Col. Douglas McGregor: Donors, NeoCons Want To Prolong War To Topple Putin

CLARIFICATION:  I doubt that a senior Pentagon official is going to be perfectly candid about US military capabilities in public at any time, let alone now.  The same goes for a Russian official.

Colonel Douglas McGregor, former advisor to the Secretary of Defense and once one of NATO’s top strategists, talks with the Grayzone’s Max Blumenthal and Aaron Mate on the Ukraine war.

McGregor says the Russians have done what they intended to do, which is destroy the Ukrainian military [for the most part], without too many civilian casualties. The war is over as far as that goes. He says Putin has tried to minimize civilian casualties, the diametric opposite of what the Western media reports. He adds that both the Ukrainians and international volunteers are now simply cannon-fodder used by NATO to prolong the war in any way to destablize Russia, but that isn’t working, because polls show 70% popular support for Putin.

McGregor thinks about 2000 Russian soldiers dead is a plausible figure, although there is no confirmation, but the Ukie numbers for their own dead are propaganda. A large quantity of foreign military equipment has been captured. Whatever foreign equipment is shipped in is useless  anyway as the Ukrainians cannot use it.

Russia’s demands are minimal: Ukraine must renounce their claim on Crimea [which is historically Russian anyway], recognize the Donbas as Russian, stay out of NATO and refrain developing nukes.

The Russians have tried to avoid the central portion of Ukraine, which is the agricultural region where the spring planting is about to begin. The Russians don’t want to destroy the wheat and barley. In Mariupol, however, the Ukrainians are not allowing 3000 civilians to leave through humanitarian corridors, so a disaster is in the making. McGregor argues that any Western interference in Ukraine, including the imposition of no fly zones,  will lead to horizontal and vertical escalation of the war and the use of nuclear weapons, whose fall-out will spread by wind as far as Japan and Korea. He says the strike on a NATO base near the Polish border was a message by Putin to Poland to stay out of the conflict or become a target themselves.

McGregor says the Russians are behind the USA in detection capabilities so they tend to be paranoid and might make a mistake and believe a launch was imminent, when it  was not, especially as it is not possible for them to know if US B52’s are carrying nuclear or non-nuclear devices.  The unraveling of arms control treaties has also fueled distrust of the US.

Nonetheless, McGregor points out that the president has made good decisions in saying no to a no-fly zone or to boots-on-the-ground and most of the top brass also do not want war, as they know the US military is not up to the task. But the donors run the uniparty, and they, as well as the neocons and the “bombs-away club,” the American exceptionalists, do want war. McGregor doesn’t see why the winning side, Russia would want a false flag, but Ukraine or NATO might well engineer one as a last-ditch effort to widen the war.

Unlike the British empire which practiced “economy of enemies” and tried to see whom they could work with, American elitist Marxists believe in their supreme virtue and demonize and bully anyone who doesn’t fall in line, such as China. They are Wilsonians to the extreme.

Ukraine’s criminal color revolution, Maidan, was led by such figures as Alexei Navalny, a Yale World Fellows program graduate and convicted fraudster .  He is  now held up as a great critic of Putin in Russia despite being a fringe figure there.  Navalny  has referred to Muslim migrants as “cockroaches” and advocated violence against them.

The Snowden-Soros-Greenwald-Ukronazi-Biowar Connection

I was watching the Oliver Stone interviews of Putin and wanted to take a look at how Putin saw Snowden, given my distaste for the kind of stunt he was involved in.

Turns out that Putin’s way of looking at agents like Edward Snowden and at the surveillance state in the USA actually matches my own.

In the US, on the contrary, there is the usual cartoonish debate [probably fostered by intelligence], in which either Snowden is a traitor who needs execution or he is the greatest hero of modern times.

Well, I was early to deconstruct Snowden accurately and to say he didn’t go about things in the right way, but opportunistically and ultimately counter-productively, even though the substance of his criticism was accurate.

And, yet, though Snowden was a creation of intelligence, I did note that he didn’t deserve to be called a traitor, because the NSA’s global spying really is a problem and not worthy of the name of state-craft of any kind. It is illegal both under domestic and international law. That is the point Putin makes in the interview, that, while there maybe intelligence gathering in  Russia, it is lawful….or so he says.

Snowden turns out also to be connected to the Soros network via Greenwald, Poitras, etc, and it is obvious why Soros would have objected to NSA spying…… his own activities would be obstructed by it.

You will also need to know that the Omidyar network is a sister company to Booz Allen Hamilton, which is an extremely large important government contractor, involved in many, many defense-related industries/technology, including biodefense, biowarfare, and the making of BSL-4 cabinets, which would be the kind of cabinets in which you would keep viruses like the Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever virus, which was being researched in Ukraine, and which has both immediate bioweapon potential as well as long-term pandemic potential, through gain-of-function innovation.

It  all makes for mind-boggling rereading today, whereas at the time, I wondered if it the biowarfare part was disinformation, it seemed so far-fetched. Today, it feels spot on.

Anyway, the good sense in what Putin says makes me wonder whether a lot of what is written about him is just Western disinformation. He comes across as more on the level and much more sober than people like Biden, Obama, the Clintons or the Bushes.

Andrei Martyanov: Ukie War Crimes, West’s Ignorant Punditry, and FASHbook Lies

Andrei Martyanov on war crimes in Donetsk; Facebook and Meta facing reprisals in Russia; and the bloviating frauds from the Ivy League/Oxbridge circuit…or do I mean circus?….who dominate the Western media.

 

The war crime by 404 against civilians in Donetsk will not stay unsolved, by now it is known who and how gave an order to use Tochka U against civilians in Donetsk. This is the only type of the warfare combined West is capable of conducting: propaganda BS and killing civilians. I don’t know, can anyone explain to this boy what is the real war?

Jake Sullivan, the national security advisor to US President Joe Biden, has warned Russia that NATO would go “full force” if any strike is recorded on NATO territory – intentional or not – after Moscow attacked a Ukrainian military base near the Polish border. In an appearance on CBS’ ‘Face the Nation’ on Sunday, Sullivan was asked by host Margaret Brennan whether the current US policy was “that any strike into Polish territory or airspace, intentional or unintentional” would be considered an attack on NATO. “The president has been clear repeatedly that the United States will work with our allies to defend every inch of NATO territory, and that means every inch,” Sullivan responded, explaining that “if there is a military attack on NATO territory, it would cause the invocation of Article Five, and we would bring the full force of the NATO alliance to bear in responding to it.”

Can somebody also explain to this ignoramus that NATO’s “full force” militarily in terms of conventional response is primarily virtual because… well, again, he should have attended a serious military institution to get a real education, not studying the BS of political “science” and “international relations” in Yale and Oxford–stalwarts of the West’s production of ignoramuses for top political jobs in Anglo-American world. We can see results of such an “education” all over the place, including “destruction” of Vasily Bykov by ukie MLRS. Do not expect integrity and honor from those people. Same goes for tangible evidence of destruction of the ship. Don’t hold your breath–these are Western media, they lie for a living.

This, however, I think is too late for Meta.

Facebook’s parent company Meta has changed its policy guidance on tolerance to hate speech to prohibit “condoning violence” against “Russians in general” and to ban calls for the death of heads of state, Reuters reported on Monday, citing a memo posted on the company’s internal platform. The Sunday post, published by Meta’s global affairs president, Nick Clegg, and seen by Reuters, suggests that Facebook is “narrowing the focus” of its content moderation policy to make it “explicitly clear” that a previous decisions made last week should not be interpreted as “condoning violence against Russians in general.”

Too late, creeps. The policy was already in place and, as with the murder, you cannot roll it back and say that things are cool now. Doesn’t work like this. Obviously they should worry.

Russia’s Prosecutor General filed a legal complaint with the nation’s courts demanding all Meta platforms be outlawed and the company itself be designated an extremist organization in Russia over allowing hate speech against the country’s nationals. Facebook was banned in Russia even before these developments over discrimination towards state-owned and state-affiliated Russian media outlets.

Gonzalo Lira: NATO False Flag Coming Soon

Gonzalo Lira, on the ground in Kharkov, explains why he thinks a NATO false-flag is in the making. Well, in Victoria Nuland’s testimony to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, she tacitly admitted the existence of germ warfare labs run by the US in the Ukraine, so the US and its Ukrainian puppet are going to have to answer questions about genocide in the Donbas. Putin is a lawyer, and he knows exactly what constitutes a genocide under international law, so this is no exaggeration.  It is the palpable fear of being held accountable for this and other war crimes that drives US/NATO’s more and more hysterical moves, according to Andrei Martyanov.  It was thus that we had the Mariupol hospital bombing allegation, on which I blogged,  a relatively quick counter-attack on the psychological front. That was soon deconstructed, but it has bought time for NATO to come up with a more effective and dangerous false-flag employing chemical weapons, that will provide the pretext for NATO/US to intervene directly.

Two Deaths Among Important Christian Alternative Voices

Lew Rockwell, the libertarian stalwart, lost two of its most popular Christian voices recently. A few days ago, economist, goldbug, Y2Ker, enthusiast of conspiracy, and forthright curmudgeon Gary North passed away.  I learned a lot about Biblical economics from reading his briskly written and drily amusing newsletters. I often posted things he’d written, because he had a fine eye for cant of all kinds. His bite was as good as his bark and he exercised both, on those who were mistaken [Ellen Brown, of Web of Debt] and those who were misleading  [Ann Barnhardt].

Now comes news of the passing of Bill Sardi, a health journalist who turned into one of the Covid regime’s most dedicated foes.  Sardi churned out hundreds of articles that turned complex scientific ideas into insights that saved lives and put health back into the patient’s hands. In the age of  medical tyranny and vaccine totalitarianism, he was the voice of  the man strong enough to rely on his own judgment and make his own choices, be they never so unpopular.  His death in hospital from mysterious causes, despite an excellent regimen of supplements, makes one wonder if his vaccine views had made him enemies powerful enough and malicious enough to deny him the care he deserved.

FALSE FLAG ALERT: US Warns Of Russian Chemical/Biological Attack

The Biden administration publicly warned Wednesday that Russia might seek to use chemical or biological weapons in Ukraine as the White House rejected Russian claims of illegal chemical weapons development in the country it has invaded.

With Nuland’s admission yesterday that the US biolabs were indeed bioweapons labs and not simply health stations, and with the revelation by Russia of documentary proof that the Ukrainians government had ordered all stocks of those weapons/pathogens destroyed, the stakes have been seriously upped for NATO.

Thus the Biden announcement, intended as an inoculation against a Ukrainian biological attack that can be blamed on the Russians.

The Russians seem not have fully factored in the immense psychological and disinformation capacities of the concerted media of the West.

As always, those of us outside the realm of power must be cautious and trust the evidence.

The evidence was that Trump, while offering a point of resistance to the NWO within the US, although not outside it, was finally too much beholden to it to strike the necessary blows. But he made possible the rise of Ron de Santis. Who I think might.

Similarly, Putin himself might be too beholden to the oligarchs to actually become an effective locus of resistance to them, but he may well lead the way to those who will be. In any case, in the rest of the world, those who tried to remain neutral in this tragedy are taking notes.
