Gates Outfit Saw Hemorrhagic Fever As Potential Bioterror Weapon In E. Europe

Since 2018 WHO, as well as its partner organization GAVI [The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunizations], a Gates Foundation- funded and partnered vaccine group, have been warning of a pandemic far more deadly than Covid-19 in the offing.

A piece on the GAVI website, dated May 4, 2021, by Linda Geddes, is entitled, “The Next Pandemic: Crimean- Congo Haemorrhagic Fever?”

It answers the question in the negative:

The virus is recognised as a possible bioterrorism agent, and was studied as a potential biological weapon in Iraq. However, human-to-human transmission is currently limited, so although there is a high risk of local outbreaks, the risk of a global CCHF pandemic is relatively low.

The operative word is “currently limited”; gain-of- function research would be able to reverse that low transmissibility, as it did with bat viruses.

Bat viruses, including corona viruses, were also being studied in the Ukrainian biolabs:

In a press briefing on Thursday, Russia derided the United States for creating bioagents in Kyiv that would be used to target ethnic groups. It said Washington conducted an R-781 project that involved bats as carriers of potential biological weapons. Other researches included bacterial and viral pathogens that can be transmitted from bats to humans: pathogens of plague, leptospirosis, brucellosis, as well as coronaviruses and filoviruses.”

And so was CCHF, which, as it is at present, could never have threatened a pandemic. But because of its great lethality it is an ideal bioterror or biowar agent.

Russia states that the declassified documents revbs,eal another project  code-named ‘UP-8’, which was aimed at studying the Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever virus and hantaviruses in Ukraine. These documents “clearly refute the US public statement that only Ukrainian scientists work in the Pentagon Biolabs in Ukraine without the intervention of American biologists,” said Russia’s defence ministry

Elsewhere, the GAVI site suggests CCHF as one of the top 10 candidates to trigger the next pandemic: Ebola, Marburg Virus Disease, Lassa Fever, MERS CoV, SARS, Nipah Virus, Zika Virus, Crimean Congo Hemorrhagic Fever, Rift Valley Fever, Monkey Pox.

All ten candidates have mortality rates above 50%.

All do not have vaccines or other medicines that can cure them.

All will be exacerbated, it is claimed, by climate change, urbanization, air travel, and habitat encroachment.

You will note that those four elements of the modern world are the very ones that the  globalist cabal around Klaus Schwab cite in their efforts to force a great reset of the world economy.

Ostensibly this is to create a more “sustainable” world, by which they mean one in which the common man is forced to reduce his energy consumption to the minimum, while, various green technologies favored by the oligarchs are given state sanction and tax payer funds in a patronage system based on social credit that will control all finance and employment.

The Covid lockdowns and restrictions have been the dry run for this.

Disease X, from one of the lethal ten, after they have been weaponized, will bring in the fully tweaked and debugged version of the medical police state.

 

Indian Missile Accident: Cui Bono?

I wonder if the Indian missile accident involved sabotage.

Who would want to provoke dissension and possibly war between India and Pakistan?

And why now?

The act could tie into the current unhappiness in the US with the Indian response to the Ukraine war; India, along with China, abstained from condemning the Russian action in the UN and has joined China, Brazil and others in calling for an inquiry into American bioweapons labs in the Ukraine.

Or it could tie into American unhappiness with India for continuing to buy Russian military technology.

Or it could be both.

New US sanctions on Russian banks will make it harder for countries to buy major defence equipment from Moscow, a US diplomat said, though no decision had been reached on Washington granting a waiver to New Delhi to take delivery of Russian surface-to-air missiles under an earlier contract.

Testifying before the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, the assistant secretary (of the US State Department) for South and Central Asia, Donald Lu hinted that the US may reconsider its position on waiving sanctions against India.

“The Biden administration will consider CAATSA [Countering America’s Adversaries Through Sanctions Act],” Lu said on Tuesday, March 2.

From the description of the missile by Pakistan [if that was accurate and not deliberately misleading, as I suspect], it was a BrahMos, one of the fastest anti ship supersonic cruise missiles in the world, a joint Russian and Indian venture. BrahMos is a portmanteau of the names of two rivers, the Brahmaputra in India and the Moskva in Russia.

……. Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar briefed the media about the incident, calling for an explanation from Delhi.

“On March 9, at 6:43pm, a high-speed flying object was picked up inside the Indian territory by Air Defence Operations Centre of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF),” he told media persons in Islamabad, adding the object suddenly manoeuvred towards Pakistani territory from its initial course and violated Pakistan’s air space, ultimately falling near Mian Channu at 6:50pm.

“It was a supersonic flying object, most probably a missile, but it was certainly unarmed,” he said at the time.

“It is important to highlight that the flight path of this object endangered many international and domestic passenger flights — both in Indian and Pakistani air space — as well as human life and property on ground,” he added.

“Whatever caused this incident to happen, it is for the Indians to explain. It, nevertheless, shows their disregard for aviation safety and reflects very poorly on their technological prowess and procedural efficiency,” he further stated. [Dawn, March 11, 2022]

A report in Reuters gives more details, including the height of 40,000 ft, the speed [3 x speed of sound] and the distance into Pakistani territory, 77 miles. But the source is anonymous, a common technique by which the Mockingbird media seeds their reports with narratives crafted in the intelligence community. Thus, “One senior Pakistani security official told Reuters, on the condition of anonymity….”]

The allegation that this is a BrahMos missile is actually speculative.  Consider perhaps that a certain narrative needs this to be a BrahMos because the BrahMos has a range between 300 and 500 kms,  which allows the Pakistani official to claim that Indian missiles are actually trained directly on Islamabad. It also damages the reputation of the Russian and Indian technology and sows suspicion of Russian bona fides.

The Pakistanis relied on a Chinese air defense system that was very accurate in spotting the missile.

Oddly, last year, there were reports of problems plaguing Pakistan’s Chinese made air defenses in the east.

But the system that tracked the wayward Indian missile was most likely the cutting-edge HQ 9/P HIMADS (High to Medium Air Defence System) procured from China in mid-October, 2021.

Pakistani media has speculated that this was no accident but a probe to test the new system, which performed as desired.

Another speculative report is that it was sabotage from within India and the saboteur wanted to discredit the BrahMos missile on behalf of those wanting to continue importing from other foreign manufacturers.

Last year, India was stunned by the crash of one of its safest helicopters and the deaths of General Rawat and more than half a dozen senior military personnel. Rawat was known to have been staunchly against the defense import lobby which profits from gargantuan kickbacks as middlemen.

He was a major proponent of self sufficiency in defense.

Rawat died in a suspicious accident over the Nilgiris in the south of India last year.

Now comes this mysterious BrahMos accident [if it was BrahMos], a PR disaster for Indian missile prowess, as the Pakistanis have been quick to point out.

On the other hand, it is a PR coup for Pakistan’s Chinese air defense system. Again, what message is sent? By whom?

Russian Presentation To UN Security Council on Biolabs [excerpt]

We called this meeting because during the Russian special military operation in Ukraine, some shocking facts came to light: the Kiev regime is urgently concealing traces of a military biological program that Kiev implemented with support of the US Department of Defense.

[Lila: There is no mention of WHO being informed of these labs or having any input. So when WHO told Reuters that it had asked Ukraine to destroy the pathogens in case a hit during war accidentally releases them into the population, WHO could not have been the reason the Ukrainians themselves destroyed the stocks on Feb 24. It could only have been a decision taken by the US and their Ukrainian subordinates. The WHO statement simply bolsters the US case, by suggesting that fear of accidental release, rather than fear of discovery, was the reason for the destruction of the pathogens.]

Defense Ministry of Russia got hold of documents confirming that Ukraine developed a network of at least 30 biological laboratories that host extremely dangerous biological experiments, aimed at enhancing the pathogen properties of plague, anthrax, tularemia, cholera, and other lethal diseases with the help of synthetic biology.

[Lila: This number is also supported by a Chinese statement to the media earlier, which I posted.  30 is twice the number indicated by other sources. Correction: In the report I quoted, the Chinese claim 27 biolabs in Ukraine, not 30]

This work is funded and directly supervised by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) of the United States, i.a. in the interests of Pentagon’s National Center for Medical Intelligence.

The key role in these programs was played by a BSL-3 central reference laboratory at the Mechnikov Scientific-Research Anti-Plague Institute in Odessa, Ukraine. Research centers in other cities also played a role – Kiev, Lvov, Kharkov, Dnipro, Kherson, Ternopol, Uzhgorod, Vinnytsia. Research results were sent to US military biological centers, i.a. to U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infections Diseases, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, US Naval Medical Research, and US Army Biological Warfare Labs in Fort Detrick that used to be the key hubs of the American biological weapons program.

[Lila: If these are health stations, why are the results being sent to US military programs?]

All the materials are available at the website of Russian Ministry of Defense and are presented at daily briefings. Let me cite the most telling examples.

Russian military learned the details of UP-4 project which was implemented at laboratories in Kiev, Kharkov and Odessa. It studied possibilities of spreading particularly dangerous infections through migratory birds, including highly pathogenic H5N1 influenza (lethal to humans in 50 % of cases) and Newcastle disease. As part of another project, bats were considered as carriers of potential BW agents. Among the priorities identified are the study of bacterial and viral pathogens that can be transmitted from bats to humans: pathogens of plague, leptospirosis, brucellosis, as well as coronaviruses and filoviruses. Project documents clearly indicate that the United States actively financed bioprojects in Ukraine.

Besides, there were experiments to study spreading of dangerous infectious diseases by ectoparasites – fleas and lice. It is clear even to non-experts that such experiments are most reckless, as they give no opportunity to control how the situation is going to evolve. Similar research (using fleas and lice as BW agents) was carried out in the 1940s on the development of biological weapons components by the Japanese infamous unit 731, whose members later fled to the US to escape prosecution for war crimes.

Ukraine has a unique geographical location, where transcontinental migration routes of potential carriers of dangerous diseases intersect. Many of those routes pass through the territories of Russia and Eastern Europe. The research that I mentioned was done in the very midst of Eastern Europe and in close vicinity to the Russian borders. According to the data received, the birds that were ringed and released during biological research from the Kherson nature reserve, were caught in Ivanovo and Voronezh regions of Russia.

The analysis of the obtained materials confirms the transfer of more than 140 containers with ectoparasites of bats from a biolab in Kharkov abroad. We do not know anything about the fate of those dangerous biomaterials and the consequences that may occur once they “dissipate” (possibly in Europe) in the absence of any international control. In any case, risks are high that they may be stolen for terrorist purposes or to be sold at the black market.

Several thousands of samples of blood serum of COVID-19 patients (most of them of Slavic ethnicity) were transported from Ukraine to Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in the United Stated – allegedly for trials of treatment and prevention of COVID-19.

Everyone knows how sensitive Western states are when it comes to transferring biological samples of their citizens abroad. And there is a good reason for that – theoretically, samples may be used to create bioagents capable of selectively targeting different ethnic populations.

The activity of biolabs in Ukraine that we track back to 2014, and US-implemented program of so-called reform of Ukrainian healthcare system triggered uncontrolled growing incidence of dangerous and economically relevant infections in Ukraine. There is an increase in the number of cases of rubella, diphtheria, tuberculosis. Occurrence of measles has increased more than 100-fold. The World Health Organization said Ukraine runs high risks of having a polio outbreak. There is evidence that in Kharkov, where one of the labs is located, 20 Ukrainian soldiers died of swine flu in January 2016, 200 more were hospitalized. By March 2016, the total of 364 people had died of swine flu in Ukraine. Besides, outbreaks of African swine fever occur regularly in Ukraine. In 2019, there was an outbreak of a disease that had symptoms similar to plague……..

The materials that our Defense Ministry got hold of prove that all serious high-risk research in Ukrainian biolabs was directly supervised by US experts who had diplomatic immunity. Our Defense Ministry reports that at this moment the Kiev regime, as demanded by the Western sponsors, hastily covers up all traces so that the Russian side could not get hold of direct evidence of the US and Ukraine violating Article 1 of the BTWC. They rush to shut down all biological programs. Ukraine’s Health Ministry ordered to eliminate biological agents deposited in biolabs starting from 24 February 2022. We infer from the instructions to lab personnel that the order of elimination of collections suggested that they should be destroyed irrevocably. Having analyzed the destruction certificates, we can say that the Lvov lab alone destroyed 232 containers with pathogens of leptospirosis, 30 – of tularemia, 10 – of brucellosis, 5 – of plague. The total of more than 320 containers was eliminated. Pathogens’ titles and excessive amounts give reason to think that this work was done as part of military biological programs.

Now let me make a separate address to our colleagues from Europe………

At the same time, the Department of State sticks to the point that allegedly there are no US-controlled biolabs in Ukraine. Hence a question to the American delegation. How does this reconcile with 2005 Agreement between the US Department of Defense and Ukrainian Ministry of Health Concerning Cooperation in the Area of Prevention of Proliferation of Technology, Pathogens, and Expertise that could be Used in the Development of Biological Weapons? This document is available on the Internet. According to Article 3 of this agreement, the US Department of Defense may provide assistance to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in the area of “cooperative biological research, biological threat agent detection and response” with regard to “dangerous pathogens located at the facilities in Ukraine”.

We emphasize that biological threats defy all borders. No region of the world can feel totally safe today. The United States supervises several hundreds of biolabs in 30 countries, i.a. in the Middle East, Africa, South-East Asia, and along the perimeter of former USSR. Washington does not agree to subject them to international verification. Starting from 2001, it has been impeding elaboration of a binding protocol to the BTWC that should envisage a reliable verification mechanism to monitor states’ compliance with the Convention. This cannot but make us think that the United States has something to conceal. I call on the colleagues from those regions to think of what sort of activity Washington is carrying out on their territories and what consequences it may have for the population………

This risk seems rather real if we take into account considerable interest that Ukrainian radical and nationalist groups have in research of dangerous pathogens that was conducted in Ukraine in the interests of the US Department of Defense. We have information that Pentagon instructed its Ukrainian protégés that, should any incidents occur, they should instantly accuse Russian Armed Forces who allegedly launch strikes against research and medical facilities, or blame it all on “Russian subversive teams”….

 

 

Ukraine War: 16000 Middle Eastern Volunteers To Fight With Russia

At a meeting of Russia’s Security Council, Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu said there were 16,000 volunteers in the Middle East who were ready to come to fight alongside Russian-backed forces in the breakaway Donbass region of eastern Ukraine.

“If you see that there are these people who want of their own accord, not for money, to come to help the people living in Donbass, then we need to give them what they want and help them get to the conflict zone,” Putin said from the Kremlin.

Shoigu also proposed that Western-made Javelin and Stinger missiles that were captured by the Russian army in Ukraine should be handed over to Donbass forces, along other weaponry such as man-portable air-defense systems, known as MANPADS, and anti-tank rocket complexes.

Unarmed India Missile Violates Pakistani Air Space

Two Deaths Among Important Christian Alternative Voices

Lew Rockwell, the libertarian stalwart, lost two of its most popular Christian voices recently. A few days ago, economist, goldbug, Y2Ker, enthusiast of conspiracy, and forthright curmudgeon Gary North passed away.  I learned a lot about Biblical economics from reading his briskly written and drily amusing newsletters. I often posted things he’d written, because he had a fine eye for cant of all kinds. His bite was as good as his bark and he exercised both, on those who were mistaken [Ellen Brown, of Web of Debt] and those who were misleading  [Ann Barnhardt].

Now comes news of the passing of Bill Sardi, a health journalist who turned into one of the Covid regime’s most dedicated foes.  Sardi churned out hundreds of articles that turned complex scientific ideas into insights that saved lives and put health back into the patient’s hands. In the age of  medical tyranny and vaccine totalitarianism, he was the voice of  the man strong enough to rely on his own judgment and make his own choices, be they never so unpopular.  His death in hospital from mysterious causes, despite an excellent regimen of supplements, makes one wonder if his vaccine views had made him enemies powerful enough and malicious enough to deny him the care he deserved.

WHO told Ukraine to Destroy Pathogens

The cover up begins.

Responding to an inquiry by the globalist intelligence mouthpiece Reuters, WHO claims it asked Ukraine to destroy its pathogens to avoid accidental spills, in the run up to the war.  Notably, it did not say when it told Ukraine to do this. And notably also, it didn’t explain why it hasn’t said so before.

When the Russian documents have been discussed in the media for a few days, WHO didn’t immediately and forthrightly claim it had given the instructions. Why?

Does that strike anyone as plausible?

Especially, as WHO does not seem to have had any direct input into those biolabs, in which the most dangerous pathogens were under the direct supervision of the US.

Mariupol Maternity Hospital Attack Looks Like Fake

As I warned in a previous post, a false flag or a staged atrocity or even some kind of trap was bound to occur at around this point that would go against the Russians. I believe the alleged bombing of a hospital in Mariupol might be that event.

Why? Because Ukraine and their Western backers have the motive and the opportunity.

MOTIVE 1

The Russians seized documentary proof and testimony that the pathogens [anthrax. tularemia, cholera, and plague] stocked at the biolabs in Ukraine, particularly Kharkiv and Poltava, were ordered destroyed on an emergency basis on the eve of the invasion, Feb 24. Their presence would constitute a violation of Article 1 of the UN Convention on the Prohibition of bacteriological and toxin weapons.

MOTIVE 2

The  second motive is the discovery of plans for an Ukrainian invasion of the Donbas intended for mid March. Russia’s special operation, which already had a casus belli in Ukie firing across the border, now has further justification in the proof of an imminent full scale Ukie invasion.

The two stories pose a huge problem for the Western propaganda narrative, because the discovery of Weapons of Mass Destruction and the plan for a Ukie invasion vindicate the Russian operation.

This propaganda problem explains Victoria Nuland’s quiet admission to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that there were US biowar labs:

“uh, Ukraine has, uh, biological research facilities.” Any hope to depict such “facilities” as benign or banal was immediately destroyed by the warning she quickly added: “we are now in fact quite concerned that Russian troops, Russian forces, may be seeking to, uh, gain control of [those labs], so we are working with the Ukrainiahhhns [sic] on how they can prevent any of those research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces should they approach” —

Her immediate counter allegation signaled to me that a false flag or  complete hoax was in the offing, whose aim would be to distract from the two big stories of this week and  redirect the moral outrage of the public back toward Russia.

And so here we have it now: the alleged bombing of the children’s and  maternity hospital in Mariupol.

OPPORTUNITY

Besides motive, the Ukrainians also have the opportunity for a hoax of this kind because Mariupol is being squeezed by an encirclement of Russians and the neo Nazi forces among the Ukrainians are concentrated here.  From the start, the Ukrainians have been using people as human shields,  training citizens to throw Molotov cocktails,  beating and tear gassing foreign students,  and firing on civilians, as Russia has complained repeatedly.

Combat by civilians in crowded streets gives a perfect opportunity to blame any accident, self inflicted injury, or outright hoax on the opposing army.

On the other hand, the Russians have been unusually circumspect and even sustained losses to ensure fewer losses to the civilian population. They have zero motive to intentionally fire on civilians and give the West a propaganda bonanza.

The Ukrainians have the motive, the opportunity, and the profile.

Web research confirms the logistics of a hoax.

The Russians have shown documentary evidence that the maternity hospital there had already been converted into a military site.

Perhaps that is just a Russian claim?

But the Kremlin critical site Lenta.ru also reports that according to eye witnesses, Ukrainians nationalist soldiers had taken up positions inside the Mariupol hospital by the end of February.

Other articles indicate that many maternity wards had been relocated to the basement  [see also this] and to train shelters, where a strike would not have killed any women and children.

Finally, the blog WarOnFakes, started by a pro Russian group, has convincingly deconstructed some of the photos circulating of the alleged atrocity from a technical angle. They are images created by a beauty blogger and influencer.

The Times claims this is a conspiracy theory.

 

 

Russians fight back with WarOnFakes

A site started by some Russian government linked activists to counter the media blitz:

Here’s their deconstruction of the alleged bombing of a maternity hospital, a story even the human rights organizations ran with, without so much as a peek into its credibility.

This piece refutes the allegation that Russians will use chemical weapons.

I’m going to check them out any time something fishy surfaces. Here’s to TRUTH winning.

Ukie Labs Studied Deadly Viruses, Targeted Slavs

The Russians have made further statements about the US biolabs in Ukraine, including the bombshell revelation that they collected serum samples specifically from Slavic people alone and sent them abroad to Germany and Australia.

The pathogens stocked and developed include some of the deadliest known to man, including anthrax, plague, brucellosis, H5N1 flu and others with a mortality rate over 50%.

Much of the documentation had already been removed and sent abroad, apparently to Poland, before the Russians discovered them, but there also remains employee testimony.

To be clear, the research was done completely under the supervision of American scientists. The studies ran to figuring out how to infect and then transmit pathogens through the migratory bird population, of which Ukraine is a hub, as well as how to use insect and bat vectors.

Details of the UP-4 project became known, which was implemented with the participation of laboratories in Kiev, Kharkov and Odessa and was designed for the period up to 2020.

Its purpose was to study the possibility of the spread of particularly dangerous infections through migrating birds, including highly pathogenic H5N1 influenza, the mortality rate of which reaches 50 percent for humans, as well as Newcastle disease.

Due to the fact that Ukraine has a unique geographical location where transcontinental migration routes intersect, 145 biological species were studied within the framework of this project. At the same time, at least two species of migratory birds were identified, whose routes pass mainly through the territory of Russia. At the same time, information about migration routes passing through the countries of Eastern Europe was summarized.

Of all the methods developed in the United States to destabilize the epidemiological situation, this is one of the most reckless and irresponsible, since it does not allow to control the further development of the situation. This is confirmed by the course of the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection, the occurrence and features of which raise many questions.

In addition, the R-781 project is interesting, where bats are considered as carriers of potential biological weapons agents.

Among the priorities identified are the study of bacterial and viral pathogens that can be transmitted from bats to humans: pathogens of plague, leptospirosis, brucellosis, as well as coronaviruses and filoviruses.
It is noteworthy that the research is carried out in close proximity to the borders of Russia – in the areas of the Black Sea coast and the Caucasus.

The project is being implemented with the involvement of not only Ukrainian, but also Georgian biological laboratories controlled by the Pentagon in cooperation with the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and the US Geological Survey.

The analyzed materials on the UP-8 project, aimed at studying the Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever virus and hantaviruses in Ukraine, clearly refute the US public statement that only Ukrainian scientists work in the Pentagon biolabs in Ukraine without the intervention of American biologists. One of the documents confirms that all serious high-risk studies are conducted under the direct supervision of specialists from the United States.
