institute for the History of Medicine

The website is dated 2017 and 4/7 of the members seem to be the same people behind the pro-Jallikattu movement, so one wonders if the BiCCI has a substantial presence outside this particular web-page and this particular issue.

Under the tab CAMPAIGNS, one finds a few tweets about Jallikattu and nothing more, which suggests that BiCCI is simply a PR effort intended to create the impression of a substantial Indian body behind pro-Jallikattu activism.

I could be wrong, but the evidence so far suggests that a very worthy cause (the viability of Indian cattle breeds) is being used as a vehicle for Tamil identity politics intended either to revive the fortunes of the Tamil parties…..or to co-opt it for some other purpose…

Perhaps that purpose is a diversion from the dire consequences of demonetization on the informal sector.

Or it could be that the protests and ensuing commotion enable some other infiltration, or will justify intervention from the Center.

In any case, things are not as they seem.

PETA’s “Animal Ethics” Is Mass Slaughter Of Pets

Excerpted from “PETA’s Death Cult Part III”

“Ingrid Newkirk has unapologetically described herself as a tyrant: “‘This is not a democratic organization,’ she said. ‘I never pretended that it was. I don’t know where exactly it would go if it were a democracy. And I am not willing to give it a try.’”

One place it might go: towards ending PETA’s mass slaughter of dogs and cats. It’s hard to imagine that every one of her employees feels all warm and fuzzy about working for an outfit that has — in one blood-soaked location — killed 27,561 pets.

Newkirk just hates it when you describe her pet organization as a cult: “I can’t stand to hear that word,” she told Michael Specter of the New Yorker. “If you put that cult stuff in, nobody will take what we do seriously.”

So I’ll let you come up with a word of your own, keeping the following information in mind.

If you intern at PETA’s headquarters in Norfolk, you are expected to condone the killing of shelter animals. On the official application (which you can download here), the only question that requires a response longer than a couple of factual words is:

Have a look at our Web site, review our stance on euthanasia, and let me know if you agree or disagree with it and why.

Now perhaps that means they hope to take in clever interns who disagree with them, so that they might have fruitful and interesting conversations while they tend to the cheerful business of killing animals.

The chances of this are small. They are even smaller than the chances of a healthy kitten surviving PETA’s headquarters. Three percent smaller, to be precise. (Do the math: 97 percent of animals delivered into PETA’s care are summarily slaughtered; hence a kitten does in fact have a 3 percent chance of dodging Ingrid’s hypodermic.)”

Government Widens Financial Reporting Requirements

The government is widening the number of transactions that will be directly reported by financial institutions to the income tax division:

Reiterating its November 2016 instruction, the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) in a notification dated January 17, has also asked banks to report all cash deposits of Rs 2.5 lakh or more made in one or more accounts of a person during November 9 to December 30, 2016, the 50-day window for deposits that was provided by the government following its decision to scrap high-denomination currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000.

“Cash deposits during the period November 9, 2016, to December 30, 2016, aggregating to Rs 12.50 lakh or more in one or more current account of a person (and) Rs 2.5 lakh or more in one or more account (other than a current account) of a person will have to be reported to tax authorities,” it said. Also, cash deposits during April 1, 2016, to November 9, 2016, in any account that are reportable should also be intimated to the tax authorities by January 31, 2017, the notification said.

It made it mandatory for a banking company or a cooperative bank to report cash deposits aggregating to Rs 10 lakh or more in a financial year, in one or more accounts (other than a current account and time deposit) of a person.

The tax department has also made it mandatory for a company or institution issuing bonds or debentures to report receipts from any person an amount aggregating to Rs 10 lakh or more in a financial year for acquiring bonds or debentures. A similar limit has been set for reporting purchase of shares and mutual funds.

“Buy back of shares from any person (other than the shares bought in the open market) for an amount or value aggregating to Rs 10 lakh or more in a financial year will need to be reported by a listed company,” the notification said. Purchase of foreign exchange including travellers cheque and a forex card aggregating to Rs 10 lakh would have to be reported to tax authorities.

Property registrar will have to report to tax authorities purchase or sale by any person of immovable property for an amount of Rs 30 lakh or more. Also, cash payment exceeding Rs 2 lakh for sale of goods or services of any nature will have to be reported, the CBDT’s notification said.

Banks will also have to report one or more time deposits, other than a time deposit made through renewal of another time deposit, of a person aggregating to Rs 10 lakh or more in a financial year, the CBDT said.

Payment made in cash for purchase of bank drafts or pay orders or banker’s cheque of an amount aggregating Rs 10 lakh or more in a financial year as well as payments made in cash aggregating Rs 10 lakh or more during a year for purchase of prepaid instruments issued by RBI need to be reported.

A banking company or a cooperative bank would also have to report cash deposits or cash withdrawals (including via bearer’s cheque) aggregating Rs 50 lakh or more in a financial year, in or from one or more current account of a person.”

NASA Admits Global Warming Fraud

H/T to Lew Rockwell on this gem:

NASA has actually admitted that there may be a link between the solar climate and the earth climate. “[In] recent years, researchers have considered the possibility that the sun plays a role in global warming. After all, the sun is the main source of heat for our planet,” Nasa confirmed. Despite the constant stories of how recent years have been the hottest, historically, NASA has estimated that four of the 10 hottest years in the U.S. were actually during the 1930s, with 1934 the hottest of all. This was the Dust Bowl; the combination of vast dust storms created by drought and hot weather.

CDIAC

The branch of research looking at the ice core samples to document climate for thousands of years has established the major solar cycle of about 300 years. Carbon Dioxide Information Analysis Center (CDIAC), which has the ice core data back 800,000 years, is being shut down as of September 2017 (800,000-year Ice-Core Records of Atmospheric Carbon Dioxide (CO2)).

800000 carbon

The data clearly establishes that there has always been a cycle to CO2 long before man’s industrial age. This is data government wants to hide. As along as they can pretend CO2 has never risen in the past before 1950, then they can tax the air and pretend it’s to prevent climate change. Moreover, while we can clean the air with regulation as we have done, under global warming, they allow “credits” to pollute as long as you pay the government. It is the ultimate scam where they get to tax pollution and people cheer rather than clean up anything.”

Tamil Spring Color Revolution? Massive Protests Against Bull-Taming Ban

According to a legend, once Shiva asked his bull, Basava, to go to the earth and ask the mortals to have an oil massage and bath every day and to eat once a month. Inadvertently, Basava announced that everyone should eat daily and have an oil bath once a month. This mistake enraged Shiva who then cursed Basava, banishing him to live on the earth forever. He would have to plough the fields and help people produce more food. Thus the association of this day [Mattu Pongal] with cattle.” [Pongal Festival.org]

Update, January 22, 2017:

An ordinance has been passed that allows Jallikattu to proceed without interference in Tamil Nadu.

Note: My post, unlike my anti-demonetization posts, does not appear individually in a google search. I tried immediately after posting and after it a couple of times. No luck.  You can draw your own conclusions from that.

Meanwhile, please note that the massive demonstrations across TN were singularly well-coordinated and peaceful, and very well-prepared, with beautifully done masks of bulls, vinyl posters in Tamil and English (for foreign media), and well-spoken student leaders. Bull masks and black flags and outfits abounded. IT students and Face-book featured prominently, while several major media outlets captioned the whole thing repeatedly as “undirected,” “people power” (MakkalMovement)- a signalling of the kind common in intelligence operations.

All this in a country where bus-burning and hooliganism is the norm during protests. Here, by contrast, police and protestors cooperated like long-lost family members.  The (BJP) Center and the (AIADMK) State leaned over backwards to accommodate each other.

I suggest this is an exercise in consciousness-raising, using a cardinal symbol of Shiva, the bull; opposing the old globalist feminism and virulent rights talk (PETA) with the new, controlled opposition globalism of managed nationalism and the virile male (Putin, Trump).

Supporting that interpretation, around the time of this bull-celebrating New Year festival, comes the inauguration of US president Donald Trump, the bull in the globalists’ feminist china shop…a master of bull in his own right…a stud bull…

ORIGINAL POST

While any protest against demonetization  has been swiftly quelled by the Central Government and blacked out from media coverage, one wave of protests in Tamil Nadu has quickly become headline news:

That’s the protest against a three-year ban on Jallikattu, a 3000+ year-old traditional Tamil sport characteristic of the Tamil Spring/Harvest Festival (Pongal) in which young men chase and wrestle down a fleeing bull to snatch money or gold tied to its horns:

In Tamil Nadu, Jallikattu is Veera Vilayattu or warrior sport, where a man matches wit and sinew with a raging bull and grabs a small bag of coins or Jalli, tied to its horns. The most daring among them twitches through the flaying horns and threshing hooves and hangs on to its hump as the animal completes a short lap of 50 metres. In the days gone, he would also win the daughter of the owner of the bull in marriage. It is about courage, masculinity, and above all, cultural ethos.”

Images of Jallikattu appear on Indus Valley seals, proving the ancient and indigenous nature of the tradition:

Indus Valley civilisation is known for being one of the most advanced and sophisticated amongs its contemporaries. The sport of Eru Thazhuvathal is celebrated so much that they decide to make a seal depicting the same.”

The Indian branch of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) and the Animal Welfare Board began their campaign to add Jallikattu to the list of activities banned under laws prohibiting cruelty to animals.

In 2014, a 2-member bench of the Supreme Court banned Jallikattu completely.

A Bench of Justices K.S. Radhakrishnan and Pinaki Chandra Misra said, “Forcing a bull and keeping it in the waiting area for hours and subjecting it to the scorching sun is not for the animal’s well-being. Forcing and pulling the bull by a nose rope into the narrow, closed enclosure or ‘vadi vassal’ (entry point), subjecting it to all forms of torture, fear, pain and suffering by forcing it to go the arena and also over-powering it in the arena by bull tamers, are not for the well-being of the animal.”

But Tamil animal activists have joined bull-tamers and their aficionados to insist that the sport is not inherently cruel, despite occasional abuses.

They argue that the ban constitutes an intentional assault on Tamil culture by the Central Government.

What is clearly true is that the objective of Jallikattu is not harming or killing the bull, as it is in Spanish bull-fighting. People, not bulls, seem to be the main victims:

This is Jallikattu, an ancient and bizarre bull-wrestling sport that takes place in villages throughout Tamil Nadu every January to celebrate Pongal, a New Year’s festival that coincides with the ancient rice harvest. Though similar to and older than the Spanish running of the bulls, it’s bloodier. Instead of bulls getting killed, it’s the people. In previous years, as many as 20 young men have been fatally gored, and several hundred, including spectators, have been mauled, trampled or otherwise injure.”

Since the original impetus for the ban was the death in 2004 of a 14-year-old spectator, framing the issue as one of animal-rights versus human (read, masculine/patriarchal) cruelty is obviously misleading.

But that is how it has been framed, with the international animal-liberation movement taking a prominent role.

In January 2016, the head of PETA was detained by Indian police for blind-folding a statue of Gandhi in protest against Jallikattu.

Regarding the anti-Jallikattu activism, BJP gadfly and alleged Mossad mouth-piece Subramanian Swamy has charged that it is funded from abroad and is part of an Afro-Dravidian separatist movement intended to fragment India. He has insisted on a CBI investigation:

Bharatiya Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy has alleged that protests organised against Jallikattu have been inspired from abroad and he intends to take the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation in terms of funding of the animal rights organisations.”

Far more germane to the issue than animal-rights is the question of indigenous farming technology.

Jallikattu is a tradition that ensures that certain skills (bull-taming without the use of a rope) are conserved among agriculturalists and certain traits (virility, strength, and speed) are conserved among indigenous breeds:

Male calves in other regions are sold and taken for slaughter in a few days. Only in regions where there are events like jallikattu are they kept. The owner of an imported cow will like it to deliver a female calf. If she does, it’s a windfall. If it’s a male calf then he will have no use for it and he has to feed it. It will go to the slaughter house for Rs. 500. A lot of mutton we eat is the meat of these under-one-week calves mixed with mutton. The same will happen to these native breeds if not for activities like jallikattu. With reduced availability of males, farmers will have to go in for artificial insemination, which is cost prohibitive and is directly in contravention of in-situ conservation. Unless there are bulls being bred and reared in the in-situ region, the genetic pool of the breed will not be healthy as no adaptation to changes in climate, local environment has been ingrained. We are messing with evolution when we abandon in-situ conservation with bulls and natural servicing/mating.

Native cows do not yield as much milk as the imported breeds. So they don’t have a supportive or sponsored breeding programme. Artificial means are not adopted for native breeds. So as a fall out of the banning of jallikattu, they will soon fade away and become extinct.”

Viewed against the back-drop of an incipient digital dictatorship inaugurated by the Modi demonetization fiasco, it becomes obvious that the ban on Jallikattu is not a distraction from, but a replication of, the ban on currency notes.

The cash ban, as I showed in an earlier blog-post,  was effectively a war on small and medium businesses and the indigenous financial sector.

That sector uses indigenous methods of financing (chit-funds, hawala, angadia payments, etc.), all of which depend on a combination of cash and promissory notes/back-dated checks.

Ban cash and you break the back of the native financial sector and the economy that depends on it.

Ban Jallikattu, likewise, and you break the back of native farming and cattle-breeding and the economy that depends on it.

This year, the Jallikattu issue has boiled up into open, state-wide protests around the Pongal season (the 4-day harvest festival in mid-January).

Pongal, by the way, means “boiling.”

State-wide Jallikattu protests, triggered by anti-Jallikattu activism and the arrest of thousands of pro-Jallikattu protestors – have become a stand-in for a spectrum of discontents –

*The unilateral imposition of demonetization on the country, causing untold hardship in drought-hit Tamil Nadu

*Income-tax raids that appear to target Tamil Nadu

*The suspicious but uninvestigated death of the charismatic and popular Tamil Chief Minister, Jayalalitha

*Apparent attempts by the BJP government to insert itself into  post-Jaya politics to gain a foot-hold in the important state

*The refusal of northern neighbor Karnataka to abide by a SC (Supreme Court) directive to share Cauvery River water with  drought-hit Tamil Nadu….

*The inadequate central government response to drought in Tamil Nadu

Despite these popular grievances, however,  there’s a lot more going on behind the scenes of what is being dubbed an undirected “people’s movement”.

ITEM

Tamil Nadu is the most industrialized of all Indian states along with Karnataka. Bangalore is the center of the software and outsourcing industry while there is a vast amount of foreign investment in TN’s Coimbatore and in Chennai, a manufacturing center.

Western intelligence agencies are active here, protecting the investments of the business class.

ITEM

Tamil politics has been the locus of foreign intervention ever since the British fostered the rise of Dravidian (south Indian) consciousness, by subsidizing the promotion of anti-Brahmin groups, out of which the DMK and the Anna DMK (to which Jaya belonged) developed.

A water-shed moment was reached during the Chief Ministership of famed film-star M.G.Ramachandran (MGR), who mentored Jayalalitha, reportedly his long-time mistress.

Under MGR, Tamil consciousness got a new, violent face, with the rise of the Tamil Tigers.  The Tigers, renowned as the world’s deadliest terrorists/freedom-fighters, began as a band of murderous roving bandits. Patronized by both the Mossad and Indira Gandhi, they eventually became a thorn in the side of the national government and one of their group murdered Mrs Gandhi’s own son, Rajiv, then the Indian PM.

The British also endorsed  a highly questionable racial narrative that pitted dark-skinned Tamils as the eternal victims of light-skinned Aryan and Vedic Hindus of the north, a narrative that is part of the Afro-Dravidian movement, which Rajiv Malhotra has identified as a Western strategy to create a Tamil secessionist state out of TN and NE Sri Lanka, home to a militant Tamil diaspora.

The Afro-Dravidian narrative in turn reinforced another fiction sponsored by imperialist ideologues – the Aryan invasion of India, a theory of the origins of classical Indian culture that has been discredited by genetic data and archeological records.

All this forces us to accept the following basic scientific fact: outside of Africa, South Asia contains the world’s oldest populations, and modern Europeans are themselves among the peoples descended from migrants from India, going back more than 40,000 years. This should be the starting point for studying history in the Holocene or the post Ice Age period.”

But, while PETA and other anti-Jallikattu animal rights groups are certainly funded from abroad,  there is evidence that the pro-Jallikattu groups are also well-funded, come mainly from Westernized student groups and IT professionals  savvy with social media in the well-known tradition of “undirected,” and “leaderless” people’s movements (Makkal Movement) that has become the new face of intelligence interventions.

Here’s more evidence of an intel connection:

1.  Both the PETA spokesman in India and anti-Jallikatu representatives have introduced the meme of “Arab Spring” into the public language around the protests. The Times of India, an elite media organ, was one of the earliest to insert the meme into Jallikattu discourse.

The Economic Times and a host of other major media outlets did so too.

2. The pro-J protests have been drawn from among relatively affluent, Westernized student groups in Chennai and appear well-funded.

3. The bull itself is the animal of Shiva and Shiva is identified by the world order as its presiding deity, using the popular but erroneous Christian identification of Shiva with Lucifer (which I have refuted on this blog).

On January 16, simultaneously with the Jallikattu uproar and the Pongal festival, in which the bull plays a prominent part, India became an associate member of CERN (the European Organization for Nuclear Research).

Outside CERN is a statue of Shiva in Nataraja pose (as a dancer, creating and destroying the worlds). The statue was recently depicted in a some kind of hoax video of human sacrifice to Shiva that was actually filmed within its precincts.

4. The protests have targeted the successors to Jayalalitha, CM Paneerselvam and Sasikala Natarajan, Jaya’s chosen Chief Secretary, for inadequate action on Jallikattu.

These are the same figures that the BJP itself has been interested in targeting, in an attempt to fracture the AIADMK and the DMK to secure control over the state.

5. The attacks against PETA were initiated by Subramanian Swamy, of the BJP, a known Mossad disinformation outlet.

6. The bull is identified with pre-Vedic Indian culture, supposedly presided over by a mother goddess,  associated with a snake and bull.  The mother goddess in the form of Shakti is the female counterpart of Shiva. The snake is identified with Saivite worship. For instance, the Naga (snake) sect in Tamil Nadu are Saivites.

Amma means mother in Tamil and was the name assigned to deceased former Tamil CM Jayalalitha. There is at least one important South Indian guru named Amma who is given great prominence in globalist initiatives like the fight against modern slavery and is featured by the UN.

Recently,  South Indian television networks have had a plethora of shows featuring snake-gods and humans who morph into snakes, including the popular serials, Mahamayi and Nagini.

Shiv Sena MP: Modi In Love With Self

A right-wing party attacks the PM for replacing the image of Gandhi with his own on calendars associated with Gandhi’s pet “Khadi” (home-spun) cottage industry:

“Speaking to reporters in Mumbai, Shiv Sena MP from south Mumbai and party spokesperson Arvind Sawant called the move as an insult to Gandhiji. “I saw the news in some newspapers that Mahatma Gandhi’s photo from Khadi Gramodyog calender has been removed and replaced with that of the PM Narendra Modiji. Gandhi is the father of the nation, he is one who sowed the seeds of promoting Khadi. Removing Gandhiji and replacing it with PMs is an not only an insult to the Father of the Nation and but also of the nation and this should be taken very seriously” said Sawant.

In a personal attack Sawant said, “This is a perfect example of what happens when a person falls in love with his own image.”

Corporate-Govt Scams Untouched By DeMo

At what looks like one of the many globalist “change agent” sites that offer controlled opposition to the corporate-globalist wing, a young writer deconstructs DeMo correctly as blind to corporate-govt corruption at the highest levels, but then concludes that the enormous inequality that RESULTS from this nexus is really its CAUSE.

That of course is an infamous globalist meme in its own right that inevitably leads to further  government intervention, in the form of subsidies and grants to the victims of the earlier round of pro-corporate subsidies….and so it goes.

And how do I know the site is controlled opposition?

The slickness of the design, the crowd-funding, the themes (opposition to the menstruation taboo and reiteration of the “99 percent and 1 percent” thesis).

In separate CBI raids in 2013 and 2014, on the two companies mentioned above, large quantities of hard cash and accounting documents were seized from the respective offices. The documents which were seized contained a detailed account of payments allegedly made to high-ranking political figures. Amongst these figures are politicians from both BJP and Congress – Shivraj Singh Chauhan (CM-Madhya Pradesh); Raman Singh (CM–Chhattisgarh); Shaina NC (treasurer of BJP in Maharashtra); Sheila Dikshit (former CM of Delhi).

The documents related to the Birla matter also contain the signature of the deputy director of the Income Tax (Investigation). Despite this seemingly incriminating information, the Income Tax Department did not push for a further enquiry with the CBI. According to Mr Prashant Bhushan’s allegations, KV Chowdary did not look into the matter when he was the head of the income tax department.

According to Mr Prashant Bhushan, in an interview with The Wire, Mr Chowdary has been associated with controversial issues in the past – Ponty Chaddha’s income tax assessment and the stock guru scam. Despite this, he was appointed as the chief of the Central Vigilance Commission, against which the citizen collective Common Cause filed a writ petition in 2015.

Supreme Court has asked for more evidence on the matter. Meanwhile, many representatives from the BJP have rubbished the allegations, while representatives from the Congress and other parties seek an investigation into the issue. Little can be said as to what these documents will amount to in the court of law, as the next hearing is set to happen in January.

However, these allegations form another link in a series of alleged big-business scams involving the government. It makes the writer wonder, that if big corporate scams are indeed the biggest culprits of money laundering and corruption, shouldn’t we be targeting them instead of ?500 and ?1000 notes? Do meagre bribes by the majority of the people in the country even compare to the amounts cited in big corporate scams? Let’s find out.

Black Money In Corporate Scams, Political Campaigns And Demonetisation

Scams, as big as the Coalgate scam, raise many important questions about how best to identify, as well as, deal with the central issues surrounding black money.

Recently, other alleged major scams by corporates as revealed in the Essar tapes – wherein investigation is under way concerning the alleged systematic bribing of senior political officials, and the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence’s (DRI) probe into over 40 of India’s biggest energy companies (including Adani and Reliance) for artificially inflating prices of imported coal.

The amounts in these scams are believed to be massive. Thousands of crores of rupees. It is no secret that large amounts are laundered offshore to tax haven countries like Switzerland, Mauritius, etc.

There are many estimates of India’s foreign black money. According to economists Pellegrini, Sanelli and Tosti in an interview with Times of India, the amount invested in shares, debt securities and bank deposits in tax havens alone may add up to $181 Billion or ?10.5 Lakh Crore. One of the higher figures was perhaps given by Prof. R Vaidyanathan of IIM, who estimated that there was more than ?70 Lakh Crore in 2007-08, stashed away in more than 70 tax havens in the world!

Whether it is  ?10 lakh crore or ?70 lakh crore, the amount of money laundered offshore is a significant proportion of the GDP.

To add to this, let us consider probable circulation of black money through political parties, which get special exemptions and are not even subject to RTI. It is alleged in India that illegal funds are used by political parties for campaigns, which often come as unaccounted cash from unknown donors.

The 2014 elections were the second most expensive elections in world history, estimated to be $4.9 Billion (More than ?3 lakh Crore) having been spent on campaigning for seats. Fourteen of India’s biggest industrial houses set up electoral trusts to give money to their favoured parties.

The amount of money involved in the slew of corporate scams and party politics goes into thousands and lakhs of crores. To put it in perspective, India’s GDP for FY16 was ?135.7 lakh crores. In 2007, the World Bank had estimated the size of the black economy to be 23.2% of the GDP in 2007.  According to India Ratings, the withdrawal of high denomination notes is likely to destroy  ?4 lakh crore – about 12% of the total black economy. To do this, about 86% of all the cash in circulation was withdrawn in the form of ?500 and ?1000 denomination notes.

These figures should make everyone ask one question. Has demonetisation of high-value notes really struck at the heart of the black money economy? The writer is no economist. However, it doesn’t take an economist to see that the amounts of money involved in corporate scams and party politics constitute of a major chunk of the black economy. Moreover, the mechanisms of money laundering in these two cases rarely rely on the liquid cash economy and are even safeguarded by colloquial electoral and political practices.”
