Ukraine Genocide: Russia Compiles Time-Line Of BioWar Labs

Obviously, this is from the Russian government and there will be things shaded their way, but there is nothing here that hasn’t appeared on different websites in the US press, both main and dissentstream, as my now-disappeared fellow internet warrior, Zahir Ebrahim, used to say.

1991– the US launches the Nunn-Lugar programme for the former Soviet countries to control/eliminate Soviet weapons of mass destruction including bioweapons. The Pentagon’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) was named as the programme’s main executor.

1993 – the Ukraine-US Agreement on the Prevention of Proliferation of WMD is signed.

2005 – an additional protocol is signed to the agreement between the Ukrainian Health Ministry and the DTRA on the prevention of the proliferation of technologies, pathogens and know-how that can be used to develop bioweapons. This is the start of the transfer of the Ukrainian military biological potential into US specialists’ hands.

2000s – large US military-industrial companies are engaged in military biological activity in Ukraine.

2005-2014 – Black & Veatch Special Projects, a DTRA contractor, builds and upgrades 8 biolabs in Ukraine instead of eliminating military biological infrastructure, as was originally claimed. One of the facilities, a biolab in Odessa, has been financed since 2011 for the study of “pathogens that can be used in bioterrorism attacks.”

2007 – US DoD employee Nathan Wolfe founded Global Viral Forecasting Institute (subsequently – Global Viral), a biomedical company. The mission stated in the charter is non-commercial study of transborder infections, including in China.

2009 – Rosemont Seneca Partners is established by former US Secretary of State John Kerry’ stepson Christopher Heinz and incumbent US President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.

2014 – anti-constitutional coup d’etat in Ukraine.

2014 – Hunter Biden joins the Board of Directors of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company.

2014 – Metabiota, a private commercial organisation specialising in the study of pandemic risks is detached from Global Viral. Neil Callahan and John DeLoche, employees of Hunter Biden’s company Rosemont Seneca Partners are appointed to the board of Metabiota. Global Viral and Metabiota begin to get funding from the US Department of Defence.

2014 – Metabiota shows interest in Ukraine and invites Hunter Biden to “assert Ukraine’s cultural & economic independence from Russia”.

2014 – Metabiota and Burisma Holdings begin cooperation on an unnamed “science project in Ukraine”.

2014 – Metabiota, Global Viral and Black & Veatch Special Projects begin full-fledged cooperation within the US DoD programmes.

2014-2016 – Implementation of Metabiota and US DoD contracts, including a $300,000 project in Ukraine.

2016 – US citizen Ulana Nadia Suprun, a descendant of Ukrainian Nazis, is appointed Acting Health Minister of Ukraine. The US DoD and Ukraine’s Health Ministry cooperation programme is greatly expanded.

2016 – an outbreak of swine flu among Ukrainian Defence Ministry personnel guarding a biolab in Kharkov, Ukraine; 20 dead. The incident is hushed up.

2016 – former US Assistant Secretary for Defence Andrew Weber is appointed head of Metabiota’s global partnerships department.

2016 – EcoHealth Alliance, a Global Viral founder Nathan Wolfe’s structure, is engaged in the study of bat-transmitted coronaviruses at the research centre in a Wuhan laboratory, China.

2016 – the DTRA and Ukraine’s Health Ministry extend the contract after getting approval from the Ukrainian Defence Ministry.

2019 – the COVID-19 mutated bat coronavirus pandemic begins with an outbreak in Wuhan.

February 24, 2022 – launch of the Russian Army’s special operation in Ukraine.

February 24-25, 2022 – rapid elimination of strains in biolabs in Ukraine.

March 8, 2022 – US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland openly acknowledges the existence of cooperation between the US and Ukraine in pathogens.

WHO’s Coming Pandemic Police State Will Not Need A Vote

I  blogged recently on the fact that the Gates Foundation-funded vaccine cartel GAVI had articles on its site mulling the current bioterrorism potential of Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever [one of the diseases studied and tested in the US- run Ukrainian biolabs], as well as assessing the future pandemic potential of CCHF, along with nine other similarly lethal pathogens whose human-to-human transmissibility is currently regarded by scientists as low…..

At least, that is the public position of scientists. However, it is entirely possible that biowar researchers have already weaponized these pathogens into pandemic-capable organisms, in some secret lab somewhere.

GAVI’s musings are related to the currently unfolding plans for a supranational medical police state run by WHO, which fronts for GAVI, in concert with the globalist cabal of Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum.

Some hardworking researchers have pulled up Schwab’s Nazi and Jewish roots and relationship to the myriad overlapping secret societies that work incessantly for global government.

The Council adopted on 20 May 2021 a decision to support the launch of negotiations for an international agreement on the fight against pandemics within the framework of WHO.

The Council adopted on 3 March 2022, a decision to authorise the opening of negotiations for an international agreement on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response……

The intergovernmental negotiating body will hold its next meeting by 1 August 2022, to discuss progress on a working draft. It will then deliver a progress report to the 76th World Health Assembly in 2023, with the aim to adopt the instrument by 2024.

Some ideas being discussed  include banning wildlife markets, offering incentives for detecting viruses, and imposing sanctions on countries that conceal pandemic information. This last suggestion comes from the former terrorist and long- time shill for the Clinton and Gates Foundations, WHO’s non-medical chief, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus. Until now, sanctions have always been a non-starter for the WHO.

The Working Group on Strengthening WHO Preparedness and Response [WGPR] spelled out some further tools being considered:

The document speaks to the following recommendations: surveillance systems that would link into each country’s national health system; the implementation of universal digital vaccination certificates and guidelines on how each member country would be paying fees to the World Health Organization, in addition to the annual membership fees each member country is already paying.

An honorary professor at the Russian Academy of Medical Science and a former WHO employee turned whistleblower Astrid Stuckelberger is concerned that very few groups have had any access to the closed-door deliberations unless they are NGO’s officially working with the WHO.

Members of WHO will also not have any say in deciding whether they want to adopt the new treaty or not.

This delegation [put together to draft the Pandemic Treaty] has been embedded in the Constitution of WHO, and is immediately approved by 194 member states, regardless of whether they adopt its principles. This delegation is legally binding according to the International Health Regulations,”

This would let the coming police state automatically override the national constitutions of the member nations.

This Pandemic police state will be a centralized, digitalized, and technocratic reset of the world order using human AND ANIMAL health and the environment as a pretext.

Consider who will represent these competing interests, how the balance between them will be determined, and who will come out the loser.

Succinctly, the pandemic police state can and will use the protection of wildlife of all kinds as an excuse to enforce regulations that will run against human welfare, especially against those human beings regarded as lesser in its worldview: the elderly; the seriously or chronically ill; the mentally handicapped; the disabled; preborn or newly born infants; the genetically defective, or even merely suboptimal.

Along with these will be grouped political foes and dissidents, domestic and foreign; tribes and ethnicities  that are not allies or considered regressive, primitive or inferior in any way; so-called terrorists and subversives engaged in wrong-think; businesses small and large that get in the way of the cartels favored by WHO; conservatives and traditionalists of many religious and non -religious backgrounds whose values clash with the counter-civilizational projects of the nascent world order.

 

 

Ukie Labs Studied Deadly Viruses, Targeted Slavs

The Russians have made further statements about the US biolabs in Ukraine, including the bombshell revelation that they collected serum samples specifically from Slavic people alone and sent them abroad to Germany and Australia.

The pathogens stocked and developed include some of the deadliest known to man, including anthrax, plague, brucellosis, H5N1 flu and others with a mortality rate over 50%.

Much of the documentation had already been removed and sent abroad, apparently to Poland, before the Russians discovered them, but there also remains employee testimony.

To be clear, the research was done completely under the supervision of American scientists. The studies ran to figuring out how to infect and then transmit pathogens through the migratory bird population, of which Ukraine is a hub, as well as how to use insect and bat vectors.

Details of the UP-4 project became known, which was implemented with the participation of laboratories in Kiev, Kharkov and Odessa and was designed for the period up to 2020.

Its purpose was to study the possibility of the spread of particularly dangerous infections through migrating birds, including highly pathogenic H5N1 influenza, the mortality rate of which reaches 50 percent for humans, as well as Newcastle disease.

Due to the fact that Ukraine has a unique geographical location where transcontinental migration routes intersect, 145 biological species were studied within the framework of this project. At the same time, at least two species of migratory birds were identified, whose routes pass mainly through the territory of Russia. At the same time, information about migration routes passing through the countries of Eastern Europe was summarized.

Of all the methods developed in the United States to destabilize the epidemiological situation, this is one of the most reckless and irresponsible, since it does not allow to control the further development of the situation. This is confirmed by the course of the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection, the occurrence and features of which raise many questions.

In addition, the R-781 project is interesting, where bats are considered as carriers of potential biological weapons agents.

Among the priorities identified are the study of bacterial and viral pathogens that can be transmitted from bats to humans: pathogens of plague, leptospirosis, brucellosis, as well as coronaviruses and filoviruses.
It is noteworthy that the research is carried out in close proximity to the borders of Russia – in the areas of the Black Sea coast and the Caucasus.

The project is being implemented with the involvement of not only Ukrainian, but also Georgian biological laboratories controlled by the Pentagon in cooperation with the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and the US Geological Survey.

The analyzed materials on the UP-8 project, aimed at studying the Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever virus and hantaviruses in Ukraine, clearly refute the US public statement that only Ukrainian scientists work in the Pentagon biolabs in Ukraine without the intervention of American biologists. One of the documents confirms that all serious high-risk studies are conducted under the direct supervision of specialists from the United States.

Rehabbed Animals Slaughtered For Permit Violation

Proving that environmentalism is the religion that puts animals ahead of human beings but isn’t much about animals either, a government agency slaughtered all the animals living at a unique Michigan family farm that had saved countless animals lives for decades.

The agency said it was because the owner did not have the necessary permit.

“Folks in her community say that [owner] Hall has saved countless animals over the years and has provided a much needed service in the absence of a Michigan Licensed Rehabilitation facility. However, a warrant was issued for her arrest last week because the government forces people like Hall to pay them first before rescuing animals.

Hall explained she has done this for years and she was known for providing her service. However, she says when an employee was caught stealing from her farm, that person became upset and lodged a false complaint with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) in Petoskey.

After the complaint was lodged, Kei Ju Farm was raided by DNR agents who served her with an arrest warrant. The charge was for holding wild animals in captivity without permit.

“That Thursday, the DNR rolled in with four trucks. They knew exactly where all the animals were,” Hall said.

Unfortunately, the arrest warrant wasn’t the only thing these DNR agents brought. They also brought their guns and began killing all the animals Hall had been rehabilitating.”

Ferguson Lover Is Avaaz (US Intel) Campaigner

The Neil Ferguson fiasco gets more and more revealing. While Ferguson is conventionally married (I’m not publishing his estranged wife’s name here, as she is blameless) and a father of one, his girl-friend (mother of two and wife of a SOAS professor) is in an open marriage, meaning hubby is OK with wife’s horizontal moves with like-minded nerds.

Well, so are we, since it’s none of our business how they do holy matrimony. We’re also not concerned with the hypocrisy of the sanctimonious weed Ferguson. We don’t expect anything else from the academic-government complex.

What worries us is that those forcing criminal laws on the population rather obviously do not take those laws seriously. They know the whole thing is bogus.

Why spotlight Staats? It turns out she is a climate-alarmist, anti -fossil fuel activist, and senior campaigner for Avaaz (a Hindi word that means voice).

Avaaz is a liberal-left outfit closely tied to US intelligence, a front for imperial interests.

Her husband Chris Lucas is related through his conservative grandfather to Douglas Bader of WWII RAF fame. His father is a Tory, a former lawyer, investment banker, and a conservation big-wig.

The suspicion is the leak of the affair came from that side. I wonder. Possibly Ferguson was torpedoed before too many questions about his funding and his ties destroyed the remaining rags of crediblity hanging off of his scrawny carcass.

PETA’s “Animal Ethics” Is Mass Slaughter Of Pets

One place it might go: towards ending PETA’s mass slaughter of dogs and cats. It’s hard to imagine that every one of her employees feels all warm and fuzzy about working for an outfit that has — in one blood-soaked location — killed 27,561 pets.

Newkirk just hates it when you describe her pet organization as a cult: “I can’t stand to hear that word,” she told Michael Specter of the New Yorker. “If you put that cult stuff in, nobody will take what we do seriously.”

So I’ll let you come up with a word of your own, keeping the following information in mind.

NASA Admits Global Warming Fraud

NASA has actually admitted that there may be a link between the solar climate and the earth climate. “[In] recent years, researchers have considered the possibility that the sun plays a role in global warming. After all, the sun is the main source of heat for our planet,” Nasa confirmed. Despite the constant stories of how recent years have been the hottest, historically, NASA has estimated that four of the 10 hottest years in the U.S. were actually during the 1930s, with 1934 the hottest of all. This was the Dust Bowl; the combination of vast dust storms created by drought and hot weather.

The branch of research looking at the ice core samples to document climate for thousands of years has established the major solar cycle of about 300 years. Carbon Dioxide Information Analysis Center (CDIAC), which has the ice core data back 800,000 years, is being shut down as of September 2017 (800,000-year Ice-Core Records of Atmospheric Carbon Dioxide (CO2)).

The data clearly establishes that there has always been a cycle to CO2 long before man’s industrial age. This is data government wants to hide. As along as they can pretend CO2 has never risen in the past before 1950, then they can tax the air and pretend it’s to prevent climate change. Moreover, while we can clean the air with regulation as we have done, under global warming, they allow “credits” to pollute as long as you pay the government. It is the ultimate scam where they get to tax pollution and people cheer rather than clean up anything.”

Real Estate Mafia And Chennai Flood Damage

With every invitation to Make in Chennai, the city is unmaking itself and eroding its resilience to perfectly normal monsoon weather events. The infrastructure of big commerce has replaced the infrastructure to withstand natural shocks.

The 2015 disaster was not just avoidable; it was a direct consequence of decisions pushed for by vested interests and conceded by town planners, bureaucrats and politicians in the face of wiser counsel.

The case of the Pallikaranai marshlands, which drains water from a 250-square-kilometre catchment, is telling. Not long ago, it was a 50-square-kilometre water sprawl in the southern suburbs of Chennai. Now, it is 4.3 square kilometres – less than a tenth of its original. The growing finger of a garbage dump sticks out like a cancerous tumour in the northern part of the marshland.  Two major roads cut through the waterbody with few pitifully small culverts that are not up to the job of transferring the rain water flows from such a large catchment. The edges have been eaten into by institutes like the National Institute of Ocean Technology. Ironically, NIOT is an accredited consultant to prepare Environmental Impact Assessments on various subjects, including on the implications of constructing on waterbodies.

Other portions of this wetland have been sacrificed to accommodate the IT corridor. But water offers no exemption to elite industry. Unmindful of the lofty intellectuals at work in the glass and steel buildings of the software parks, rainwater goes by habit to occupy its old haunts, bringing the back-office work of American banks to a grinding halt.

The vast network of waterbodies that characterised Chennai can only be seen on revenue maps now. Of the 16 tanks belonging to the Vyasarpadi chain downstream of Retteri, none remain, according to Prof. M. Karmegam of Anna University.

Virtually every one of the flood-hit areas can be linked to ill-planned construction. The Chennai Bypass connecting NH45 to NH4 blocks the east flowing drainage causing flooding in Anna Nagar, Porur, Vanagaram, Maduravoyal, Mugappair and Ambattur. The Maduravoyal lake has shrunk from 120 acres to 25. Ditto with Ambattur, Kodungaiyur and Adambakkam tanks. The Koyambedu drain and the surplus channels from Korattur and Ambattur tanks are missing. Sections of the Veerangal Odai connecting Adambakkam tank to Pallikaranai are missing. The South Buckingham Canal from Adyar creek to Kovalam creek has been squeezed from its original width of 25 metres to 10 metres in many places due to the Mass Rapid Transit System railway stations. Important flood retention structures such as Virugambakkam, Padi and Villivakkam tanks are officially abandoned.

Capacity reduction

Before political rivalry between the two Dravidian parties brought it to a midway halt, an ill-advised Elevated Express freight corridor from Chennai harbour to Maduravoyal had already reclaimed a substantial portion of the Cooum’s southern bank drastically reducing the flood-carrying capacity of the river.

Remarkably, all these causes were listed out by the government’s own officials at a seminar on waterways organised by the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority in 2010. But there seems to be many a slip between enlightened understanding and enlightened action.

The Second Masterplan prepared by the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority glibly authorises built-up spaces with no regard to hydrology. In the Ennore region, the authority has reclassified waterbodies, intertidal zones and mangrove swamps as “Special and Hazardous Industries” and handed it over to the Kamarajar Port Ltd.

In Ponneri, a town in a rural part of Chennai Metropolitan Area, developers are executing  Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority-approved plans with no regard to drainage. Last weekend, Ponneri received 370 mm of rain – 135 mm more than Chennai did. While it suffered from flooding, damage to property and life was not high. Ponneri is slotted to be developed as a Smart City. But will our dumb engineers be able to build a smart city?”

Note: I don’t believe this has anything to do with “dumb” engineering. It has everything to do with the government-construction mafia that overrides any other input from engineers or architects or civil servants.
