A Canadian high-ranking officer tried to escape from the territory of the Azovstal metallurgical plant in Mariupol.
General Trevor Kadier [sic] was arrested by Russian military personnel, media reported. According to information, the general led the First Biolab, where 18 people worked on the creation of a deadly virus.
The general has already been taken to Moscow, media reports.
